Moajza

This Moajza occured in the home of brother Ghulam Rasool in Mexico City, Mexico.

Mrs. Badr-un-Nisa, wife of brother Ghulam Rasool who works in the Embassy of Pakistan in Mexico, prepared a cake in her house and upon cutting the cake, the beautiful name of ALLAH(swt) appeared on two pieces. Below is the picture of one of those pieces. A closer examination would reveal that even the ZABAR on top of ALIF and TASHDEED are visible as well.

This moajza happened during the past Ramzan and I myself witnessed the piece of cake only last evening (12-Jul-2003). It is also amazing that almost after 6 months the piece of cake is still in its original condition.

This Moajza occured in the home of brother Waheed Akhtar in village Domel Disst. Attock, Pakistan on June 2, 2000 which was the 28th of Safar-ul-Muzaffar on Friday at about 3:15 pm. This picture was taken about 15 mintes after the moajza occured. You can clearly see the inscription of "Ya Ali" on this sunflower. This moajza was witnessed by thousands of Mohaibban-e-Aal-e-Mohammad(a.s.) in Pakistan.

Some amazing facts about the flower are as follows: The height of the sunflower plant was 12 feet, the diameter of the flower was 12 inches and the inscription on it remained for 12 days. Another amazing quality of the flower was that it did not rotate along with the rotation of sun as other sunflowers do ,its direction remained same towards West.so every viewer had to face towards the Qibla to see the name of YA ALI.The flower also showed the name of Punj Tan-e-Pak (a.s.).

CHAKWAL, Sept  28: Former Federal Minister and MNA
Doctor Sher Afgan said on Sunday that the leaders of
Muthida Majlis-e-Amal have admitted that all the
matters regarding LFO have been settled with the
Government and the guarantee they wanted in this
matter is automatically the fulfilled when this
constitutional package will be brought before the
parliament for the approval and the only minor matter
regarding the uniform of General Pervaiz Musharraf,
will also be settled after the return of Prime
Minister Jamali from USA.  He was addressing at the
meet the press program at Chakwal Press Club.  Doctor
Sher Afgan was of the view that the way combined
opposition were protesting in the parliament, it is
contempt of the parliament and the members should be
dismissed from their seats, therefore opposition
should adopt democratic norms in the parliament as
protest their basic and constitutional right.  Doctor
Sher Afgan told that the amendment made in the
constitution by General Zia-ul-Haq through revival of
constitution order in the parliament was quite
different that were made by General Pervaiz Musharraf
through LFO.  General Zia-ul-Haq got those amendments
approved on gunpoints and under the umbrella of
Martial law while the Supreme Court allowed General
Pervaiz Musharraf to amend the constitution and on the
direction of superior judiciary LFO was made the part
of the constitution.  Replying to an other question he
disclose that the real Pakistan People’s Party with
the symbol of sword is very much on the card as the
various basic members and members of parliament were
fed up with the policy of Naheed Khan.  He further
told that he was expelled from the People’s Party in
2002 on the recommendation of Naheed Khan and more
over the most of the members of the parliament of PPPP
nominated him as a candidate for the speaker of
National Assembly but at the last moment Ehtazaz Ehsan
was brought as a candidate.  Doctor Sher Afgan said
that he had no regret as he did not the Pakistan
People’s Party as he was forced by the certain vested
interest people in the Pakistan People’s Party.
Doctor Sher Afgan alleged that Naheed Khan minted
millions of rupees by selling party ticket in the
recent election and he had a complete list that would
be made public in appropriate time.  Talking about the
construction of Kala Bagh Dam he was of the view that
its construction is for the interest of the country
and it would be constructed at the cost of five
millions dollars that would be return back in five
years as the cost per unit of electricity from hidle
power generation was 55 paisa while we are producing
over 70 percent electricity through furnace oil which
cost rupees six per unit.  He warned that if Kala Bagh
Dam and other reservoir were not construction Pakistan
would become a barren land by 2013.  Doctor Sher Afgan
further told that the issue of Kala Bagh Dam is
technical one but unfortunately it was termed into
politically.  He assured that Sindh and NWFP province
interest will not be hampered by the construction of
Kala Bagh Dam.  Mr. Nawaz Sharif will never come back
to Pakistan as he begged from General Pervaiz
Musharraf and he got exile for ten years through an
agreement made with the Government, however Benazir
Bhutto after facing cases against her can come to
Pakistan and these cases were made against Benazir
Bhutto by Nazwaz Sharif and now both have become
brother and sister which shows the sincerity of their
sentiments shown by them to the people of Pakistan and
now one thins is very clear that 140 millions people
of Pakistan will not be fooled again Doctor Sher Afgan
concluded.

CHAKWAL, Sept  27: State Minister for Environment
Major 짰 Tahir Iqbal has said that the veteran
politician Nawabzada Nasrullah Khan was among those
politicians who born after a century and the vacuum
caused after the death of Nawabzada Nasrullah Khan
will never be fulfilled in the coming years of the
Pakistan political history and Nawabzada Nasrullah
Khan worked for democracy in all capacities and he was
definitely father of the democracy.  He was talking to
the newsmen on Saturday at the office of PMLQ District
Chakwal.  The Kisan councilor Malik Azhar Iqbal was
also present on this occasion.  The State Minister
paid rich tribute to Nawabzada Nasrullah Khan and
termed his death untimely for the country.  Replying
to an other question the Minister was still confident
that there will be a positive breakthrough as the only
difference that was left is regarding the uniform of
General Pervaiz Musharraf as for was the dialogue
between Government and MMA concerned.  The Minister
told that the final round of the talk with MMA will be
after the return of Prime Minister Jamali visit to
USA.  The Minister was optimistic that both the
parties would reach on a consensus, however he termed
the call of protest compaign of MMA premature and he
suggested that MMA should wait for the final round of
the talk as the Government wanted to settle all the
issues with dialogue.  The Minister replying to an
other question told that the Federal Government has
approved the establishment of Cadet College District
Chakwal and PC-I has been finalized and the funds will
be released after the completion of some formalities.

CHAKWAL, Sept  27: Three drunkard were nabbed by
City Police Chakwal and a case was registered against
them.  Police checked a car No.LXM-618 and it was
suspected that they were drunked.  They were examined
by the Police from District Headquarter Hospital
Chakwal and it was confirmed that Muhammad Sarwar,
Ghulam Shabbir and Muhammad Afzal were drunked while
Qaisar Dastageer was normal and he was released.
Police sent all the three accused in the judicial
lockup.

CHAKWAL, Sept  27: A young girl was abducted while a
seventh class student was sexually assaulted in two
different incidents.  Nazar Hussain resident of
Village Bhoun lodged a report in Kallar Kahar Police
Station that his young daughter Robina Nargis was
abducted by Babar Hussain, his mother Kausar Begum and
friend Muhammad Khan Chadhar and the eye-witnesses
told that they took her daughter in a car
No.Karachi-3938.  Police registered a case of Hadood
Ordinance against the accused and started
investigation.  In the meantime a seventh class
student Aqeel Abbas resident of Village Dandoot was
sexually assaulted by two persons Nadeem Khan and
Arshad Mehmood.  Police registered a case on the
report of the victim of the father and started
searching the accused.

NEKKI RAM and MR. KARFU, ARE THEY GOOD POLITITIONS ?

When I had a meeting with Mr. karfu i observed that he realy dislikes Nekki Ram.  Nekki Ram is trying to make him a partner in everything.  Nekki Ram knows that his Graph is really on low scale in publics veiw so he is greatful to god that atleast there is someone to give him company. 

 
Many times Mr Karfu has told me that Nekki Ram missuses him. He also

says I am not in good health at times and has a family with children,

but Nekki Ram is draging me into this politics.  I always try to spend

most of my time in driving taxi and looking after my family.  Its

different situation for Nekki Ram because he gets money from his

brother in law who are livign in Belgium.  Nekki Ram told me that they

have good business there.  I dont know how to stay away from Nekki Ram,

I ignore him alot but he again rings me up and calls me, Introduces me

to young people who are not suited to my age, but i guess he does not

feel ashamed about it.  I am a religous man and i am not interested in

dirty politics.  Nekki Ram has mentioned my name as a vice president in

his panel without asking me and now is asking me to forgive, but he

does have any respect himself.  I was very ashamed to findout that he

has deported alot of pakistani people, even those who had given him

money to borow and he played scam on them by geting them deported so he

dont need to pay the money that he borrowed.  I am aware of Nekki Rams

friend Kiwi who he got deported few years back. If he has no respect

for his friends how can he respect others.  I am happy to know that Mr

Kiwi is back in New Zealand and residing in wellington.  That day is

not long written when Kiwi's big hand will be on Nekki Rams small neck.

Nekki Ram has messed around with the community since the day he came

back from Pakistan.

CHAKWAL, Sept  26: Law and order situation in Punjab
province will be improved as the Police order 2002 is
fully implemented and there is no political
interference in Police Department and now the ball is
in the court of Inspector General Punjab Police to
deliver and ensure justice to the common people and
the high handedness of Police should be ended as
described in the Police order 2002.  This was stated
by Provincial Minister Cooperative Colonel 짰 Muhammad
Anwar while taking to the newsmen after inaugurating
Kallar Kahar Valley Filing Station on Friday and it
was established by Major General 짰 Mujtaba Hassan and
Chief Minister Punjab was the chief guest on this
occasion but at the last moment CM did not turn up and
he sent Provincial Minister to represent him.  In the
welcome address the supply of Sui Gas was demanded for
Kallar Kahar, construction of water supply scheme and
repair and whitening of Kallar Kahar Bharpur road was
demanded.  The Provincial Minister told that Punjab
Government had provided millions of rupees for the
uplift of Kallar Kahar lake and Chief Minister Punjab
himself will visit District Chakwal very soon and he
will announced a big development package for District
Chakwal.  The Minister further told that the
resignation of Provincial Minister Shaukat Bhatti and
four other Member Assemblies were their democratic
right but now after the interference of Chief Minister
Punjab the matter have been settled and no demand from
Provincial Minister Shaukat Bhatti side was accepted.
The Minister admitted that there is a confrontation
between members of Assemblies and new District
Government System but the things will be improved in
near future and all the reservation will be settled.
The Minister inaugurated the Kallar Kahar Velly
Filling Station while General Manager Attock Petroleum
Rehmat-Ullah and renowned Naat-Khan Abdul-Razaq Jami
also spoke on this occasion.

Grammar School was affiliated with Board of
Intermediate & Secondary Education Rawalpindi.
Chairman Rawalpindi Board Dr. Aziz Hashmi visited
Chakwal Grammar School and he inspected the
laboratories, computer rooms and other facilities
provided by the school to the student.  Principal
Chakwal Grammar School Professor Hamid-Ullah Hashmi
briefed about the Chakwal Grammar School, which was
established by Chakwal Group of Industries with the
cost of more than 10 million rupees and all the latest
educational facilities were provided in this school.
Chairman Rawalpindi Board shown his satisfaction and
hope that this school will provide latest educational
facilities in this far-flung area.

CHAKWAL, Sept  24: Recruitment of 49 police
constables have been finalized by the recruiting board
headed by DIG Commandant Sihala Police Academy Mirza
Muhammad Ali, SP City Rawalpindi Mr. Inyat Ullah
Farooqi, SSP Chakwal Ch. Muhammad Zaman. More than
1500 applicants applied for these posts and 85 of them
passed the written test and they were interviewed by
the board. 5 out of these 49 successful candidates
passed their exams and interview on Police quota.

CHAKWAL, Sept  24: Additional district and session
judge Chakwal Hassan Mabroor Kiani awarded three
months imprisonment to a drug pusher Francis Masih R/O
Christian Colony Chakwal. The accused was also fined
Rs.3000/-. The accused admitted before the court and
confessed that City police Chakwal had recovered 250
gms charas from him. The learned court took a lenient
view due to the confession of accused and awarded
above-mentioned sentence.

appointed additional District and Session Judge Gojra
Sohail Nasir to Chakwal.  Mr. Irshad Sipra ADSJ
Chakwal was promoted and this vacancy was lying vacant
from the past two months.  New Judge will assume his
charge in the next few days.

CHAKWAL, Sept  24: 13 years old deaf and dump girl
was sexually assaulted at Village Mulhal Mughlan in
the area of Dhumman Police Station.  Sidra Aslam along
with her five years old sister Nagheen Aslam were
coming from farm field a young man Sarfraz resident of
Village Bamla took the girl into the crops and tried
to sexually assault her.  The minor sister made hue
and cry and when some people appeared on the scene,
the accused was managed to make good his escape from
the scene.  The matter was reported to Dhumman Police
Station.

CHAKWAL, Sept  25: The sports complex development
scheme is un-necessary for Chakwal City as it would be
constructed at the land of Government Post Graduate
College Chakwal and it will harm the educational
atmosphere and more over time to come when this
college will be upgraded to University level, then
this land which is used for sports complex will be
very handy.  This was stated by convener of Awami
Ittehad Group Chakwal Muhammad Yousaf Bhatti and Shah
Jahan Sarfraz Raja while speaking at the meet the
press program of Chakwal Press Club on Thursday.
Nazim Union Council Ch: Khan Bahadar and Naib Nazim

Shah Jahan Sarfraz Raja told that that a municipal
stadium is already in Chakwal City which can be used
for the promotion of games but the new sports complex
will not served any purpose and it will be harmful for
the educational atmosphere of the Government Post
Graduate College Chakwal.  Convener Muhammad Yousaf
Bhatti charged that Tehsil Nazim Chakwal Amir Bhatti
is the biggest hurdle for the uplift of Chakwal City
and he was in the power from the last 20 years and
changing political loyalties from one party to another
and during his presence status co was maintained by
him.  He further alleged that not a single project of
public interest have not been initiated from the last
two years as Tehsil Nazim Chakwal Amir Bhatti has not
interest in this regard and he is busy for
confrontation with District Government regarding the
mega projects that District Government wanted to start
in Chakwal City.  Shah Jahan Sarfraz Raja replying to
an other question told that Awami Ittehad will retain
its independence and it will not be merged with any
other political group, however cooperation and
coordination with like minded groups will not be ruled
out and Awami Ittehad Group will continue its
political role to safeguard the people interest,
supremacy of law and help out to the down trodden
people of the Chakwal City.

CHAKWAL, Sept  25: District and Session Judge
Chakwal Ch: Riaz Ahmad ordered an inquiry against the
reader of a Judicial Magistrate who had allegedly
taken bribe from the editor of a local newspaper.
Abdul Ghafoor Minhas editor of daily “Chakwalnama”
appeared before District & Session Judge Chakwal on
Thursday with a petition and contended that reader
Munnawar Butt of a Judicial Magistrate used derogatory
remarks against him when he appeared before the court.
The reader Munnawar Butt ordered that he should
submit his bail bond within five minute, otherwise
Munnawar Butt would issue warrant of arrest of the
editor.  The editor told the reader that bail bond is
fulfilled by his counsel and after some times he will
submit the bail-bond.  After some times when the
editor went to the court the reader got infuriated and
he cried that he was not his servant and he refused to
take the bail-bond but later on when rupees 200 was
given to him as a bribe, he still was murmuring.  The
Session Judge appointed Judicial Magistrate Section-30
Ghaffar Mehtab to look into the matter and submit his
report earlier.  The inquiry Judge asked the
petitioner Abdul Ghafoor Minhas to appear before his
court on Friday.

CHAKWAL, Sept  22: Muthida Majlis-e-Amal MNA from
Karachi Qari Gull Rehman has said that the final
decision regarding the constitutional package handed
over by the Government to the MMA will be decided in
the meeting of supreme council of MMA that is
scheduled to be held on Tuesday.  However the
constitutional package was totally changed that were
decided between the MMA and Government and it seems
that there are some certain hidden forces who don’t
want that the issue of LFO is settled.  He was
speaking at the meet the press program of Chakwal
Press Club on Monday and the Amir of JUI District
Chakwal Moulana Abdul Shakoor Naqashbandi was also
present on this occasion.  Qari Gull Rehman further
told that the ball is not in the court of MMA as
claimed by Prime Minister Zafar-Ullah Khan Jamali as
the Government has thrown the ball out of the court,
thus ceasing any further dialogue opportunity.  Qari
Gull Rehman was of the view that LFO is not the part
of the constitution as all the members of the
parliament took the oath as was described in the 1973
constitution and the 1973 constitution is a unanimous
document and people and political parties from all
walk of life endorsed this constitution and now if
this constitution was changed on the will of a single
general, it will be dangerous for the existence of the
country.  Replying to an other question Qari Gull
Rehman was in favor of the construction of Kala Bagh
Dam however he suggested that the reservation of
Sindhi and Pathan people should be taken seriously and
they should be satisfied.  Qari Gull Rehman further
told that the MMA had started dialogue with the
Government in good faith knowing very well that the
credibility of MMA was at stake but by the grace of
God we proved that we behaved in the dialogue but the
Government had some other intention and now it is very
clear that the Government of Prime Minister
Zafar-Ullah Khan Jamali is just a rubber stamp and the
military ruler did not want the supremacy of the
parliament.

CHAKWAL, Sept  22: City Police Chakwal nabbed two
people involved in a murder case of Amir Khan that was
killed in a broad day light at Bhoun road Chakwal a
few days ago and the killers were managed to make good
their escape from the scene.  Police arrested the
father of the main accused Ghulam Shabbir who was a
proclaimed offender in an other murder case while his
uncle Lal Khan who was also nominated in the FIR was
apprehended.  Police is making all out efforts to
arrest the remaining six accused involved in this
killing.  It is worth mentioning here that the killers
and deceased are close relative and they belong to
Village Thoa Bahadar and they had an old enmity.  The
family of the deceased Amir Khan was feeling unsafe as
the main killers were still at large as the elder
brother of deceased Amir Khan was also murdered some
three years ago by the accused Ghulam Shabbir but he
was not nabbed by the Police and declared proclaimed
offender and then he again murdered the brother of
Mehboob Khan.

CHAKWAL, Sept  23: Recruitment of 49 police constable
has been finalized by the recuirting board headed by
DIG Commandant Sohala police academy Mirza Muhammad
Ali, SP City Rawalpindi Mr. Inyat Ullah Farooqi, SSP
Chakwal Ch. Muhammad Zaman. More than 1500 applicants
applied for these posts and 85 of them passed the
written test and they were interview by the board. 5
out of these 49 successful candidates passed their
exams and interview on police quota. Those who were

CHAKWAL, Sept  23: Additional district and session
judge Chakwal Hassan Mabroor Kiani awarded three
months imprisonment to a drug pusher Francis Masih R/O
Christian Colony Chakwal. The accused was also fined
Rs.3000/-. The accused admitted before the court and
confessed that City police Chakwal had recovered 250
gms charas from him. The learned court took a lenient
view due to the confession of accused and awarded
above mentioned sentence.

CHAKWAL, Sept  21: State minister for environment
Tahir Iqbal said on Sunday that now the ball is in the
court of MMA as Government has shown flexibility
regarding the disputed clauses of LFO and now it is
upto the MMA that they should accept this
constitutional package and if it was rejected then
this constitutional package would not be brought
before the parliament. He was addressing a press
conference at his residence and president of PMLQ
tehsil Chakwal Sufi Mushtaq Bhatti and Tehsil Kisan
councler Malik Azhar Awan were also present on this
occasion. The minister was of the view that these
people who are representing the combined opposition
sat with late Gen. Zia ul Haq and these political
people had accepted uniform of Gen. Zia ul Haq for 10
years and now Gen. Pervez Musharaf assured the nation
and the legislators that he would leave the office of
the chief of army staff in appropriate time, therefore
the opposition will have to wait for one and half year
and which is not very long time for the sake of
promotion of democratic institution in the country.
The minister replying to another question told that
the American administration used such type of language
and called president of Pakistan as Musharaf when he
took over the control from the civil government after
12th October 1999 but now after the revival of
democratic process in Pakistan, these American are
calling Gen. Pervez Musharaf as Mr. Musharaf the
president of Pakistan and it is a significant change
of American policy. The minister further told that
there is no danger of Jamali’s Government as the prime
minister is commanding majority in the parliament and
the day to day proceeding of national assembly and
sanait are progressing smoothly. Replying to another
question the minister told that the American
Government sanctioned an amount of 20 Million dollars
for the betterment of environment in the barani areas
and an handsome amount from it will be spent in
district Chakwal.

CHAKWAL, Sept  21: A young man committed suicite at
village at village Khokhar Bala some 35 KM from here
on Sunday. The deceased Muhammad Shakeel had a
domestic problem with his family and he took poisnous
tablets, resulting his instatnt death. The deceased
was a married person and was father of minor girl and
by profession he was driver. In the meantime a young
man was seriously injured when a pet bull dog was
thrown on him by his opponents at villag Jhaley in the
area of Dhudial police some 20 KM from here on Sunday.
Muhammad Iqbal armed was swerely bitten by the dog and
he was shifted to DHQ Hospital Chakwal. The accused
Jhangir Ahmad, Nasir Ahmad and Saqib Mahmood had an
old enmity with Muhammad Iqbal. Dhudial police
registered a case against the accused and started
investigation.

Dear Sohni Dharti Members

I had told public before only that Nekki Ram will not be going to Japan. He is roaming around auckland city like a municipal street dog.  He always tries to make a scam in which he can get money from simple pakistani's unaware of his fraudy mind acts.  He himself does not even have money to travel down to Wellington.  He is still behind for the rent of $500 for the Taxi he is driving of a fijian owner.  The fijian keeps on calling him and he just asks him to give some more time.  The guy even called Mr Karfu twice who took for granted that Nekki Ram will pay his due soon.  Mr Karfu also told the fijian that Nekki Ram also needs to pay him $800 for money he is owing to him.
I personaly talked to Mr Karfu about all this matter and he told me everything.  Mr Karfu also requested me to type all this what he is saying siting next to me.  He also says dont put all this under my real name. MR Karfu says i am very sick and tired of Nekki Ram, he always brings his wife and kids to my home and waste my time.  He just comes again and again to eat and drink and then leave, i dont understand to date what family he belongs to.  When i go to Bleach St. to his house he just gets of with a cup  of tea.  People have told me that he does not like me going to his house but himself he comes atleast twice a week along with his family.  Sometimes i feel what a stupid day it was few years back when he use to come at my dairy on Sandringham Road and eat, alot of times even without money and so he became my friend always telling me he will pay latter on.  The thing that hurt me most was why did he ask Tanweershah for resignation.  To get him up on this chair i worked very hard to get votes for him. I even went to peoples and ask for vote and also made fraudy votes of people who had gone to australia.  Nekki Ram is realy stupid, i advice him to change his name first.  I also urge for the comment that he made that i wil stand as vice president in future. I was very disheartened by this and in no way he had any talks with me before mentioning my name here.  Now i am thinking of a way to stay away from him.  I also asked few of my friends about him and found that he owes alot of money to them. My biggest mistake was that i introduced him to alot of people. I also found out that he bridges me for all his scams and uses me to do fraud with other people.

This is all that we want to talk about Nekki Ram for now and the community should watchout for his actions and tell others who dont know about him so they dont fall in his traps.

CHAKWAL, Sept 19: Local Government Commission Punjab
ordered an inquiry against Tehsil Nazim and Tehsil
Municipal Officer Choa Saiden Shah for their
involvement in alleged corruption, nepotism and other
mall practices committed by them in the development
funds.  MPA Mrs. Maha Raja Tareen lodged a complaint
before the Secretary Local Government Punjab who is
also the chairman of Local Government Commission and
contended that Tehsil Nazim Choa Saiden Shah Malik
Hafeez-ur-Rehman with the collaboration of TMO Mian
Muhammad Asghar committed various irregularities and
corruption in the development funds and in this regard
an inquiry report of Deputy District Officer Revenue
Chakwal was also attached in which it was reported
that certain development projects which were in the
files but physically they were not existed in the
site.  The Chairman Local Government Commission
immediately admitted the petition and ordered an high
power inquiry committee who will start to probe into
the allegations leveled against Tehsil Nazim and TMO.
In the meantime TMO Choa Saiden Shah Mian Muhammad
Asghar left his charge and an other officer of TMA
Choa Saiden Shah Tariq Aziz assumed the charge an
acting TMO Choa Saiden Shah.  Mian Muhammad Asghar was
transferred some seven days ago and the Local
Government appointed an officer of Choa Saiden Shah
Mr. Ahmad Farooq TMO but on the behest of Tehsil Nazim
Choa Saiden Shah Mian Muhammad Asghar was reluctant to
relieve his charge.  Tehsil Nazim Choa Saiden Shah
welcome the appointed of an inquiry committee and
vowed to face this inquiry as his hands are neat and
clean and he had committed no corruption and rejected
the allegations and termed it politically motivated.

CHAKWAL, Sept 19: A man was killed while four other
received multiple injuries in three different
incidents on Friday.  50 years old Muhammad Ajaib was
rammed by a tractor in the farm field at Village Farid
Kassar in the area of Dhudial Police Station.  The
deceased Muhammad Ajaib hired a tractor and his
maternal nephew was driving the tractor in the farm
field and due to neglect of the driver, he was hit by
the tractor, resulting his instant death on the spot.
In the second incident three persons were seriously
injured when a speedy car hit their cart at
Chakwal-Rawalpindi road near by-pass crossing.
Muhammad Naeem Raza, Muhammad Yameen and 12 years old
Muhammad Nauman was shifted to District Headquarter
Hospital Chakwal.  In the third incident at mohallah
Sar Park ground while playing football the three
youngsters Saqleen, Zaheer and Pervaiz gave a sound
threshing to Nasir Ali and he was seriously injured
and was immediately shifted to District Headquarter
Hospital Chakwal.

Police Chakwal and a case of 11 article of Hadood
Ordinance was registered against them.  Akhter Mehmood
resident of Westrige Rawalpindi and Hassan Din
resident of Islamabad were making hue and cry and they
were taken into Police custody and examined in
District Headquarter Hospital Chakwal and it was
confirmed that they were drunked.

honor of outgoing DSP Headquarter Ch: Hanif Ahmad at
Kallar Kahar rest house.  The State Minister for

Chakwal Sardar Ghulam Abbas, Tehsil Nazim Choa Saiden
Shah Malik Hafeez-ur-Rehman, Provincial parliamentary
secretaries Mr. Ejaz Hussain Farhat, Tanvir Aslam and
SSP Chakwal Ch: Muhammad Zaman were also present on
this occasion.  General Majeed Malik was of the view
that after the re-unification of five factions of
different Pakistan Muslim Leagues, the combined Muslim
League had become the biggest political force of the
country.  Replying to an other question he ruled out
any deal of Government with Benazir Bhutto and Mr.
Nawaz Sharif however the leaders of PMLN would be
welcomed in the combined Muslim League and whole PMLN
will be acceptable minus Nawaz Sharif.  He urged the
opposition that they must behave for the strengthening
in the democratic process in the country which is
revived after a great struggle.

the Police Department will continue like this, the

CHAKWAL, Sept  20: Chakwal Police nabbed two drug
pushers and also apprehended illicit arms from two
other persons.  Dhudial Police recovered 30 bore
pistol from the accused Irfan Ahmad resident of Police
Station Chountra.  In an other operation Dhumman
Police arrested Muhammad Safdar resident of Village
Chappar and 110 grams chares from him.  In the 3rd
incident Kallar Kahar Police nabbed Iftikhar Ahmad
resident of Village Buchal Kalan and 32 bore revolver
was recovered from him, while Saddar Police Chakwal
during its petrol nabbed Muhammad Nawaz resident of
Village Mureed and 110 grams chares was recovered from
him.  Police has registered separate cases against the
accused and sent them in the judicial lock up.

CHAKWAL, Sept 17: Lahore High Court director Anti
Corruption Department to hold an inquiry against of
SHO Kallar Kahar police station on the petition of
former judge of anti terrorist court. The former judge
S.M Shad contended that he was kidnap by some unknown
people alongwith his car and he accused threw him out
from the car near Jhelum and snatched the car. Later
on the said car was recovered by Kallar Kahar police
station and after the recovery since 9 months, SHO of
Kallar Kahar police station Shahid Hussain started
using this vehicle for his personal use. The car was
handed over to the former judge in a very poor
condition. The petitioner feared that the said SHO had
a closed contact with the unknown criminal who were
still at large. The learnt court after hearing the
argument ordered investigation officer of this case
and director anti corruption Lahore to record the
statement of the former judge and proceed against the
SHO under the law.

CHAKWAL, Sept 17: The issue of distribution of water
was settled in water accord that was signed by all the
four provincial governments and federal government in
1991 and according to this accord every province is
free to preserve their water reservoir and can
construct dam to fulfill its requirements. This was
stated by former federal minister and leader of PPP
Patriot Dr. Sher Afgan while talking to newsmen on
Wednesday. He was of the view that the construction of
Kala Bagh Dam is the life line of the country and
therefore no politics should be made on this issue as
Kala Bagh Dam is a national issue and all the four
provinces will be benefited from it. He told that the
hidal power generation is not only viable for the
promotion of our economy but after the functioning of
kala Bagh dam, all the barrel land of the country will
be converted into green strip and agriculture
revolution will put Pakistan in strong position. He
asked the leader of NWFP and Sindh provinces to hold
dialogue if they feel that there is something wrong
for these two provinces and he was sure that the
government will take into confident all the four
provinces regarding the construction of Kala Bagh Dam.

I Nekki Ram demand president tanweerShah to resign because he is a very stupid president. He does not have any time to spare for the community rather then drive taxi all the time.  Mostly the voters choose him because they were Ahle-Tasheih.  These people have never even had any concern for the PAK COmmunity, they themselves form their own community and the president there is Mr. Karfu, who holds meetings at his house and i have also attended them sometime.  Now when i anounce for my own group, Mr. Karfu will be vice president in my group.  This is because all the good things i am trying to do for the community, tanweerShah is trying to stop me.  He has also put Imran Lohar and JeeraBlade behind my back.  These 2 people are his personal friends.  I had to go to Japan to get new cars for my Bussiness and i was refused by the embassy for the Japanese Visa.  Now i am waiting for  NZ Citizenship and will go to Japan after my citizenship.  My brother Imran had done lots of fraud with public in auckland and so he is now living in australia, this is why i have fully  stoped all my relations with him.  FOr the sake of my community i am willing to do anything because my name NekkiRam and i am only born for good things and serve other people.  From today onwards i have also stoped going to bannerman ave / western Springs.  I had thought of all those people as my friends but they are my enemy's.  When Gulsharma's[mooothi's] mother arrived in NZ i had got him a flat next to my house and went to income support and got his benefit running, then i got a permit done for him in Alert taxi's and now he is against me. Shame on him (Bhagwaan ehnoo kadee maaff nahe karegaa), he doesnt know what mistake he has made by chosing this way for his path against me.  Other then this there have been 2 new pakistani's who i am helping with their cases and because of them i am very busy.  I have lodged the refugee applications for 2 people. One is under category Ahmedi (Marzai) and other is in (Ahle-Tasheih).  In the second case Mr. Karfu helped me alot because he himself became shiya from suni and has great knowledge about this.  Mr. karfu also gave me advice for standing up in next election as president.  President tanweerShah is selling of all his things and going back to pakistan for good.  This is good opertunity for him to have re-elections done. This is all i request to the community to get ready  for new elections and vote's.

CHAKWAL, Sept 14: State Minister for Environment Maj. Retd. Tahir Iqbal on
Sunday declared that the present assemblies will stay and they will complete the
five years terms and the propoganda against the dissolution  of assembly is
baseless and it is spread from a specified quarter who wanted to be destabilized
democracy in the country. He was talking to newsmen at his resident and he was
of the view that the attitude of MMA is very positive and it is more likely that
government and MMA and other opposition parties invited by Prime Minister on
16th September, the issue of LFO will be settled once for all. The minister
further told at the present government wanted to take along all the political
parties who had representation in the parliament but two parties are getting
dictation from outside the country which is cornering hindrance between the
dialogue with opposition. Replying to another question the minister was of the
view that the LFO is just no problem for common man as the common people wanted
to get solve their problems and they expected that their elected representatives
should deliver but ironically parliament have not yet delivered and it is a
great concern of the people.

CHAKWAL, Sept 15: Former federal minister and MNA Dr.
Sher Afghan has said that the president Gen. Pervez
Musharaf in uniform is must for the stability of
democracy and the foundation stone of Kala Bagh Dam
should not be lay down without Gen. Pervez Musharaf
and insha Allah the work on Kala Bagh would be started
in 2004 as the construction of Kala Bagh Dam is must
for prosperity of Pakistan, therefore this issue must
not politicized as no one interest will be hampered.
He was talking to the newsmen at the walima reception
of Raja Abdullah. The local leader Raja Sana ul Haq
was also present at this occasion. Dr. Niazi was of
the view that LFO is not a issue as the 26 articles of
LFO constitute, District Governments, Provincial
Governments, and also Federal Government, therefore on
these points the combined opposition have no
objection, the only controversial issues were
president in uniform and establishment of national
security council. Gen. Pervez Musharaf himself
admitted openly that both the offices are separate one
and he will strip of the uniform at appropriate time
but opposition wanted to strip of the uniform
forcefully. National Security Council will be made
through parliament act, therefore there is every
chances of an accord with MMA and the government.

Ch. Riaz Ahmad dismissed the bail petition of a dacoit
involved in looting of a bus. Muhammad Iqbal R/O
district Shekhopura was nabbed by sadder police
Chakwal on 21st January 2001 and he alongwith his
accomplices looted a bust No.5965. The learned judge
after hearing the argument rejected the pettion of
accused.

has become sohrab goat and narcotics were selling
openly and SHO of the police station became the patron
of narcotics sellers. This was stated by the leader of
opposition in district assembly and Nazim Union
Council Dhudial Syed Abar Shah on Monday in press
conference. He alledged that some political figure of
the area were also supporting the selling of narcotics
and young generation is effected very badly. Abrar
Hussain Shah demanded from District Nazim Chakwal and
SSP Chakwal that they should take serious notice of
this situation and SHO police station Dhudial should
be removed and competent senior police officer should
be posted here.

CHAKWAL, Sept 16: Tehsil Nazim Choa Saiden Shah Malik
Hafeez-ur-Rehman on Tuesday dismissed the alleged
corruption and mall practice charges leveled against
him by the former advisor Chief Minister Raja Munnawar
Ahmad as he defeated his candidate in the Tehsil Nazim
election and therefore the allegations of Raja
Munnawar Ahmad were politically motivated.  Addressing
a press conference along with Naib Tehsil Nazim Mirza
Khurshid Baig while nine members of Tehsil Council
Choa Saiden Shah out of eleven were also present on
this occasion.  Tehsil Nazim Choa Saiden Shah declared
that he is ready for accountability but he never
accept Raja Ahmad Farooq as a new Tehsil Municipal
Officer because a resolution against him was passed by
Tehsil Council and demanded immediate transfer of him
but now due to political pressure of the MPA’s of this
area, Punjab local Government not only transferred the
TMO Mian Muhammad Asghar who is a honest man but also
appointed Raja Ahmad Farooq as new TMO of Tehsil
Council, which is an insult of the members of the
Tehsil Council.  Tehsil Nazim further told that he was
not the advocate of Mian Muhammad Asghar but the will
and the resolution of Tehsil Council must be honored.
He further told that no inquiry from any quarter was
held against him and if it was done he did not know
about inquiry and without taking my view, the inquiry
must be one sided and had no legal value if it was
held.  Tehsil Nazim vowed to Provincial Government and
even up to the President of Pakistan to protect the
honors of Tehsil Council members.  There is a
slackness in the minutes book of budget session and
the clerk due to neglect of his duty did not get the
signature of Tehsil Council members that were present
on the budget session, he admitted but denied the
allegation that he did not get the approval of annual
budget from the Tehsil Council as was alleged by Raja
Munnawar Ahmad.

CHAKWAL, Sept 16: A 9 years old young girl was killed
and five other received multiple injuries in four
different road-side accident in Tehsil Chakwal.  A
speedy wagon No.JM-2597 hit nine years old young girl
Zareena Bibi near Village Dhumman at Chakwal-Jhelum
road when she was crossing the road with her mother.
Zareena resident of Village Jandial Mehmood was killed
on the spot while here mother was survived.  In the

Thoa Bahadar a car was hit by a trailer, resulting
multiple injuries to a local transporter Muhammad
Nisar Joggi and his driver Muhammad Asif.  In an other
accident five years old Asrar Ahmad and a 70 years old
Mano Begum of Chakwal City were hit by motorcycle and
they were shifted to District Headquarter Hospital
Chakwal.  In another accident at Village Jabbi in the
area of Nila Police Station a tractor turn turtled and
Muhammad Ramzan received multiple injuries.

CHAKWAL, Sept 16: Two persons on pistol point
abducted a tailor master from Village Balkassar and
managed to make good their escape.  Muhammad Rehan
resident of District Sahiwal lodged a report that his
brother Suleman Farsi was a tailor master and was
working here at Balkassar from the last three years
and he was residing with Rana Muhammad Shafi.  Two
persons Muhammad Zakria Baloch and Izhar Ahmad armed
with pistol came to the house in the wee hours of
Monday night and kidnap Suleman Fasri.  Saddar Police
registered a case and started investigation.

CHAKWAL, Sept 14: 50 year old gardner was
electroducted at village Tatral Kahoon in the area of
Choa Saiden Shah police station. The deceased Muhammad
Bashir R/O Kot Najib Ullah district Hari Pur working
in the lawn of the house and cutting grass, his pricle
touched with an electric wire and he received electric
shop and the wire fell down on his body resulting his
instant death.

CHAKWAL, Sept 13: Eight persons armed with automatic
weapons opened indiscriminate firing at Bhoun Road
Chakwal on Saturday resulting killing of a person at
the spot while his brother sustained multiple bullet
injuries and he was shifted to District Headquarter
Hospital Chakwal in critical condition.  The deceased
Amir Khan, his brother Babar Khan and father Muhammad
Khan went to National Savings Center Branch for their
work and soon the accused Ghulam Shabbir resident of
Village Thoa Bahadar along with seven other
accomplices appeared on the scene and they immediately
opened fire on them.  Amir Khan killed on the spot
while Babar Ikram received bullet injuries while there
father Muhammad Khan was merically saved.  The accused
Ghulam Shabbir had killed the brother of Amir Khan who
was a driver some three years ago and Amir Khan was a
first cousin of the accused Ghulam Shabbir.  The
accused after committing the crime walked away from
the scene as the area was thickly populated and there
was great hustle and bustle at the time of the
incident.  No body was dared to stop them and they
managed to make good their escape.  ASP Saddar Circle
Chakwal Ishfaq Ahmad rushed on the spot and he shifted
the injured Babar Ikram to District Headquarter
Hospital Chakwal and due to his critical condition he
was shifted to Rawalpindi hospital.  City Police
Chakwal registered a case against the eight accused
and started searching them but no arrest so far has
been made till the filling of the report.  Both the
accused and the deceased were the resident of Village
Thoa Bahadar some 15 kilometer from here.  Ghulam
Shabbir and his brother who was also present at the
time of the incident were proclaimed offender as they
were not traced out by the Police after the killing of
a driver Mehboob Hussain some three years ago.

CHAKWAL, Sept 13: A 12 years old boy was sexual
assaulted at Village Dalwal in the area of Choa Saiden
Shah Police Station some 35 kilometer from here.  The
accused Muhammad Ajaib and Muhammad Afzal took Shah
Zaib into their house and started sexual assaulting
him, Shah Zaib made hue and cry and the people of the
locality gathered and they immediately took both the
accused into custody and then handed over to Choa
Saiden Shah Police.  Police registered a case of
Hadood Ordinance against the accused and started
investigation.

CHAKWAL, Sept 13: A speedy wagon collided with a tree
at Chakwal-Rawalpindi on Saturday, resulting serious
multiple injuries to three people.  Wagon
No.Kohat-2307 was coming from Rawalpindi and near
Village Dhudial the wagon driver tried to save a
motorcyclist, lost control over the wagon and after
colliding with a tree the wagon turn turtled.  The
wagon driver Aqeel Raza, conductor Khurram Anayat and
Soofi Muhammad Akhter received multiple injured and
they were immediately rushed to District Headquarter
Hospital Chakwal.

Hussain Shah will be started from 15th to 18th
September at Village Karsal which is the birth place
of renowned saint Hazrat Bari Imam.  The annual Urs

CHAKWAL, Sept 11: Additional District and Session
Judge Chakwal Hassan Mabroor Kiani summoned DSP Saddir
Circle Chakwal and Executive Magistrate who conducted
the judicial inquiry of famous CIA Chakwal Police gang
rape case.  The learned Judge after hearing the case
on Thursday summoned then DSP Saddar Circle Chakwal
Sardar Maqsood Hussain and Magistrate first class Dr.
Mobin Aslam who conducted the inquiry in 1995.  The
mother of the victim Nasreen Akhter and her counsel
Syed Ejaz Hussain Hmadani were present at the court.
The court had already recorded the statement of victim
Rozina Shaheen, her mother Nasreen Akhter,
eyewitnesses Khalid Mehmood and Muhammad Ashraf, Women
Medical Officer Dr. Muneera Jalil who examined Rozina
Shaheen at District Headquarter Hospital Chakwal at
that time and Secretary General Press Club Chakwal
Khawaja Babar Salim who published the news item in the
national newspapers and the then District Magistrate
Chakwal ordered a judicial inquiry on the report of
the news items published in the newspapers.  The
learned Judge fixed the next date of hearing on 29th
September.  The Federal Shariat Court directed the
subordinate court to re-trial the case and examined
all the witnesses and court witnesses cited in the
private complaint of Nasreen Akhter.  The subordinate
court dismissed the private complaint without
examining the witnesses provided in the complaint and
Nasreen Akhter filed an appeal before Federal Shariat
Court and the Division Bench after hearing the case
from the last six years remanded the case back to
Session Court and ordered that it should be re-trial.

CHAKWAL, Sept 11: A drunkard Patwari was caught red
handed by Dhumman Police on Thursday.  Patwari Barkat
Muhammad resident of Village Joor was making hue and
cry, Dhumman Police reached on the spot and nabbed
him.  Half bottle of liquor and 32 bore illicit pistol
were also recovered from him.  The patwari was
examined at Rural Health Center Dhumman and it was
confirmed that he was drunked.  Police registered
three separate cases against Patwari and send him in
the judicial lockup.  In the meantime Choa Saiden Shah
Police also arrested an accused Fida Hussain resident
of Village Dulmial and 30-bore pistol was recovered
from him.  Saddar Police Chakwal nabbed an accused
Ghulam Abbas resident of Village Thanil Fathoi and
recovered 30 bore pistol form him.

CHAKWAL, Sept 11: 40 Police constable will be
recruited in District Chakwal during the current
recruitment.  More than 1500 applications were
received to the office of District Police Officer
Chakwal and all the aspirants are called for written
test on 16th September.  DIG Rawalpindi Range, SSP
Chakwal Ch: Muhammad Zaman and two other senior Police
Officers at the rank of SP level will be included in
the board and the board will finalized the
recruitment.  SSP Chakwal Ch: Muhammad Zaman told the
newsmen on Thursday that the recruitments will be
purely on merit and no recommendation from any side
will be entertained. 

 

CHAKWAL, Sept 12: Various irregularities, mall
practices and corruption were un-earthed at Tehsil
Municipal Administration Choa Saiden Shah and Punjab
Government immediately transferred TMO Mian Muhammad
Asghar and an inquiry was ordered against Tehsil Nazim
Choa Saiden Shah Malik Hafeez-ur-Rehman.  This was
stated by former Advisor to Chief Minister Punjab Raja
Munnawar Ahmad in a press conference on Friday at his
residence Kot Rajgan.  Raja Munnawar Ahmad showed
documentary proof of the serious irregularities
committed by Tehsil Nazim Choa Saiden Shah with the
collaboration of TMO.  He alleged that Tehsil Nazim
did not get approval from the Tehsil Council for the
budget of 2001-2002 and it was mandatory and legal
requirement but rupees 5.8 millions for the said year
were spent without getting the approval from the
council.  Raja Munnawar Ahmad further told that EDO
Finance District Chakwal held an inquiry against the
alleged corruption and in his inquiry report submitted
to District Nazim Chakwal it was confirmed that
various developed schemes that were present in the
papers but they were not exist physically on the
ground.  Raja Munnawar Ahmad on this occasion also
produced various documents and attested copy of the
fake meeting of Tehsil Council Choa Saiden Shah and no
signature from any members of the house were present
on that document which according to the TMA this was
the budget session.  However Tehsil Nazim Choa Saiden
Shah Malik Hafeez-ur-Rehman dismissed the allegations
and termed it a political statement and he demanded
from Punjab Government that the transfer of TMO Mian
Muhammad Asghar should be cancelled forthwith.  Raja
Munnawar Ahmad was of the view that it is necessary
that TMO should be removed form this office so that in
the inquiry some further startling corruption deeds of
TMA will be exposed.

CHAKWAL, Sept 12: The Police officers of Sub
Inspector ranks are dominating in the eleven Police
Stations of District Chakwal and six out of these
Police Stations were run by Sub Inspectors while the
remaining five were headed by Inspectors.  Four
Inspector rank officers were transferred to District
Police Line Chakwal and they were relaxing here.
According to a survey conducted by this correspondence
these four Police Inspectors were appointed as SHO’s
in different Police Stations but they did not deliver
and due to un-efficiency they were packed to District
Police Line.  Inspector Nadir Khan, Inspector Azhar
Shabbir, and Inspector Ch: Muneer Ahmad and Inspector
Mazhar-ul-Haq were among this list.  Those Sub
Inspector who were running the six Police Stations are
Sub Inspector Malik Abdul Rauf at Lawa, Sub Inspector
Raja Shakeel of Saddar Talangang, Sub Inspector Malik
Zameer of City Talagang, Sub Inspector Zahoor Ahmad at
Neela, Sub Inspector Malik Mehmood at Dhudial and Sub
Inspector Khurshid Baig at Choa Saiden Shah while the
remaining five Police Stations were headed by
Inspector level Police Officers and they are Inspector
Khan Zaman at City Chakwal, Inspector Asar Ali at
Saddar Chakwal, Inspector Maik Shahid Hussain at
Kallar Kahar and Inspector Malik Sharif at Police
Station Tamman.  The strength of Police officials in
District Chakwal is not according to the requirement,
however 40 Police constable will be recruited in the
coming month and they will be posted out in District
Chakwal after the completion of training.

News (9th and 10th Sep)

CHAKWAL SEPTEMBER, 9. The mysterious disappearance of
70 years old man of Village Murid was solved as his
dead body was recovered from Nullah Soaj.  Ch: Majhi
Khan along with his donkey card went to the farm field
but never came back.  The relatives were searching him
from the past three days and after hectic efforts, his
dead body was found under the debris of the Nullah.
The dead body was mutilated and he was identified from
his cloth.  It is learnt that due to heavy torrential
rain, water came in the Nullah suddenly with full
pressure and swept Ch: Majhi Khan and his donkey cart.


CHAKWAL SEPTEMBER, 9. The trial of famous CIA gang
rape case was adjourned for 15th September.  The
mother of the victim Nasreen Akhter along with her
counsel were present at the court of Anti-Corruption
Rawalpindi and it was presided over by Special Judge
Aslam Khan.  The accused ASI Mukhtar Ahmad and six
others were present in the court and the counsel of
the victim contended that the accused Police officials
were using delaying tactics one reason and the other,
causing delay of justice to the victim as the FIR was
registered against the accused on June, 1995 after
conducting the judicial inquiry by the order of then
District Magistrate Chakwal. 

CHAKWAL SEPTEMBER, 9. Senior Civil Judge Chakwal Mian
Munsab Ali Joya was transferred to District Sahiwal as
Senior Civil Judge Chakwal Mr. Tariq Masood Bhatti was
posted here in his place.  Both the judicial officers
will assume their charge within next few days.  In the
meantime DSP investigation Ch: Muhammad Younas was
posted at Punjab Constabulary Rawalpindi and he joined
his new assignment.  No other DSP was appointed at his
place.  DSP Headquarters Ch: Hanif Ahmad was also
posted from here to special branch Lahore and in his
place no DSP was sent. 

 

 

CHAKWAL, Sept 10: District and Session Judge Chakwal
who is also chairman human rights board District
Chakwal summoned SDO WAPDA Chakwal and Revenue Officer
WAPDA to appear before the court on 22nd September.
Haji Muhammad Ishaq through his counsel Syed Ejaz
Hussain Hamdani lodged a complaint that the WAPDA had
removed his two electricity meters from the two shops
despite the bill were paid and he approached the
learned court and the leaned Session Judge intervene
into the matter and directed the WAPDA officials to
restore the electricity supply and meters.  The
complainant in his application contended that the
WAPDA officials send heavy amount of electricity bills
of amounting 25,563 and which was amended by due to
intervention of the court and rupees 6,564 was paid to
the WAPDA and now the WAPDA again sent a bill of 6,474
of August which is more than the consumption of the
units.  The petitioner prayed that the actual unit
consumption bill is to be released so that he would
pay the amount.  The learned Judge summoned both the
WAPDA officials to appear before the court with the
record. 

CHAKWAL, Sept 10: Saddar Police Chakwal nabbed a
person involved in the stealing of water pipe tags
from the mosques.  Police arrested accused Muhammad
Faryad and recovered 85 water tags from him.  In the
meantime six people including a mother and his child
were injured in four different incidents.  Seven
persons attack on the house of Nisar Ahmad and
reflected multiple injuries to Parveen Akhter and her
12 years son Nisar Ahmad.  Case was registered against
Marium Bibi, Sakina Bibi, Rashman and four other
un-identified persons.  A young man Asad Abbas was
attacked by Muhammad Salim with Hocki and Asad Abbas
was shifted to District Headquarter Hospital Chakwal.
In the 3rd incident a cyclist Yawar Khan was hit by a
speedy car at Chakwal-Talagang road Chakwal he was
shifted to District Headquarter Hospital Chakwal in
critical condition.  In an other accident a speedy car
collided with rickshaw at Millat Chowk Chakwal
resulting multiple injures to Abdul Jabbar and
Azmat-Ullah. 

CHAKWAL, Sept 10: District Nazim Chakwal Sardar
Ghulam Abbas has said that without the participation
of women in the field, development and prosperity
cannot be achieved and present Government had given
representation of 33% women in the new District
Government System and the foundation of silent
revolution is very much taking its course.  He was
addressing a big public gathering at border town of
Village Nara Mughlan some 45 kilometer from here.
After inaugurating the office of a NGO Photohar
Organization of Development Assistance.  Director of
the association Nazir Ahmad and Samina Akhter also
spoke on this occasion and they briefed about the
organization PODA.  District Nazim announced
up-gradation of Mulhal Mughlan hospital and 24 hours
service will be available at this hospital, and he
ordered immediate posting of doctors, Para-medical
staff, other required machinery for X-rays and

Dear Members

I  have decided to go to Japan and import 50 cars to New Zealand. I am going there for 10 weeks and appologise some people who had asked me to work on their problems and for this delay.  Also I would like to invite my friends, Jeerablade and Imran Lohar to barbeque party I will be holding  on shortly  for them at my place, BannerMan Ave, Grey Lynn.  Also some of my friends have got me and my old friends into peace now and we have negotiated.  I would also personaly ask Jerrablade's brothers here in Auckland that they are invited to the party aswell.  I regret what I had done in past along with my brother and cheated on people. Now I  will give them cars at very low price and compensate.  If JeeraBlade and Imran Lohar again become my friends we can do good bussiness again, otherwise we all have our own path to follow.  Also I apologize for this late reply to the website I was busy with other people from my community serving them and I was having peace talks with JeeraBlade and Imran.  I now beleave I will serve this community with my true heart.

CHAKWAL SEPTEMBER, 8. Three persons including two
girls were killed in two different incidents.  Two
girls of ten years of age of Village Dhapai some 30
kilometer from here went to a fish farm along with
their mothers for clothing and when both of them were
playing along side the fish farm, they fell down into
fish farm as the people reached at the spot after 15
minutes but both of them were died.  Nabeela was the
daughter of a bank officer while Umbreen was a
daughter of a labourer.  In the second incident at
Village Jamalwal some 15 kilometer from here where a
60 years old man Muhammad Amir got strangulated
himself with a rope and hanged himself with a tree.
The deceased Muhammad Amir had a domestic problem and
he left behind seven sons, three daughters and a
widow. 

CHAKWAL SEPTEMBER, 8. Additional District and Session
Judge Chakwal Hassan Mabroor Kiani granted bail to an
accused involved in a Hadood Ordinance case of Dhumman
Police Station.  The accused Rub Nawaz resident of
Village Sarkal Mair was booked by the Police as he
allegedly tried to rape a daughter of a doctor.  The
medical report revealed that the accused was not
adult, therefore the court giving a benefit of the
doubt to the accused and granted bail to him. 

CHAKWAL SEPTEMBER, 8. District Development Committee
Chakwal sanctioned an amount of 17.5 million rupees
for the electrification of nine rural areas.  11 Lac
36 thousands for Kamran Abad Dakhli Neela, rupees 4.2
millions for Village Laphi, rupees 1.6 millions for
Hassan Abad Jhamra, rupees five Lac 41 thousands for
Dakhli Tatral, rupees 8 Lac 58 thousands for Dhoke
Shakrial, rupees 1 million for Jinnah Colony Multan
Khurd, rupees 4.7 millions for Village Dhoular and
rupees 3.4 millions for Dhoke Dali Dakhli Dhoular and
rupees 2.1 millions for Village Kurpal of Union
Council Dhumman.  The Government had released the
funds and it is worth mentioning here that the
District Government had provided rupees 128 millions
rupees for rural electrification from the past two
years.

CHAKWAL SEPTEMBER, 7. District Nazim Chakwal Sardar
Ghulam Abbas on Sunday in his message on literacy day
vowed to make literacy rate 100% in district Chakwal
and district Government is making all out efforts in
this regard. District Nazim regrited that the
education department was ignored despite effect that
no society and nation can progress without promoting
literacy rate. District Nazim was confident that the
compulsory primary education will be implemended and
the laws will be inforced in this regard, basic
amenities will be provided at the schools, vacant
vacancies will be filled and special literary center
will be established for women to promote literacy rate
in the district.

CHAKWAL SEPTEMBER, 7. Four persons armed with dandas
attacked on the butcher shop at Millat Chowk Chawal
resulting some serious injuries to the butcher and his
brother. Muhammad Imran butcher R/O Moti Bazar Chakwal
lodged a report in the police station that when he and
his borther Mehmood Ahmad were selling meat at their
shop the accused Muhammad Naeem and his father
alongwith two unidentified person came on the
motorcycle and they attacked on us. Muhammad Imran
received head injuries while multiple injuries were
inflicted to his brother Mahmood Ahmad. City police
Chakwal registered a case and started investigations.

CHAKWAL SEPTEMBER, 7. New Surgeon were appointed at
DHQ hospital Chakwal as this important vacancy was
lying vacant for the last one month. Syed Aqrar
Hussain Shah assumed the charge of surgeon as his
predecessor Mr. Saleem  Minhas resigned from the post
and went to Saudia Arabia.

CHAKWAL SEPTEMBER, 6. Small Dams Department District
Chakwal started its preparation to sink the million
years old fossils site of Ban Amir Khatoon some 20
kilometer from here as the Department wanted to
construct a small dam in this area.  Fossils were
recovered from this area from ten years ago and in the
preliminary investigation it was confirmed by the
international laboratory that these fossils are more
than 28 million years old and these fossils are the
bones of deer, elephants and other animals.  Federal
Government at that time initiated to establish an open
air museum in this area but that project was never
fulfilled.  Punjab Government constructed a road with
the cost of three millions for this fossils site due
to its significant importance.  Renowned archeologist
Professor Doctor Ahmad Hassan Dani visited this site
for many times and he claimed that these fossils are
the biggest concentration of fossils that is recovered
from all over the world and he was very confident that
if this site is to be developed then we can attract
historian, archeologist and other tourists to this
area.  Small Dams Department in the tenure of Chief
Minister of Manzoor Watoo made a survey to construct a
small dam in this area but the resistance of
archeology department and people of District Chakwal,
this project was cancelled.  Now once again small dams
department conducted a survey a few days ago as the
department again wanted to construct a small dam in
this area.  The people of District Chakwal and other
local archeologist reacted very sharply and they
demanded immediate stoppage of construction of dams at
the cost of this historical and cultural heritage
which is millions years old and they demanded the
preservation of this fossils area site as the people
had taken away these valuable fossils from the area
and it is the need of the hour that safety measures
should be adopted to protect and preserve this
historical site. 

CHAKWAL SEPTEMBER, 6. Special Judge of Anti-Corruption
Court Rawalpindi Mr. Aslam Khan awarded six months
rigorous imprisonment to a District Excise and
Taxation Officer Chakwal as the case of forgery and
corruption was proved against him.  Anti-Corruption
Department Chakwal booked ETO Muhammad Nawaz and clerk
Muhammad Khalil as they allegedly transferred two
vehicles into the name of Farhat Abbas resident of
Village Murid on his fake identity card.  The learned
court after hearing the argument awarded six months
imprisonment and fine of rupees 50 thousands to the
accused ETO while clerk Muhammad Khalil acquitted by
giving him the benefit of the doubt.  The accused ETO
was taken into Police custody as soon as he came out
from the court after the judgment. 

CHAKWAL SEPTEMBER, 6. Dhumman Police arrested a
couple from Village Musa Kahut and booked them under
Hadood Ordinance.  Father-in-law Ghulam Mehdi lodged a
report in the Police Station that his daughter-in-law
Asia Bibi has developed illicit relation with her
brother-in-law Muhammad Iqbal from the last two years
and they were told not to adopt this unlawful act but
they turned a deaf year.  When the couple was merry
making in a room Ghulam Mehdi called the Police and
Police arrested them red handed and after having
medical examination from District Headquarter Hospital
Chakwal it was confirmed that they had a sexual
relation.  Police registered a case and started
investigation.
