Talking with Sohni Dharti , President of PANZ , Naveed Hamid said , our work to making a data base of all PANZ members is complete , soon we are launching our card system to all our members , where it will show there numbers and their status, voter are non voter are associate members
Answering to question of Sohni Dharti, about free member ship in which PANZ have lost nearly $7000, Mr President said it not lose of $7000, it is a win, because of free membership we are able to have data base of 700 member and this new card will cover the cast as card fee would be $10 per member

ReplyDeletePANZ Database and membership Cards Project 2006.
This was decided soon after 14th Aug 2005 but due to Earthquake in Pak this
work was on the waiting list, I was personally advised the President about
Membership cards while the President came with a great idea of Panz Database
system, The Vice President Mr. Mazhar Liked these ideas and Mr. Naseem the
Joint secretary was already working on the membership process when he was
here in NZ, He is back to help in this Database and Membership cards work.
Once we complete the Database we will be able to access to the members
details in seconds also it will be passed to the next PANZ General committee
and will be very helpful for them to contact members. We will not be looking
in papers or paper files for them any more but a click of mouse will bring
them on the page.
The cards will very beneficial for the members so they can prove their
Identity in PANZ election or other PANZ related matters or inquiries from
PANZ office. This is a hard and long job for PANZ and I think the $10 fee
for this card is very reasonable. President is working hard on this project
and our total support and help is with him until we finish this project. The
Executive members of the PANZ also liked the idea of Membership cards and
Database.
I would personally thank the President of PANZ and the rest of his team for
another great job after President Visit,14th Aug, and Earthquake job.
