I THINK THE EXECUTIVES SHOULD TAKE ACTION NOW AND DESOLVE THE G.BODY CABINET AS ITS WORKING AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION OF PANZ. THEY TOOK OATH TO PROTECT THE PANZ CONTITUTION BUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS OUT OF MY MIND????  WHY IS THA PANZ IS KIDNAPPED BY A GROUPE OF FEW???? PANZ AGM IS ILLEGAL.

 

WE WILL BOYCOTT  THIS UNCONSTITUTIONAL AGM(we have not been given enough time for our resolution to be added to agenda.

My Baba Frid was a great secular saint of Islam

Ajodan now Pakpatin was a hindu Empire before Baba Frid, The Hindu king was very cruel he took one day milk or its cost from all the milk sellers (Gojars) Baba Frid was in Dheli at that time with his Murshad saint Qutib ud din Bukhtayar Kaki who was a great saint of his time ordered his disciples not to build his grave like ark leave it upto soil level may some day some friend of God walk over his grave and due to his feet steps he may get mersy from God, he orderd Baba to go to Ajoodan (Pakpatin) Baba came and tented beside the big wall of Forte of Ajoodan he saw a woman taking a  Jar of milk and weeping too when he asked woman replied its for the Hindu King Im weeping becz its for my childern but I can not give them Baba stopped her and said go to home give milk to your childern God will help us, when king got the news he sent his massenger to kill the Baba Frid but my Baba Recited the few verses of Quran and massenger fell down on the earth and never came up, in a period of 3 years Baba defeated the King and renamed the Ajoodan as Pakpatin Baba never asked any resident of Pakpatan to convert to muslims he gave free hand to Hindus and Jogis to live as per their religion in Pakpatin, one day one Hindu woman came to Baba ( this incident is qouted by a britin scholar P.K Hitti in his book History of Islam) woman's doughter was being married in next week and she had no money Baba told her go and bring some Mud she brought few kilos Baba recited the Surah Ikhlas and mud converted into gold, the hindu women went home and gathered heaps of mud and recited the same verses for next 40 days but mud never changed in Gold at this junction Baba told her historic words " Look your action is right but you don't have a toung of Frid in your mouth"  So Baba Frid was a great Secular saint of Islam.

Akram Awan awarded two years rigorous imprisonment to a drug pusher Ghulam
Abbas S/o. Ahmed Khan resident of village Maingan of Sadar Police Station
Chakwal. The accused recorded his confessional statement before the court
that Sadar Police Chakwal had recovered 115 gram Charas from him on 7th
November 2005. The judge also fined him rupees 5 thousands.

Ishaq S/o. Karamat Hussain resident of village Jand Awan involved in the

murder of Nadeem Haider. The accused Muhamamd Ishaq along with his relative

CHAKWAL February 20: The by-election of Nazim Union Council five Chakwal
City was gaining momentum as both the candidates have started their campaign
to get the support of the people. It is a strait fight between the nominee
of Amir Bhatti Group Sahazada Abdul Qadoos Naqshbandi and District Nazim
Group backed candidate Abdul Ghafar Bhatti. Abdul Qadoos Naqshbandi was also
the president of MMA District Chakwal, therefore he is likely to get the
support of all the opposition political parties of the Government. Muhammad
Nazeer Shami (Late) won the election by defeating the candidate of District
Nazim Group Shiekh Muhammad Riaz Farooqi on 25th August 2005 by the margin
of 300 votes and this seat was lying vacant after the death of Muhammad
Nazeer Shami. The final list of the candidates would be displayed on 23rd
February by returning officer Mr. Sohail Nasir, while the election symbol
would be allotted on 24th February. The election would be held on 11th
March.

My Prophat is great

Prophathood was first attacked by two self made Prophat in the period of Great calip Abu Bakar when Aswad Ansi and Musailma Kasab claimed tobe prophat and denied the authority of center, these two people openly started blaming and using blephamic  language against my great Prophat but what happened at the end my Prophat is stilll alive and respected and nobody knows where those self made prophat are burried even. Then in Mutazala { A sect in Bughdad} degraded the prophat with the theory of Wahdat ul wajood, then in 13 th century Batineen created a new religion they constructed a heaven and had their own Prophat called Shaikh, then Akbar invented the riligion of Din-a-Allahi and chaired himself as chief religious leader, In Britain Birtrand Russel criticised religious personalities and In Russia Lenin and Marks criticised religion and Muhammad (pb) Marks called religion as Opium the People, then Kadiyani made a prophat after Muhammad, In 20th century there was a movement of Progressive writers and People against religion and Islam. So point is this, this is not done first time as we have seen it is continually done and propogated some time by one person and some time by groups and it will continue till Imam Mehdi will come and show to the world which they haven't seen yet, all this blcak history and proganda against my prophat could not and can not harm the status of my great Prophat becaz Quran says" truth comes and lie runs away" my Prophat is truth and propaganda is a lie, now the question is this what is a duty of a muslim at such shocking times Quran says"OH people be more obedint of God at the time of sorrows and pains -------------Oh People I will Judge you by fear, greed and hunger so be pateince........oh people my Prophat are gaured by me so if you gethered in groups agaist them can not harm them. So as per Quranic order we have to ask for opology from God and should show our Patience and try to project the real and Quranic version of Islam.

Rukhsar: actully I am very busy in these days.I have to lookafter childern in these days beside the business.

Adda: what your husband doing then?

Rukhsar: he was house keeper but in these days he is concenterating on social works.He is worried for the future of our community.

Adda: thats great baji in which area he is working?

Rukhsar:He recently jioned a social organization.

Adda:Baji they will pay to him agaisnt his services.

Rukhsar: No we have to pay them for giving us chance to work with them in many ways I mean, time, money etc etc,

Adda:Baji why you dont work with PANZ or PWCS,they both claim they are working for community.

Rukhsar: I dont like PANZ now they are too rude and arrogant they dont accept dictations, so, many people are offended now like me.

Adda:Yes baji I agree they are very proud of their performance. Two persons from the whole community continusely arguing that change the AGM time but they are not changing thier decision. they are prefering majority of taxi drivers over 1- 1/4 family. they are not friendly.

Rukhsar:This is why I started liking PWCS they are all friends running PWCS and thats why, they r friendly.

Adda: But baji you will agree that they also did some wrong things in Eid Show.

Rukhsar:No they did nothing wrong this is all bukwas what the persons written with the id of Mula Ali and Talking new born.They before time warrnned to the sponsers who will not pay them they will Zalil them on stage.So this is not unfair.Look tella jee is happy on his tazlil he think he is going popular.

After mocking and insulting non sponsers and thier political rivals in Eid show, now they are  bribing their sponsers by accomodating  and binding them in PWCS for ever. Such  sponsers also see a bright future in a such un-elected body where thier dreams may come true. 

 

As popularity  and glamourous graph of PWCS is increasing we hope they will annouce very soon election in PWCS.

A joint meeting of executive & management committee of PWCS was held on Monday 6th of Fabruary in Mangere to finalise the names of office-bearers of the Lady's Wing of PWCS. The meeting was presided over by the president of PWCS  Mr. Saleem Raza and after long deliberations the joint committee unanimously agreed on the following names:

I love my Prophat

Prophet never ask for help from any ordinary person, if we deny quran then what can I say " oh prophat never look towards others Allah is sufficient for you" one can study the history of Islam, quran, Sunah, and books of some great scholars like Allama Iqbal, Shibli NUamani, Imam Hanifa, Imam Jaffar, all states that prophet is for our guidence and help we are nothing before him, prophet never ask for help from noor udin Zangi or any other politician of the world he only convay them the message of God if we remember the Hajarat of Habsha the first ever migration for the cause  of Islam, muslim only red the massage of God and prophet in the court of the King of Habsha, I chanllenge all the religious minded people tell any single Prophet from Adam to Muhammad {peace be upon him} who directly ask for help from any believer if we study quran when Noh's son was drowing in the water he never ask help from the people in the boat he pray to God only, when people threw Abrahim {pbc} into fire he never asked for help form anybody, when YOunus{ pbc} was  crying with pain he never ask for help from any believer, when Jesus Christ was executed he nver ask for help, when Moses was alone and ordered by the God to go in to the court of Faros he never asked help from any ordinary person instead he asked God to give him a Assistant, whe Yaqoob{ pbc} was weeping for YOUsuf  he nver ask for help even form his sons he told them you do nothing for me only my God can do which you don't know, In the same way my great Prophet who is everything for me never ask for help even he never said to Hazarat Umar to help him he requested God "please give me Umer" that's why Im agaist these religious leaders who don't paint the real picture of Islam, Now suppose if we belive Prophet need our help what happens

1- anybody who is dependent on help of any other thing or person can not be a Prophet or massenger of God so if we have any Idea of helping the prophet we are proving this theory

2- if we belive that our prophet need our help we disprove the quranic wordict and theory that our Prophet is forever, alive and helping force and Rahamat for all

3- we prove to the world that our prophet is very weak and we are trying to make him strong.

 

So I agin request all the muslims please go to the real scholars and leave these under matriculated religius leaders Im not against protest but Im against the theory of helping the prophat,

 

With the blessing of Allah and love of his prophat and quidance of My Murshad I don't bother what you say about me Im fully confidant and responsible for my statements these are not Irresponsible statements but truth which we are not habitual of listioning. Panz Reflection Should be Democratic and Friendly

Dear Panz Office Bearers

It is requested to change the date of the AGM.As it should not be taken as formality.

It is realy an important day for the community. Especially people are waiting for this day for  a long time and it would give you guys an opportunity to get the views of the different people from community

Don;t wait for individual calls fro every one for the change of the date or time rather don't rely on the people who are saying yes to this non friendly decision.

On the other hand people should understand that all about AGM depend on the booking of the hall.Change of the date does't matter but  it should be convinient for all . if you don';t consider that  then it would be the first AGM that has been called in the darkness.

and order during the month of Moharam. District Chakwal was included among
15 other Districts of Punjab Province that was declared sensitive in a high
level meeting during the month of Moharam. Two companies of Pak Army would
be deployed in District Chakwal. It is worth mentioning her that for the
processions of 7th Moharam and 17 Safar, army is to be called for last 20
years and it was only first time that Army was not called in the last year

1. President of panz should be resident or citizen of New Zealand as per current clause of the constitution but for all other positions of the cabinet, Any Pakistani on legal status with long term visa like long term business visa or student enrolled for two years course of study should be eligible.
2. Meeting should be called on every key issue and decision should be made by the will of majority of the present chorum of that meeting the chorum should be at least 20 members.
3.  PANZ General Committee should come in office for only one year.

Crrupt religious leaders can not do anything

As a muslim we have to recon following basic things

 

1- Prophet is appointed, made and respected by the God only,  nobody have any right to add or deduct anything from the status of Prophet.

 

2- By our statements self created propoganda makes no difference to the status of the prophet we can not defend our prophet but our great prophet defend us he is Rahmat and oppology for all the human beings do you remember the women who throws filth on prophet but prophet never mind it she could not disgrace the prophet so our prophet is not so weak and helpless that any news paper or speech of religious leader can harm his status which is infinite and for ever he was the prophet when there was nothing and he will be prophet when everything will finish.

3- At any difficult time we should come back to our prophet who is alive and helping and ask for his help and verdict which will come directly or by some of his beloved so don't look towards religious looters but go to prophet he will solve your propblem

 

4- Allah is Kun and can defend his prophet and you will see how he will,  your queen st march is only your show up of feelings but it can not do anything unless God and prophet will.

Media apologised on cartoons in NZ(PANZ)

Thanks to the race relations commissioner for calling a joint meeting of Muslim leaders in Nz and Media executives.

 

In the result of this Dominion post and c.Church press apologised from muslim community.

 

 PANZ G/Body was pleased with the decision and hope that this will help in easing tesion and will a bit calm the situation. We think that this was also a result of peace full protest on the queen street last sunday as well as the atatements of the people against those papers in last 4days. This decision will also help New Zealand trade relations with middle eastern countries which is a good news for kiwi muslims. 

PANZ once again thanks to all communities for supporting on this issue.

It was very unfortunate for us that two of the local news papers published the Blesphemus cartoons of our Holy Prophet Mohammad(PBUH).  

 

Pakistan Association of New Zealand is Organizing a protest against the Two local New Zealand News papers.

It was decided in a General meeting today at Sunshine taxis office called by Panz G/B.Other associations who are co-operating in the peacefull protest are Muslim Association,Sama and Fianz, who attended todays meeting and decided to go for the protest under the banner of PANZ.

Basant is celebrated at a time when the winter months are nearing to an end and spring is just around the corner. There is a famous Punjabi phrase for this event "Basant- pala aurant", which means that with the advent of Basant the cold weather flies away.

 

Coinciding with mating season, symbolically Basant is believed to symbolize heightened emotions sending a message of love to all man and animal alike. An interesting compliment to this theory is the celebration of the famous western occasion Valentines Day celebrated February 14th near the same dates of that of the local Basant.

The celebrations kick off with people especially the women wearing bright yellow clothes, while families and friends gather together at rooftop feasts to mark the occasion.

 

It is said that over the years Basant has risen beyond the level of a local festival and has now become an occasion in this part of Pakistan where it is celebrated as eagerly as the two eid’s and independence Day.

Basant in Lahore knows no religious, political or sexual boundaries. It knows only one thing and that is the spirit of the city to which it is celebrated as a tribute each year round.

Nowadays Basant has become a major industry where all the large companies both from within the city as well as other parts of the country want a piece of the action.

The city this year round has been divided in the colors of red and blue as two major beverage companies have taken over all the streets filling them up with decorations and banners, each trying to outdo the other.

Massive public events have been arranged in various parks and arenas, while all the prominent rooftops have literally been sold out over the weekend to companies wishing to accommodate their guest for the gala event.

The hype of Basant in Lahore has grown so much that nowadays even the foreign media comes all the way from the west to report on the event.

Everyone becomes a part of the festivities during the Basant week even people who have never flown kites also try to chip in and enjoy the event.

ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO THE CONSTITUTION:

This constitution shall not be altered, added or amended except by resolution at a General Meeting of the Association. The fact that any alteration, addition or amendment will me moved and the general purport there of shall be stated in the notice calling the meeting, but it shall not be necessary to sort out the exact from thereof so long as the exact from of the proposed alteration, addition or rescission shall be posted to the secretary at least fourteen days before the meeting.

No Alternation or cancellation will be made to this constitution that is in conflict with the aims and objectives of the Association.

Three news item from Khawaja Suqat Correspondent at Chakwal

CHAKWAL, Jan 31: Additional District & Session Judge Chakwal Mr. Akram
Awan acquitted 10 accused involved in a private complaint of murder and
attempt of murder by giving them the benefit of the doubt. Sajawal Khan
resident of village Ransial of Kallar Kahar police station field a private
complaint before the court and contended that his sons ASI Muhammad Safdar
and Muhammad Aslam were not killed and wounded in the police counter but it
was allegedly attacked by 10 people of Mushtaq Group and his son Aslam was
killed by the attackers and it was the operation of Mushtaq Group. Private
prosecution was failed to prove the case. The court was told that ASI Safdar
and his brother Muhammad Aslam had murdered the two women of Mushtaq Group
and after killing them both the brother were disappeared from the scene and
later they were declared proclaimed offenders. The police when raided to
arrest Aslam and Safdar they started firing on the police and Muhammad Aslam
was killed and Safdar received bullet injuries during this encounter and
later on Safdar was awarded death sentence in the case and he was in the
jail. Sajawal Khan filed private complaint to bring the other party across
the table for settlement but his counter blast was failed.

assumed the charge on Tuesday and started working. In the mean time a warm
reception was given to Chaudhary Mushtaq Hussain Bargett who retired from
service after serving 38 years in police department. The reception wad

DPO Attack Capt. Zafar Iqbal, District and Session Judge Asad Raza, District

District Chakwal Chaudhary Munir Ahmed and the new DPO District Chakwal
Ahmed Ishaq Jahangir was also present on this occasion. DSP Headquarter
Iftikhar-ul-Haq, DCO Chakwal Doctor Azam Saleem and Tehsil Nazim Jhelum
Zumured Yaqoob paid reach tribute to out going DPO for his excellent
performances in the police department. Speaking on this occasion Chaudhary
Mushtaq Hussain told that when he took the charge of District Chakwal he
warned his subordinates that no police high handedness would be tolerated
and with the grace of God he got success as no Supreme Court, High Court and
local courts have called him in any judicial proceeding.

CHAKWAL, Jan 31: A married women committed suicide at Mohallah Jafar Abad
Chakwal after sprinkling Kerosene oil on her body and got lit. Muhammad
Feroze told the police that her daughter Mumtaz Begum was married to
Muhammad Rafiq who was already married and both the wives were residing at
the same place and they had a quarreled each other which made Mumtaz Begum
desperate and therefore she committed suicide. Mumtaz Begum was rushed to
District Headquarter Hospital Chakwal but She was not survived. City police
Chakwal registered a case and started investigation.

Panz G/Body and Executive Body had an important joint meeting at Fin zone last week in which they made the following 7 important decisions.

 

1. An Annual General meeting  has called on 25^th of Feb 2006, 3pm at May Rd Hall Mt Roskill, Auckland.  But it will be depends on the availability of the hall, Panz will confirm that in the next 7-days if there is any changes to this meeting.
2. For panz related communications panz group message board will be used until Panz web site is restarted as Panz had started working on their own new website. Vice President Ch.Mazhar will be the in charge of this new Panz web site project. Hopefully it will be completed before AGM.

3. Panz has started preparations for the 14^th Aug 2006(Independence Day), in the first phase Panz will book a hall and then 2^nd phase will be announced.  We are trying to book a suitable hall for this big upcoming function by the end of Feb 2006 said the President Naveed Hamid in the meeting; General Secretary Imtiaz will give his report about the hall booking to the G/Body before the End of Feb 2006. Once the cabinet makes a decision on this the place will be announced for 14^th Aug 2006 Independence day.
4. Panz started work on 23rd March 2006(Pakistan Day) function; Panz will announce the place for this function soon.
5. Panz has also decided to extend the date of the applications for Treasurer position, Application can be made before the 7^th of Feb 2006 now.
6. Panz will negotiate this year’s “Eid Miladunnabi(PBUH)” celebrations with South Auckland Muslim Association and other Organizations. Panz will also announce that if It will be organizing their own program for this great day, this will be depending on the pre-calendar programs of the other muslim organizations in Auckland.
7. Membership cards will be printed and computerized data will be made for the PANZ members.
