Sometimes a picture says itself all that needs to be said.
This one does so on the billboard at the back of the guy in this traditional Siri Paye (should we say, ‘Head and Hooves’; someone please help me with the proper English term for this!) shop in Lakshmi Chowk, Lahore.
I was one proud father when South Auckland Muslim Association (SAMA) offered me to send me son to South Africa for higher religious education , I angry without any hesitation , my son saiyd Abdula Nabi, who is one of very talented student of Al Madina school was happy too , we packed our bag and travelled to south Africa
We were welcomed by Molana Hazarvi who is principal of this Madrisa , first few day they treat us right , then suddenly I felt there behaviour is changing from good welcome to bad unwelcome , when I asked , I was told by principal Hazarvi the he has received phone call from Malik Javaid that if this child became master of religion then we wouldn't have any religion authority over here and Mufti would have to pack his bag from NZ - said Shah ji
In an interview with Sohni Dharti Shah ji said my wife is new Muslim , she is so dedicated to Islam that she study Quran thoroughly and now she teach Quran to other children , Mr Shah said I never thought even in slightest way that my 8 years old son will become threat to Malik Javaid , instead it scared me to death when I learned that two of Hazarvi's students were died just by principal's ignorance , when I left South Africa, the teacher told me you are lucky that you are taking your kid alive from here
I appreciate ASMA 'S offer and scholarship but Malik Javaid's phone call is disgrace and dis-hearted one. I believe these illiterate Mulas are great threat to our community, who, for personal interest and for few dollars , wouldn't bothers putting religion on stake
Mr Shah said when asked Molana Hazarvi about wedding in Ashora by Mufti of auckland . Molana Hazarvi said " Mufti Should have respect the Ashora time"
LONDON, February 26, 2007 - Michael Jackson is likely to convert to Islam. That word comes from older brother Jermaine. Jermaine says Michael has shown a strong interest in the Muslim faith and has been reading about the religion.
Jermaine now lives in Bahrain, where Michael has been living for the most part since his acquittal on child molestation charges in June, 2005.
During his trial, Jackson used bodyguards from the Nation of Islam as security.
