Leadership Corruption in Islam
Rulers Will Be Held Accountable To ALLAH
Abu Hurairah (RA) narrated Rasulullah ( peace be upon him ) said: “The Israelis used to be ruled and guided by prophets: Whenever a prophet died, another would take over his place. There will be no prophet after me, but there will be Caliphs who will increase in number.” The people asked: “O ALLAH’s Apostle! What do you order us (to do)?” Rasulullah ( peace be upon him ) said, “Obey the one who will be given the pledge of allegiance first. Fulfill their (i.e. the Caliphs) rights, for ALLAH will ask them about (any shortcoming) in ruling those ALLAH has put under their guardianship.”
(Al-Bukhari)
Rasulullah ( peace be upon hom ) said: “If any ruler having the authority to rule Muslim subjects dies while he is deceiving them, ALLAH will forbid Paradise for him.”
(Al-Bukhari)
ALLAH says:
Ma’qil narrated “I heard Rasulullah ( peace be upon him ) saying: “Any man whom ALLAH has given the authority of ruling some people and he does not look after them in an honest manner, will never feel even the smell of Paradise.”
(Sahih Muslim)

Flood 2011
Dear colleagues and friends,
Pakistan is again hit by serious floods in sindh 5million people are either sitting on roof tops or on higher grounds without food medicinmes and water.
\it is a very alrmimg situation. The crisis is because of the incompetence of the Pakistani Govt who have misused the world bank Aid by building a faulty
water drainage system. It has been clearly said by the international press. No body is now coming to the aid of the governement again.
We will be grateful if somebody could come up with a plan to raise the funds and we do not want any controversy it must be clear that no funds will be sent to the PM's account if collected.

Toofane Nooh: A Message from Sindh
I have received the following message from Brother-Comrade Allah Warayo Bihan Sahib of Jhol-Sanghar about the situation of peasants who have lost everything and are looking forward to receiving some relief (help) from well-to-do or neighbours, MPS, Government or N-government agencies.
The situation is desperate every where
People are crying: Where is the help of Allah?
mataa nasrallah! متيٰ نصرالله؟
The response from Ghaib is:
Inna nasrallah qareebun minal uhsineen! اِنَّ نصرالله قريب من المُحسنين
Indeed the help of Allah is nigh for the well-doers!
wassalam

Dear Sir,
Today, as I am writing these lines the crowd of flood affectees gathered at the door of local MPA (Member Provincial Assembly) for getting some relief material. Instead of getting food, the crowd was fired upon by the Guards of the local MPA and one person was killed—he was lying on the road -- but the rest of the crowed was still trying to get something from that MPA's door.
Sir, last year it was the first Phase of Toofan-e- NOOH and this year again is the second phase. There is no bird which can bring the branch of the OLIVE tree for us. I don't see any sakhee mard (generous, philanthropist) who would come forward for the rescue of the peoples with his wealth; in stead what we see is the material which comes from UNO and NGOs – which is kept in the custody of Waderas (landlords) (who hoard it instead of distributing it). Therefore, because of such situation prevailing all around us) yesterday, we saw that public went at the doors of Sanghar district council building and they broke the doors of the building where the material was stored and lying undistributed since last month; so, naturally it was looted by the hungry people. So sir, this is the scene of sorrowful Sindh. Please, pray for these innocent people. God bless you
Allah Warayo Bihan

Leadership Corruption in Islam
Fighting A Corrupt Muslim Ruler
If an Imam or Amir is corrupted he should first be given a call to submission in private, or possibly in public if his evil deeds were done in public. If he does not turn away from his evil deeds, he should be overthrown or removed from position. However, in the process of removing him from position, he should not be physically fought, such as waging war with weapons. This is because the ruler is still Muslim, and the Muslims are not to attack or kill another Muslim. If, however, the Muslim leader or ruler completely abandons his salaat, he nullifies his Islam and can be fought if necessary. (However, to prove this, it would take an Islamic court or similar situation in which the person could defend themselves against all accusations). Umm Salamah (RA) narrated Rasulullah ( peacs be upon him ) said: “In the near future there will be Amirs (rulers) and you will like their good deeds and dislike their bad deeds. One who sees through their bad deeds (and tries to prevent their repetition by his hand or through his speech), is absolved from blame, but one who hates their bad deeds (in the heart of his heart, being unable to prevent their recurrence by his hand or his tongue), and is (also) safe (so far as ALLAH’s wrath is concerned). But one who approves of their bad deeds and imitates them is spiritually ruined.” People asked Rasulullah ( peace be upon him ): “Shouldn’t we fight against them?” Rasulullah (SAW) replied: “No, as long as they say their prayers.”
