commitment / dependency
Hello PANZ leaders,
Since after election we are expecting some big gathering from the new office
bearers of Pakistan Association. During election every participant promised
to be loyal and humble to the community irrespective of the win win or win
loose situation. Both parties were keen to take the responsibilities of
leadership. Pakistani community cast thier vote to whom ever they believe
could be the right pannel. community has gone through this process and now
it is leaders turn to show the trust and respect that they gained. If they
don't sort out their internal matters, for sure they will loose trust. We
really don't know what the problem is? If PANZ don't fulfil the expectations
of members, then they should give up. Leadership gives dependency. Everyone
is depending on them, either they pull themselve out and give chance to
someone else OR show their tallent, YES we are the leaders.
If they require any funds, we can assist them in filling up apllications or
making projects, but please come forward as you came for VOTE.

Some body asked me, What PANZ is doing, “it has been long time in office and it hasn’t shown us their faces and has not done some function where we can have some food” I replay “ they are waiting for Micro soft to developed the new programme in which PANZ can do E functions and serve E food to its member”, Few weeks back one of Sohni Dhartian wrote this is E PANZ, Now I think he should have asked for lotto as it is proving to be E PANZ Above Artical I wrote about 10 days ago, Now we can see some BIG party is on it way, I must agree with gail that PANZ should come out of computers and do some thing

ReplyDeletesome trouble, please thorns u feel your responsibility no matter u r thorns
but u also made the same promises during election campaign.But I feel every
one is waiting, and waiting and waiting..... for some better days. Remember
good days will come if you want, if there is will there is a way. How long u
will wait for good food if u don't try to get it. Someone is giving medical
report of PANZ and someone is checking someone else wardrobes and wishing
for every day lesson, but who is there to offer a support, or solving the
senario, or bringing the community together,or reducing the differences. We
r in New Zealand, we must show our unity. People do have difference of
openions, but we should not take it personal if we really like to move on.
PANZ leaders please wake up, shake up yourself reduce E-Distance Programmes,
come close to the commnity, and I assure u, they will co-opearate with u.
Collecting donation is not a new thing, it has been happening long time, and
charitable org.collect donations like this
but I suggest u apply CGEF funds from AK City Council.

the community, if it happened according to u then ofcourse one has to
clarify it's position against this alligation.
And if we look at into accountability, then I would like to know your
definition of clean & positive, and then I would give u another job to
assess past leaders against your defination and come up with the assesment
result. u will get very clear picture of clean green and 100%
positive....hope so
