Show some respect

I have requested you about some information that we want you to share with
your community. Mind it we give you a chance to clear up the conflicts and
communicate with your community through e-mail, the cheapest way, but I
think you have no interest in the community affairs and no respect for their
requests. Turning your face from the issues or closing your eyes, is not the
solution, please face it honestly and fairly. Improve your relations through
communication and address the crucial issues otherwise issues will becme
bigger and bigger with time and you will be left with blames only. You are
hurting us and loosing support from the community. Can you send us a fresh
copy of monthly Newsletter through e-mail. It should not be necessarily 100
pages but only one page with some relevant informatin of your activities for
Pakistan community. I am hoping you will answer my previous questions about
ethnic Hui and follow up after that meeting. You must keep distance between
governance and day to day management. Executives are there to give you
stretigic directions not for attending meetings and you fail to produce the
objectives of this meeting or you have no interest to face the community.

Thanking you for breaking the ice and answering some of the questions. We,
as a community have every right to ask you any question that relates to
Pakistani community, because you are our elected leader. And we believe that
you will bring some better changes for Pakistani immigrants and refugees in
NZ.
Please mind it picking up one person among hundreds is not fair. There
should not be any personal attack. Donation is not the liability, if some
one donates well and good and if not we should not complain for it.
Some pepole believe in polarity and they are successful in making pressure
groups.
Isolation from the community leads to nowhere it just promotes win loose
situation,and that is destructive. If we think that this is our Pakistani
function and we being Pakistani must participate in it because this for us
and believe me this attitude leads everyone to win win situation. Try to tie
up the community, bring them together by brainwashing. If you sense any
conflict try to resolve proactively.
We are rich in resources, if you look into the community you will see many
skilled people, extremely knowledgeable with brillient ideas, they can share
their knowledge, experience and time for the community, may be by writting
newsletter or organising some other community activities that brings
everyone together. Please delegate some of your work to senior experts.
Think about some celebrations for kids, youth, women, man, seniors elderly
people according to their interest. I know all will cost us nothing is free,
But expenses can be worked out.
There are funds available in Ak city council, Lottery, ASB Trust for the
communities and almost every month you can apply for diferent purposes. I
can help you in filling up funding applications. Think of getting funds from
local govt. as we are tax payer, instead of asking donation from community.
Although they must be acknowledged for their valuable contribution in terms
of time, energy and money for supporting their own community. As they
contribute they do expect acknowledgement from you, and please ensure them
that their money is spent wisely by producing expense sheet after the
fuction. it must go to every member through email or mail or newsletter.
Think of generating money for Pakistani community. Spending is very easy but
it is people's money they can ask for accountability.
We must value our people because people is power, every individual is
valuable.
