    must be some personal problem otherwise the rest of the cabinet was there.don't take it in political  scenario.

    Yes,   The president of PANZ not attenbded due to some personal masroofiyat. But he did attended election day in Mangere with labour.   thank you   Imiaz General secretary PANZ
