10 years ago few notable of community gather to from a trust with sole purpose to established a pure Pakistani Islamic centre in Auckland , ambitions were good emotions were high , when meeting finished trust have had more then $20k in hand on the spot , now al Hijaz trust is looking for suitable palace to establish Pakistani Islamic centre , they chose this place on White Sawn Rd , building was big but very old with huge land when price came , as usual trust was short of funds , even to for its deposit , so Al Hijaz trust stars asking around for finical help
That time Yaqoob Bhatti was Gs of PANZ- who recently had $10000 cheque from Dr Ketan for Jinnah hall purpose , on request from Al Hijaz trust .Mr. Bhatti gave all this money to Al Hijaz trust to buy this building for Islamic centre
All of were happy and full of enthusiasm that one day we will convert this old place live able , first one or tow years turt run on initial enthusiasm and because of Angle on earth Qazi Sher Mohammad who worked very hard keep centre going . This time first time Al Hijaz trust face donors fatigue , payments are getting short every month . Centre was on brink of repossession , reports says one day few Parsi were inspecting the centre to turn in to Parsi centre because some one told them that property is for sales , this was crunch time for Al Hijaz trust , if no body comes forward this Islamic centre has to go on sale , trust offer every trustee to buy this property , there were few millionaires in this trust but no one want to stake his name on Al Hijaz trust, it was about to go in to market for auction
Here comes Jamshaid ul Hussan to rescue the Islamic centre, he pledged his all property to save this property from auction not only save it but with the help of Mr. Bhatti he run it under Huge pressure, when even trustee withdrew their monthly automatic payments , Mr. Hussan is still running it , according to Sohni Dharti information there no Juma Namaz in this Islamic centre due to neighbours complaint
Bear this in mind this building has a capital gain of 300k more or less , now trust is back asking Mr. Hussan to return it back to al Hijaz trust

AL HIJAZ TRUST DID A GREAT JOB TO BUY AN ISLAMIC CENTRE AT WHITE SWAN ROAD.BUT THE PLACE WAS NOT RIGHT FOR AN JINNAH HALL CUM MOSQUE,BECAUSE WE ARE NOT GOING HAVE A BIG PARKING PLACE NEAR THE PLACE .WE ALREADY HAVE COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBOURS AND IN FUTURE THERE IS NO CHANCE THAT WE WILL GET ANY PARKING OPPURTUNITY .WE SHOULD HAVE TO TALK ABOUT THIS THAT WE SHOULD HAVE TO SELL THAT PROPERTY AND BUY A PLACE WHERE IN NEAR FUTURE WE CAN GET ENOUGH PLACE FOR PARKING.
ANY HOW WE HAVE TO USE THAT PLACE FOR JUMMA PRAYERS.OTHER FUNCTIONS ARE OF THE SECOND IMPORTANCE.

Al Hijaz Notables of Al Hijaz trust pressurized Jumshaid Ul Hussan to transfer White Sawn property to their name . Mr. Hussan gave them 6 weeks to transfer this property on their name , Mr Hussan said he singed all necessary documents , it seems no one in Al Hijaz trust has good record with bank or their aren't serious about making this building a Masjid . Mr. Hussan said he gave them all opportunity to have this building on their name , but no one wants to take the responsibility , although their mouth gets watery when they see its worth According to Sohni Dharti information Al Hijaz trust has been failed to get resource consent for this building , 7 out of 10 nabouer have disapproved the Masjid plan in their vicinity, it has been stamped that we can not turn this building in to Masjid
If NOT? It is time for Pakistan association to move fast and claim their right , where more then $10000 of PANZ are invested , as Al Hijaz trust has made another move by optioning more trustees with out public concern , they are pressurizing Jamshaid Ul Hussan to sigh away property to their name , PANZ should worn Al Hijaz Trust this property can not be transfer until Mr Hussan get clearance from Pakistani public , if PANZ is not serious about Jinnah Hall , then more then 30% of deposit of that property was paid by Pakistan community which has every right to claim it back from this property sale or any capital gain o this property If NOT , then Mr Hussan get ready for court , because any member PANZ can take Mr Hussan to court on this matter

Billa g first of all we should decide whether pakistani community wants to own this project or not ? If yes then we should support Hassan Bhai to keep all that in his hand till the transfer of all asset to a new committee comprises of notable pakistanis.As we have been seeing that for the last 5 years Alhijaz trust is just Jamshed Bhai no one else did anything then we should give him support to make any favourable decision but according to my information he has transfered all that to Al hijaz trust .
Pakistani Cuts Pakistan Atta Bhai, if this is the case no one can do any thing , what is community ? Sorry for the late reply Billa G i talked to all senior citizens of Paistani community who are involved in Al Hijaz Trust delima i am going to mention their views as they said First opinion from Panz Mr Naveed Hamid (President Panz) he said community should own that project but Panz has no legal right to launch any compaign aginst the transfer of the property . Mr Imtiaz Khan (General secretary Panz) He suggested that we should call all the members of Al hijaz and talk to them . Javed Malik Sahib He said we didnot make that Masjid in the name of Pakistani masjid .we were not even allowed by Omer Masjid administration to conduct our functions or khatims at Omer Mosque thats why we decided to make Masjid where people (Kalma GOH) would be allowed to perform their Milad and Khatims.He also said we collected money from other communities as well. he added that i have vedios of those collection compaigns where we request other communities on the grounds of Maslak instead of Pakistaniat.He is also of the opinion that Money collected for Masjid should not be spent on any other project. Nadeem Ashraf Sahib He said we never say that Mosque is for Pakistani People .We are still paying its mortgage through our contribution of Automatic payment. we never had the intention of building mosque in the name of Pakistan. we made all those efforts for the Maslak not nationalism . But he is willing to build Jinnah Hall with other resources. Jamshaidul Hassan Sahib He said i cannot stop transfering of the property if community doesnot want that . he added this project was purely for pakistani people though people from other communities were allowed to join us but it was initiated by Pakistani people and almost 90% funds had been generated by Pakistan community. Even last year 17000 dollars were taken from only Pakistani community business people .nonme of the other community member funded that time. Religious Scholars comments I talked to one of the religiuos scholarsabout the situation . He was astonished that Pakistani people took mortgage for Masjid . He added it is totally un Islamic and against the rules of islam . People who are involved in this would be answerable to Allah Almighty.Money collected as fund for mosque cannot be used anywhere else like Jinnah Hall or any other community purpose.
As we said before if PANZ is reluctant to stand for its right , its nullify all other Al Hijaz might have videos of fund collections , but do they have accounts of this mortgage , so we can calculate how much SOOD we have paid on this Islamic project or Masjid , Now in name of MASLIK , Molana Javid Malik is giving this project a new twist Nadeem Ashraf In interview with Sohni Dharti Few Month ago Talking with panel of Sohni Dharti, Nadeem Asharf said Jinnah hall is my first priority and this good time for community to get the maximum benefits from business community .Mr Nadeem said if we could not move toward the Jinnah hall in next 2 year I will consider it as failures of PANZ and failures of us as executives Answer to question from Sohni Dharti .mr Nadeem said I don’t mind who else is coming and what are there attention are if all have one agenda which should be hall ,it would be dream come true for Pakistani community , he added if we could not get neighbours consent of White Sawn Islamic centre, I will prefer to spend money which we get from Islamic centre to build hall cum Islamic centre or at least a shelter for community which can be use for community function from birthdays to funeral and Millad to weddings At the end mr Nadeem said Sohni Dharti electronic election is very good idea , it will pave the way for future he said he would love to see .mr Tauqir khan in PANZ as executive he said Mr khan is senior member of Pakistani community and well experienced person . We can be benefits from him If money, collected for recourse consents can be spent on mortgage to pay sood , then why not for Jinnah hall , this means this scholar is saying its OK to make Masjid with HARAM MALL Mr Hussan is right it is Pakistani project , should be done be Pakistani , it is still not too late PANZ can Talk with al Hijaz on table to settle down this dilemma

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) cursed the one who consumes ribaa, the one who gives it, the two who witness it and the one who writes it down. Ribaa is not permitted under any circumstances whatsoever. Do not buy the place to which you refer unless you have the financial resources to buy it without resorting to ribaa.
