Dear humwatno you can now use your credit card for the payments to Embassy of Pakistan in Canberra.
the form is available on www.pakistan.org.au
Go to the above website and then click on the passport/visa in the left window.
This form also got all the details of return courier charges, which you can pay by creidt card.
