Diversion

 

Couple of weeks ago Mr Bhatti was here to attend his grand daughter first birth day , when I told him that PANZ is do well and they are lined with their Calender, Mr Bhatti told Sohni Dharti very interesting folk story

Once there was gang of thieves, one day they decided to raid a village, so they waited out in bush until night fall in last quarter of the night when all people were sleeping in deep sleep, they open up all catals of the village and droved them out of village, because every cattle had bell in its neck, and sounds of those bells alerted people of village that they have been robbed, so every body started running toward the bells sound

It was worry time for thieves, one thief was smart among them, he suggested them to talk off all the bells from catals and give these bells to one thief to go deferent direction by ringing these bells to divert the villager attentions

Mr Bhatti says that’s what PANZ is doing, they don’t want to answer the spending of public money, instead PANZ is doing the functions to divert public attentions from real issue of public money
