Fatwa on Reciting of Salato Salam aloud after Jama'at

Regarding reciting Quran and Wazaif aloud, Imam Ahmad Raza Muhaddise Dehalvi writes that if it causes disturbance among people then in this situation it's not only a must but it's a Wajib to make that person stop this loud recitation.
(Fatawa Rizvia, Part 3, Page 596)
At another place he writes that as much loudness of recitation which will disturb someone's sleep and cause distress to an ill person is not allowed.

Therefore if reciting Salato Salam aloud causes disturbance among people who came later and are performing Salah, its WAJIB for people to make them STOP that loud recitation.
It's a must for the ones who are reciting aloud to stop this. Instead everyone recite separately and quietly.
This practice of reciting Salato Salam after Fajr and Asr among Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat and the followers of Alahazrat is INDEED WRONG. Because the late comers lose concentration in their Salah, their minds get distracted, tend to make mistakes and they cannot perform Salat properly.
Therefore it's a must for Muslims to not to recite Salato Salam like this and it's a Wajib for responsible people to work on this sensitive issue to stop this. If have the ability to stop this and have not done nothing about it then they will be among Ghunahgars (Sinners). Its in Hadis Sharif that when people see some Na Ja'iz act (illegal activity according to Shariat) and do not erase it (make efforts to stop that) then soon Allah Tala will indulge them into HIS Azaab (Great Punishments).

If people want to gain the Barkat of reciting Durood-o-Salam after Salah then do it separately and quietly.
Therefore if, with loud speaker or without, Salat o Salam recitation causes disturbance in peoples Salah then it's Wajib for people to make that Imam stop this activity. If have the ability to stop it and don't do anything about it then they will Ghunahgars (Sinners). It's a must for Imam to stop reciting Salat-o-Salam in this fashion immediately.
After Jummah Prayer, must not start Salato Salam until everyone has performed their Salah.

Q: How is it to wear a watch with metallic band? Most of the Imams wear such watches and take them off during Namaz, what is the verdict on such Imam?
A: To wear a metallic band watch and perform Namaz in it is not allowed. Like Alahazrat Imam Ahmad Raza Muhaddis-e-Barelvi (Rehmatullah Alaih) wrote: Watch's band of Gold and silver for Man is HARAM and of other metals is prohibited. To perform Namaz or do Imamat wearing prohibited things is Makrooh-e-Tehreemi (Must repeat Namaz)-(Ahkam-e-Shariat, Part two, page 170) and it's OK to perform Namaz behind Imams who wear such watches but take them off during Namaz. Hazrat Sadru-sh-Shariat Alaih Rehma used to perform Namaz wearing a watch and for the question on Imamat he said: If watch's band is of some metal like Gold, Silver, Brass etc. then Namaaz will be Makrooh. Namaz should be performed after removing them. (Fatawa-e-Amjadia, Part one, Page 137)--Allah Ta'ala Knows the best.

If pant's hems are kept below ankles because of pride, it is HARAM, in this case Namaz will be Makrooh-e-Tehreemi (Wajib to repeat Namaz) otherwise it's only Makrooh-e-Tanzeehi which is Khilafe Aula in Namaz. Same is written in Fatawa-e-Rizvia in part three on page 448. In case of folding the pants hems in Namaz will definitely be Makrooh-e-Tehreemi which will make it Wajib to perform the Namaz again. In my home country, children are told to stand behind the congregation in a row of their own. Which is the correct procedure? A.1. The argument often used for keeping children in a row behind the congregation is that they may walk around and disturb the worshippers, and that they might not keep themselves properly clean. However, this is counterbalanced by the fact that when young children are forced to stand behind the congregation, one or two of them might be unable to locate their parents and start crying and running around. This is more disturbing to the parent who hears the crying and to the congregation generally. There is no harm in a child standing by the side of his father who is offering his prayer with the congregation. The child is more likely to keep quiet that way. Besides, the Prophet (peace be upon him) allowed his own grandchildren to be close to him as he led the prayer. One of them mounted on his back as the Prophet was doing his prostration and the Prophet kept in that position until the child stepped down. This made the prostration so long that people feared that something might have happened to the Prophet. When they asked him after the prayer about what had happened, he said: “Nothing other than that my grandson mounted me and I did not wish to disturb him.” That child was not more than 5 or 6 years of age. Had he been 7 years old, the Prophet would have told him to pray with the congregation.

Fatwa:Reciting of Salam Aloud after Jama'at Regarding eciting Quran and Wazaif aloud, Imam Ahmad Raza Muhaddise Dehalvi writes that if it causes disturbance among people then in this situation it's not only a must but it's a Wajib to make that person stop this loud recitation.

VOICE OF IMAN Is it permissible to accept a gift from a man who deals in riba? Is it permissible to accept a gift from a person who deals in riba?.
Answer :
Praise be to Allaah.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to deal with the Jews, buying and selling, and he accepted gifts from them, even though they dealt in riba.
Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“For the wrongdoing of the Jews, We made unlawful for them certain good foods which had been lawful for them — and for their hindering many from Allaah’s Way;
161. And their taking of Ribaa (usury) though they were forbidden from taking it and their devouring of men’s substance wrongfully (bribery)”
[al-Nisa’ 4:160-161]
Despite that, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) accepted their gifts. He accepted the gift of the Jewish woman who brought the (roast) sheep in Khaybar, he interacted with them and when he died his shield was in pledge to a Jew.
The basic principle here is: That which is forbidden because of the way in which it is earned is haraam only for the one who earns it, and not for the one who takes it from him in a permissible manner. Based on this, it is permissible to accept a gift from one who deals in riba, and it is also permissible to buy from him and sell to him, unless there is some interest to be served by shunning him, i.e., if there is some interest to be served by not dealing with him and not accepting his gifts. In that case we should do that in order to achieve that interest. With regard to that which is haraam in and of itself, it is haraam for the one who takes it and for others. So for example, if a Jew or a Christian who thinks that wine is permissible were to offer me some wine as a gift, it is not permissible for me to accept it because it is haraam in and of itself. If a person were to steal someone’s money and give it to me, it is haraam for me to take this stolen money because it is haraam in and of itself.
This principle dispels a great deal of confusion. That which is haraam because of the way in which it was acquired is haraam only to the one who acquires it, not to anyone who takes it in a permissible manner, unless shunning him and not taking anything from him and not accepting his gift or dealing with him will serve an interest by deterring him from doing such things; in that case he should be shunned in order to achieve that purpose. love Mustafa Al-Mustafa Al-Mustafa
Voice of Imaan No Voice No Imaan To say Aameen aloud or quietly when others are praying (Darul Uloom Amjadia, India, Printed in Monthly Kanzul Iman, India) Q: When Imam recites Ayate Durood after Jama'at the followers (Muqtadi) priase Durood aloud. Due to this some people say that since you say durood aloud you should also say Aamin aloud after Surahe Fatiha. So what is the Shara'i Verdict on such people. Some people do not say Aameen at Imam's Dua but they say their own duas quietly. So the followers (Muqtadi) should say their own dua or say Aameen on Imam's Dua?
A: If Muqtadis praise Durood or say Ameen with such intensity that it breaks the concentration of other people who are still praying Namaz then it is definately not allowed. If some one does that then it is given that he should be stoped forcefully, such is mentioned in Fatawa-e-Rizvia in part three on page 596. Therefore if they (who question loudness) say because of this reason then they are right (on Haq) but if no one is praying Namaz at those times than it is permissible to be aloud.
Dua is definately Amre Mehmood (likeable deed). However performed, it is allowed. ALLAH Ta'ala says 1*. But is better to say Aameen at Imam's Dua than perform Dua alone. Because if mutiple people would say Aameen at Imam's Dua then Dua will be Aqrab Baqabool (better chances to come true). Alahazrat Imam Ahmad Raza Muhadis-e-Brelvi radiallah anhu writes,"There is blessing in Jama'at and Dua of a group of Musims is Aqrab Baqabool. Scholars mention that wherever there are 40 True Muslims gathered among them one is a Wali (ALLAH Tala's beloved) for sure. (better chances to come true). Fatawa-e-Rizvia, Book 9, Part one, Page 157.

Greeting (The salutation of " Salaam" to the Muslim when first greeting and when departing) According to Quran and Sunnah It is a recommended sunnah (way, tradition) to greet the muslim; it is fard (obligatory) to reply. Exceptions are that women are not expected to have to speak to non-mahram men. The generally expected greeting is "As sala'amu alaikum" (peace be upon you) and the generally expected reply is "walaikum as sala'am " (and unto you also, peace). Adding "wa rahmatullahi" (and mercy) and/or "wa barakatuhu" (and blessings) is a commendable act. VOICE OF IMAAN TEACHING OF ISLAM FOR CHILDEN Islamic Etiquette and Manners
1) Should greatly respect Parents and follow their orders (within Islamic Law).
2) Should greatly respect Islamic Teachers and Scholars.
3) Should greatly respect Quran. It's HARAM to touch Quran without Wazoo. Should respect Islamic Books and Literature too.
4) Should greatly respect the direction of Qibla. It's prohibited to extend ones feet towards Qibla and to sleep while feet are extended towards Qibla.
5) Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) should be respected and loved more than anyone in the world. Whenever hear his lovely name always say Dorood, at least say Sallal Laho Alaihe Wasalam.
6) Azan should be heard with great concentration and should be answered (repeating the words after every sentence). It is prohibited to talk during Azan.
7) Should be quite when performing Wazoo should not talk to others. Should recite Dua or Dorood during Wazoo.
8) Should eat only Halal and Clean food. Should never ever eat Haram food.
9) Should recite Quran everyday.
10) Must pray five times a day, on time.
11) Should avoid every bad conversation and every bad habit.
12) It is a Great Sin to Dance, to Listen to Music, to Sing songs and to make images or to take photos of living beings ( Human and Animals).
13) Always avoid Lies, Back Biting and Tale Bearing.
14) Always keep your body, cloths and home clean.
15) There is no greater deed than to Learn and Teach Islamic Knowledge. Should never be ashamed of asking any Islamic Question.
16) Should always treat every one with great respect and manners.
17) Children should not call their parents with their names and a wife should never call her husband with his name.
18) It is a bad manner to extend your feet towards elders.
19) Should always respect elderly people and if they are sitting on floor, children should never sit on a chair.
VOICE OF IMAAN Live an Islamic way of life 1) Always pray five times Namaz daily, Never look here and there when praying Namaz, pray slowly, never pray quickly.
2) Pray the Quran Sharif daily, treat the Holy Quran with respect, never sit in a higher place than the Quran.
3) Listen to what your Parents tell you; never do anything to upset them.
4) Respect your teacher. Your teacher is in one sense ranked higher than your parents. He teaches you about life and Islam and the differences between right and wrong.
5) Never eat whilst you are walking and you should not eat without a Topee (cap) on your head. Before you eat you should always say Bismillah; you should not eat without first washing your hands. Always eat with your right hand, never with your left hand. Don’t make noises with your mouth when eating. Do not drink milk when eating fish. After eating pray dua.
6) Always drink, water, tea etc, with you right hand. Always drink Zam-Zam water and water left from wuzu standing up. You must not drink anything else standing up, it is wrong. After drinking say Allahmdolillah.
7) When going to the toilet do not face the Qibla. Never perform urination or excretion in front of anyone else. Always urinate in the sitting position. To urinate in a standing position is wrong and is forbidden. Never undress before going to the toilet. After you have finished what you are doing always cleanse yourself with you left hand never use your right hand. To cleanse with you right hand is wrong. LOVE MUSTAFA,AL-MUSTAFA,AL-MUSTAFA

Although this makes sense grammatically, the astonishing fact is that the number of times the word man appears in the Qur'an is 24 and number of times the word woman appears is also 24, therefore not only is this phrase correct in the grammatical sense but also true mathematically, i.e. 24 = 24. VOICE OF IMAAN According to the overwhelming majority of the Muslim Jurists, there is no
difference in the prohibition of interest between a Muslim and non-Muslim
anywhere, Darul Islam (Islamic state) or Darul Harb (a state of ongoing
conflict with Muslims).
In the early days of Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) many Muslims
used to enter into Riba transactions with non-Muslims, but when Riba was
prohibited, they stopped this practice totally. The Aayats of the Noble Qur'

FATWA DEPT. Interest monies must be given to the poor and needy who are eligible to accept Zakaat without the intention of reward. However, interest received from government institutes, eg. post office could be used to offset government taxes. Interest received from private banks cannot be used to offset taxes. It may be used to offset interest charged from the same bank.
It is not permissible to use interest monies for the purposes mentioned by you.

It is only permissible for a person to lie for good causes, for example, to avoid oppression or to reconcile between two people or to lie to an enemy of Islam in order to trick him. It is also permissible to lie in a joking manner wherein the opposite person is not being deceived and misled, or in order to encourage a person, like one’s wife and children. (Raddul Muhtaar pg.303)
2. If you are a Ma’zoor, then even if your Wudhu breaks after Fardh Salaat, you can still perform your Sunnah without renewing your Wudhu. However, if you are not a Ma’zoor, but your Wudhu does not stay for long after Fardh Salaat, then you should repeat your Wudhu and perform your Sunnah. You will not gain reward by merely making intention.
3. If a person wants to settle a quarrel between two people, then he can either, a) Speak to the disputing parties and ask them of their problems and then try to solve them in a manner that both the parties are happy, b) Another option is that one should apprise them of the sin of breaking ties and the reward promised by Allah for joining ties, c) The third option a person has is to praise and speak good of both parties on behalf of each other even though it is not true for the sake of creating harmony between them.
4. If after your father forced you to go to the Musjid, you also made intention to go to the Musjid for the pleasure of Allah, then you will be rewarded.
5. It is not permissible to advertise one’s products on TV or newspaper as they generally have pictures of animate objects in them.
6. There is no fixed rate of profit in Shari’ah. However, one should not deceive his customers. Your profit of 5pr on the cost of 30pr is reasonable, therefore, correct.

Question What is the way to make a will concerning one’s jewelry so that it could earn us a reward after death? Answer Jewelry is like any sort of property with regard to will and inheritance. You cannot make a will concerning all your jewelry if this represents the majority of your property. The point here is that from the Islamic point of view, we do not own our property. It all belongs to God, and He places us in charge of it during our lifetime. When we die, we have no control over its usage. It goes back to God, so that it will be shared out by our heirs in accordance with the system of inheritance God has outlined. However, as the Prophet says, God has granted us an additional favor, allowing us to make a will in respect of a portion of our property not exceeding one third of its total. Thus we can make a will within this maximum limit, in favor of some poor people, or relatives who are not our heirs, or for some charitable purpose. We should try to make sure that the beneficiaries deserve such benefit.
