Dear Community Members

Pakistan Association New Zealand has recently planned to publish a community news letter in name of Nawa-i-Pak. The first issue is expected to be in your hand by first week of December. The news letter will keep Pak community informed about activities and issues that relate and matter to us all. It also aims at providing a link between community people, fostering of mutual relationships and exchange of ideas. This is a bridge to interact and share what is important to us as collective beings. Because of typing problems the first issue of  Nawa-i-Pak will be published in English, but onwards it will be an Urdu news letter in principle.

News letter section of PANZ is looking for people who can write on any topic ranging from light to serious issues whether in form of prose or poetry. We welcome even a small piece of personal impressions that may reflect any aspect of Pak immigrant’s life in New Zealand. You can also send even selections of your choice from vast Urdu or English literary treasures. We have plans to start surveys and other interesting serials in news letter that require your dedicated co-operation as freelance writers and regular participants. We have also included a free advertisement section relating to seeking or providing rental or boarding facilities, and selling or exchanging of things from car to simple stuff.

While we continue thinking how to make Nawa-i-Pak more presentable, this would be a good idea if you drop few lines and suggest how best we can achieve our goal of making it a lively and worth-reading piece of narration. We appreciate creative urge of yours and any such advice would be  welcomed most and remain precious to us. The numbers and email address are given below.

Waiting for your response
