Radio Broadcasting

Pakistan Association of New Zealand is urgently looking for the people who want to be in the exciting world of as hosts, news reader, actors or commentators. Pakistan Association of New Zealand in conjunction with Apna FM is starting a four hour programme for Pakistani on every Tuesday. The structure of the programme has already been planned and “Musica Night” will be action in coming few weeks. We are looking for a wide range of people who can excel in any form while being with us in Musica Night. The programme is divided in three parts and is designed to include things that suit every body from young to old. Please call us immediately if you want your voice to be heard on the Radio and make a name for yourself.Call us on the numbers given at the bottom and start your new journey from unknown to the known.

 

This above initiative is in the background that a joint meeting of Pakistan Association of New Zealand and APNA FM was held on 30th of June 2004. PANZ gave community view regarding ongoing programme on Apna FM and expressed its disappointment that despite its considerable strength and legacy of carrying Urdu language representation of Pakistani music and other related stuff in broad casting world is minimum. PANZ President Shahid Azad and Vice President Kashif Chaudhry explained to the radio management the significance of Pakistan in Urdu speaking perspective and importance of Pakistani music to the audience. Pakistan Association of New Zealand is currently engaged with number of ethnic radio and TV service providers to enhance the community image and make it an active part of Urdu and Hindi speaking audio and visual ventures.
