This world had abolished the slavery in 1960, but according to the BBC naws some parts of world it is still going on in traditional way in under developed countries, what more shocking it could be that it is exists in New Zealand too,
Last night in AGM some gentleman asked Shahid AZAD about a Pakistani Tandoori restaurant, where this slavery business is budding without notice of authorities, Shahid Azad, out going President of Pakistan Association told public that it is correct , some cook named Anwar brought by Ch Javaid , owner of Pakistani Tandoori, in Hamilton , on conditions similar to slavery , such like no pay, can not go out , can not make friends , have to live in garage with no water and toilet facility , Mr AZAD added , Mr Anwer had to do his “mornings” in a shopper bags , Mr AZAD said he tried his best to mediate this case but Mr Javied doesn’t want to pay any attention ,Mr Azad said this is happening from last 2 to 3 months

Other Side of Story President of Pakistan association has exaggerated the problem of these two cooks, which it is impossible to held these people against their will, this statements of Shahid Azad is an exaggeration of the situation, says Haider Lone at Zeb Khan’s place on Mr Khan’s wife’s FATIHA KHOANI, Mr Lone added that Sohni Dharti should not believe this kind of statements or one sided story Mr Zeb member of executive committee of PANZ, told other side of the story, Mr Khan speaking on behalf of Javaid Choudery, said that these two cooks are on contract, according to counteract Mr Choudery is paying them but now Mr Choudery is not happy with there work and doesn’t want to sport theme for extensions of there visa application, this why these people are jumping up and down and blaming Mr Choudery for slavery to gain the sympathy of public
Taste of Pakistan In AGM a man presented by PANZ , his eyes were showing fear , his his voice was shaky , we all saw he wants to cry but he has no tears , probably he already cried enough and he has no more tears left to shed . Yes he is a Pakistani men . A victim of another Pakistani man . He worked in taste of Pakistan in Hamilton. Lets see what he says " three and half years back I came in Hamilton , just say I came in to jail . You might have listen to him . But when labor department discovered me they asked me if any one I know , who can help me . I did not know eny body because I was not allowed to talk eny one , I was not allowed to go out side of my garage where I live three and half years as prisoner with my master's car . Only the man I know , that was my Master . It was surprised to labor departments . They asked me if there is any Pakistan association in Hamilton . they were shocked to know that my master is the president of this Pakistan association called PAKIWI Rina of labor department asked me I know any other association in other city - I said I don’t know anybody . Rina was very helpful she found PANZ phone No and contacted , then Naveed bhai brought me here If I tell you the story of my three and half years ordeal you all will cry When asked how was your accommodation condition , he replied " we were two peoples in garage , I sleep one side of Master car and other one sleep on other side of car , there was no toilet facilities in garage and some time we have to do our " morning " in shaper bags and dispose it in restaurant's toilets where I worked three and half years with less then minimum pay , he said this may be unbelievable but it true because its happened to me , my master is very canning man he covered himself from all the law by get our signature by blackmailing , he pay us to bank then take us to banks to withdrawal of cash for him When asked he given any amount by his master victim said he has only paid him Pakistanis Rs 80000 that's all Victim's name is JAMIL Master name is Ch Javaid president Pakiwi of Hamilton and owner of TASTE OF PAKISTANI
Thank you Mr Tauqir Khan , for remembering us and community affair even you are in other side of world , this is one of your leadership quality I like , you are right ,this may be one sided story , but we must not forget, truth we can not hide and truth always gets to its destination no matter what obstacle we create, if you know any thing about this please come forward and tell this community what is truth, it was shock to me, if you see whole discussion, some people still don’t believe it that this thing can happen in New Zealand , Jamil gave this statement in front AGM meeting with tearful eyes and requested help from PANZ , it would be good for Mr Javad Choudry to tell his side of truth, we will welcome his side of story
I hope muhtram Khan sahib will be back from Capetown and Nirobi by now. Can he tell what sort of talk he had with mr taste of pak what he had to avoid any fuss , what type of politics is involved in it and who is making this fuss against mr taste of pak
Jamil has own his case of mistreatment , court has order Mr Ch Javaid owner of TASTE OF PAKISTAN to pay the penalty to Mr Jamil , said Exec of Pakistan community Jamshaid Ul Hussan
PANZ would like to congratulate and thanx to those who strongly supported us in this case, Especialy Atta bhai, Shahid azad, Mateen saheb, Awaiz, Mrs Awaiz, Judit, and all the wittnessess memebrs and non memebrs of the Association and special congrate to Mr.Jamil his self for winning his case of justice. Today again justice won. Thank you New Zealand. The x-employer is now bound to pay the pays which were kept by him from Jamil and New Zealand immigration is no longar liable for any payments or payments of claims to Taste of Pakistan or his Director. The above helping volunteers helped Jameel in Hamilton and attened his case in Hamilton given the time and energies. Their was a huge effort behind this case.
