Good afternoon,
Last weekend I met with Fatima Bhutto, niece of Benazir Bhutto and grand daughter of Zulfiqar Bhutto (Both former Prime Ministers of Pakistan). We discussed the geopolitical situation in Pakistan and the region and other matters of mutual interest. Fatima is author of three books. She was in Auckland on a brief visit to promote her book 'Songs of blood and sword' at the Writers' Festival.
It was great to have this opportunity to meet Ms Bhutto and to discuss the above matters. I wish her well for the rest of her time in New Zealand.
