today on Eid day in NZ we are presenting it to BNZ Bank ,
this would be Muslim league way to say Happy Eid Mubarak to Pakistan community

Dr. Wasim Ketan in my eyes My first introduction with Dr. Wasim Ketan was in or around 1989 , I was a factory worker and used to live with friends , we friends ware little party people , every weakened was like new year eve One day we decided to have Milad gathering , noble of community gathered , Pakistan association was hatching that time , that’s where a soft spoken , well dressed gentleman get up and announce $1000 for community , that was Dr. Wasim Ketan , that’s where I first saw Dr. Ketan . many People thought this new man on block is trying to gain the attention of oldies of Pakistan community . but I was impressed by his generosity it was big thing to me. Dr. Wasim Ketan is a jolly minded fun loving person who likes to organize functions , couples of months latter he thrown a BBQ party on Pt . Chive beach with double wicket cricket tournament since then he is very active in Pak social activity , due to his serves he was chosen as Patron of Pak community (PANZ) and recommended and appointed as Honorary counsellor of Pakistan . Those days on request of General Sectary of PANZ Yaqoob Bhatti he donated $10,000 to initiate Jinnah Hall project. That was second time I impressed by his generosity more then this he sponsored 14 of august food and I have seen him cooking this food for community in Smokey wood fire , Once he announced half a Million for Hall project but I will say it was bad luck of community that our leaders did not go to him even for try sake Now he has given $100,000 to fulfil Pak dream , all he wants from us - to get our act together share our bit as alive community and strengthen his hand to make this hall dream reality No doubt Dr. Wasim Ketan has proved himself whole heartily by giving us a massive donation cheque of $100000 ……. Until its gets “ PAYMENT STOPPED” answer on deposit to bank , in light of above mention article I still have believe that somewhere something has gone wrong, my believe is shaken but not cracked yet that a person like Dr Wasim Ketan can do to Pakistan community and Muslim league, Peoples gathered in Ch Zahoor Allahi Saheed “BARSI” who witnessed this big donation, reserved the right to ask “WHY”
BillaG First of all I like your subject tittle of BIG EIDI CHEQUE OF 100,000 "How Professional" not. With all respect I am all for this community and Pakistan. I believe that Dr Wasim Ketan is a highly regarded person and well respected. Yes I do believe somewhere along the line something has gone wrong. I do believe in his dreams and his motive towards this community. It is with regret and lot of shame due to some of our community members certain actions do have to be taken. I am also a strong believer in some of our leaders but once again I will like to ask what they have done for this community and our up bringing of our new generation. BillaG Shoni Dharti is a beautiful name and I do admire it. But it is unfortunate that some of our community people make this Shoni Dharti a worse place to live in. I am also a great advocate of Dr Wasim Ketan as I do strongly believe that he has done well for this community but it is our unfortunate that we have not managed to recognize that. I believe in this community when someone takes the first step to move it well and beyond any other community. But it is a shame that all we can do is talk. BillaG As I mentioned before that I am sure that our community can do well ONLY WHEN WE UNITE AND UNITE SO STRONG THAT IT CAN NOT BE BROKEN "great dream". Once we have agreed upon how to run this community and have well presented people to run it, I am sure that we can be one of the strongest community in PAKNZ. All I can say is any well respected person of this community will do their best not to be involved in this community let alone give any donation. I am greatfull that Dr. Wasim Ketan even thought about it. Another question The previous donations that were made from Dr. Wasim Ketan. What were they used on??. Do we have any record of it. His Excellency Dr Wasim Ketan never knew all these things untill he got his appointments with the big guns in Pakistan. when he returned he had got what he wanted and now was the time to kick the arses of Local Muslim League leaders. I do not know which faction of Muslim League he belongs to I am sure he belongs al;ways to the ruling party and gets nowhere by his actions.

having received the recognition that all this was nonsense and kicked the

If he did not want to donate why he used Ch , Zahoor Allahi Saheed and Jinnah name? Ahh Mr, Dr. Ketan Every publicity is good publicity . That's what Dr. Ketan wanted , he gave this $100000 cheque in front of AFFTARI gathering , no one knew what was in his mind , what people saw $100000 cheque , after using Muslim League's platform to established few use full contacts Dr. Ketan finds there is no use of Muslim League , by stopping payment on his own cheque he did tried to betrayed with founding father of Pakistan and founding father of Choudhry family. It maybe good politics for Dr. Ketan but I am sorry to say that he has dishonour his name as his cheque without any reason , Farook Ketan has only mentioned "few members of community " without name and reason , which give us reason to believe "DAL MAIN KUCHH KALA HAI"
