Pakistan's under sixteen Netball team visited to Brisbane Australia to play international under sixteen tournaments. Our little girls couldn't qualified for Semifinal but played very well against other experienced and well organised teams like New Zealand, Australia and South Africa. Tournaments held from July 7th to July 11, 2008. All teams offered their performance in a cultural show, Pakistani team also took part in it. We are proud that our Pakiwi daughter Afreen Waqar represent Pakistan as a Vice Captain of the team.

Its realy a momment of pride for all of us especially the parents of participants. At this stage victory is nothing the thing that matters is participation .i would like to congratulate Waqar Bhai and Bhabi for that

Action , not the result of action . They were not only playing net ball in OZ , they were representing Pakistan . It is big thing that if someone come from Mother land with its aroma and flavours. Mr Waqar must be proud of his kids , we are proud of Mr Waqar and Mrs Waqar for bringing up such talented kids , we wish all the best to them and pray that one day they will be shining star of Pakistan
