PANZ need to straight up its act , instead of living in self made shell of friends it should come out of the BOX and see what community is saying and seeing , it is our duty to show them right path , instead of self-styled politics PANZ should come out and invite and involve other people too , they may be in their oppositions but they are community we should value their advice too , said Sabir Hussain Cheema . He said once Sohni Dharti was dread horse if any thing wrong goes community , now it has become dead horse and blind folded what happing in community , out in community people have start thinking that Sohni Dharti is part of this debacle too , he added one or two function is not PANZ , PANZ has responsibility to keep community unite too ,

I would suggest our respectful seniors to arrange a gathering of people from all circle and the task should be a SWOT analysis. STRENGTH WEAKNESSES OPPORTUNITIES AND THREATS.
Creative Use of SWOTs: Generating Strategies
If, on the other hand, the objective seems attainable, the SWOTs are used as inputs to the creative generation of possible strategies, by asking and answering each of the following four questions, many times:
* How can we Use and Capitalize on each Strength?
* How can we Improve each Weakness?
* How can we Exploit and Benefit from each Opportunity?
* How can we Mitigate each Threat?
That would be only best way to reach somewhere. Importantly every participant should bring written material as mere "Lip Service" leads no where.
Let us see what we can do, not what we expect others to do.

It is very unfortunate that PANZ has reached this point because of some selfish trouble making people. We take pride in criticising anybody who comes forward to serve the community but at the same time there are a few upstarts who got the New Zealand residence by fraud or convenience and now think very high of themselves. The PANZ committee should comprise of highly educated, mature,respectable and presentable people who could take pride in representing a proud nation like Pakistan. At present Jamshaid has come forward and running the show as per his limited skills. Another issue is that few people from PANZ have resigned and some people have been quitely appointed which is wrong. PANZ is definitely becoming a dead horse because of dirty politics and incompetent leadership.
Another unfortunate thing is that people who are plotting a coup are more incompetent than the present regime so where we go. Is there anybody seriously thinking of the enhancement of the image of Pakistan or another dirty mess?
