$6400 donations for IDPs by Pak business community was a biggest gimmick of this year , people gathered in a restaurant , they collected $6400 on paper or verbal promises , at the spot they collected few dollars , which are returned back to donors as this Pak business community realize that don’t have receipt book to issue receipt to donors and they realized that it illegal for organization to accept donation without receipt
Sohni Dharti is informed that there is no money collected by business community . They are just making fool out of Pak people , Pak high commission and more sadly with the victims of Swat valley .
Nadeem , GM, and Fiaz were coordinator of this fund rising meeting , they gathered around dinner table have food , have fun , made fool of Pak embassy , made promises of funds and go home
These are so called leaders of our community who forget theirs wallet at home in situation like this. If they are too shy to go these potential donors who listed themselves , then give Sohni Dharti theirs name , we will keep on reminding them to keep theirs promise.

Pak Business Community Has Deposit the $5190 into Pak Embassy Prime Minister's Relife Fund only 3 person left to collect the remaning balance. there was no gimmick they all hard working and honest people.

I was not only part of this conversation but I am the one who started it and BillaG passed it on to sohni dharti as it was told , "man" is eye wetness of this meeting , to make the search narrow you may find it among those who hasn't paid yet. few things BillaG forgot mention , we were told that later Dr. Asharaf Choudhry collected this money to deposit in embassy’s account for I D Ps.
Now its look like Pakistan High commission is taking its time to publish this account , even on its own web site . If PHC NZ. Updates its web, people can go there to learn where we stand .
I can see lack of enthusiasm in P H C NZ. We could have generate more fund by simply giving add in Nz newspaper.
generous Kiwi like Ed Staton are out there who donated more then $50000 worth of tent in Earthquake crisis. advertisement is the one way to approach them.
