I know it has been a while but I was trying to organise an expert to come and talk to us about managing public relations.  I have found such an expert and an extremely skilled person who will be able to draw upon her knowledge and her experience in NZ media and give us practical models of how to handle publicity.  She will join us, like the last time, for only a part of the discussion.  I am hoping that with this meeting we can formulate a media response strategy or at least the beginings of one. 
 
This work is looking very positive,  and we can build on it to counter the negative impact of stereotyping.  I am also hoping to include youth to be part of this conversation especially those that are interested in the media so please pass this invite on to any that you know of.
