The owners of the above property would like to extend an invitation to you to attend their Auction on 10th July 2012. The Auction is to take place from 6pm in the Ray White Offices of Royal Oak, Royal Oak Mall, up the escalator by Baker Delight and the Pak n Save entrance ( address: 58 Ray White, 691 Manukau Road, Royal Oak).
The property has been on the market for the past 3 weeks and this week is the last week for the open homes on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th July between 1.30 to 2.00pm. Should you be aware of any interested parties, please do not hesitate to refer them to me at our office.
