Dear Community members!    

       Assalam-e-Alaikum

 

Encouraged by
your overwhelming response to the ‘Iqbal evening’ and as per promise of the
High Commissioner HE Syed Ibne  Abbas, we
will be organizing Mehfil-e-Mushaira and
Sham-e-Ghazal on Saturday, September
08, 2012 at the High Commission. The details of the second literary event
hosted by us are:

                                    Wellington

 

On the
occasion poetry will be recited by the community members and Ghazals will be
sung by amateur singers. All of you are welcome to register yourself for the
recital or singing.

 

The event will
be farsi-nashist (floor seating) as
before. Tea, Coffee and light snacks will be available throughout the evening.
Once again we would request that considering the nature of the evening, we
would appreciate if you do not bring along children under the age of 12.

of you who are interested in poetic recital or singing of Ghazal are requested
