CHAKWAL APR 28: Federal minister for water and power Aftab Ahmed Khan Sher Pao said on Sunday that the first round of diologue between Govt. and the combined opposition is very hopefull and there is a complete consensus on 27 points out of 29 points of LFO, while there is also a positive approach from both sides on the disputed issues and now the four other regional political parties which had a participation in the national assembly have been included in the diologue and they will participate in the second round of diologue that is sheduled to be held on Monday night. He was talking to the newsmen at Highway rest house Chakwal after attending the marriage ceremoney of daughter of local trader Raja Muhammad Iqbal. Distt. Nazim Chakwal Sardar Ghulam Abbas was also present on this occasion. The fedral minister was of the view that the late general Zia ul Haq never stripped of the uniform while on the other hand general Perwaiz Mushraf has given the indication and surety that he will leave the office of chief of the amry staff with in 5 years. Fedral minister replied to another question he was very obtemistic about the outcome of the diologue and told that the nation will hear good news from the politicians in this regards as every politician is patriot and he will put his weight for the promotion of democrasy and solidarity of the country. Relplying to another question fedral minister told that Kala Bagh Dam is alive, however it will be constructed with the consent of all the four provinces. He further told that Rs.29 billions will be dispursed among the affecttes of raising of Mangla Dam and royalty will also be given to the Azad Jamu Kashmir Govt.

CHAKWAL APR 28: No political murder was held during the three years regine of military Govt. , No press declaration was cancelld and no journalist was sent behind the bar and freedom of Press was acknoledged and no political worker was lashed publicaly through military courts and the three year rule of general Perwaiz Musharaf can be termed as the golden era as for as the protection of basic human rights are concerned. This was stated by advisor to chief minister punjab Rana Ijaz Ahmed at High Way rest house Chakwal after attending the marriage ceremony of the sister of London Base Tradors Nouman Iqbal and Rizwan Iqbal on Sunday evening. Rana Ijaz Ahmed however urged both Govt. and the combined opposition to adopt give and take policy in the recent diologue on the LFO. Replying to another question Rana Ijaz Ahmed told that chief minister Punjab Ch: Parwaiz Elahi is exercising all his powers that are laid down in the constitution and there is no interference from Governor punjab as it was speculated. Rana Ijaz Ahmed further told that the system of Distt. Govt will stay, however for the low and order situation, Punjab Govt. had asked the fedral Govt. as well as Lahore High Court for the revival of Magistracy System in the Punjab.
