14th August Function Updated Report

2.  Thanks to 25 people out of 1300 who bought the tickets to enter the draw.  

3. Special thanks to the following who made the stage wonderful

4. Mrs. Fayyaz  and their team stage participants of National songs, plays, and all stage activities. They were the heart of the internal function who entertained the big crowed of 1300.

8...PANZ team of  5   including President , Vice President, General secretary, Joint secretary, Treasurer General committee members the most active in all fields and management sides for arranging such a huge function, Stage and hall decoration,

 wel come to guests and officials, Food service to more than  1000 people, Panz stall.

 

9....1300 community attendees who watched the show and enjoyed. 

10...thanks to those 3 persons who filled $5.00 monthly automatic payment forms out of 1300 attendees. 

11... special  thanks to 100 people who filled th forms for Panz ID card. 

12... thanks to Camera men, sound,music,projectors,Media. 

13....Officials include Prime Minister, Ambassador of Pak to Nz Mr. Munawwar Bhatti, Mrs. Bhatti,PANZ Executives,Business wing,PWCs, Ch. Ashraf and Mrs. Ashraf. Immigration Minister. Ethnic affairs minister, other Mp,s. other community leaders, Samoan Community leaders, Malaysian community leaders, Media and all those who are not mentioned and attended. Only two complaints were came after the function from two community members regarding the parking and council tickets to those who came late and illegally parked or double parked on the road. Though according to New Zealand laws this is the responsibility of the drivers to follow and obey it and park legally but Panz is still more than happy to further investigate this matter. After initial investigation it was found that these cars were parked illegally. About 5 complaints were received about the food that it was not well cooked, Panz team will investigate this matter. No other complaints were received from the 1300 attendees.

This was the first time in Panz history that a inside hall survey was done by an independent rep of Panz after the initial report (Survey result)

About the show 

About 1300 people attended and enjoyed the colorful celebrations

Hall decoration did impressed the attendee’s

Sound and music was great

Kids were just unbelievable on the stage 

Stage show was delightful

PANZ team hard work was in front of the 1300 community and their movements to the tasks were great

My heart beats for Pakistan love free stickers with panz web address given to 650 people

Free entry and free food was enjoyed 

DVD's of the show will be available from Panz office after 20th of August 2006. 

 

We are looking forward to New Panz team who will organize the function for 14th August 2007, As current Panz is leaving soon, Election will be held in September or October 2006, Those who are interested contact Panz office on 09-6209009
