Sayiduna Abdullah ibn Abbas narrates, Prophet (SallAllahu alahi wa sallam) said
"The fast of the 1st day of Rajab is penitence for 3years and the fast of the 2nd day is penitence for 2yrs and 3rd day for 1 yr and then remaining day is penitence for 1month"
