Dear Mr.Awan,
I have following views for you
1. Mr Qureshi seems a respected person in New Zealand Pakistani community and other segments.
2. If you or your clients have anything against him, the proper way is to seek remedial measures within legal domain.
3. Such mud-slinging is not the proper way to chastise anyone, the proper way is come with legal points.
4. Your qualifications demands not to give him names like snake or such other nastywords.
5. I think it is cheapester way to address him as Bihari whereas he is honoured at many international forums.It reflects your inward hatred whereas you ought to maintain the decrom of your profession.
6. Legal position
a. Your clients must have a written agreement with him---contract enforcable by court. Those were not kids or intoxicated not to protect thier interests.
b.Your clients (it seems) hired him as immigration consultant.Before doing this, they must have good faith on him.
c. Dr.Qureshi has no guns or bullets to get thier signatures without thier "consent or impled consent"
d.it is essential to see contract/agreement terms and conditions and the status of "dispute resolution clause"
e. In thier agreement, do they have arbitration clause or mediation at difrferent levels.
f. Pakistan Foreign Office has nothing to do except to convey a letter against NZ citizen who got his citizenship after proper scrutiny and verification of all references.Such a fraudster as you termed him cannot secure citizenship.
g.There is no bilaterlal agreement between NZ and Pakistan to deal with such matter neither Pakistan is member of Commonwealth countries in these days.
h.United Nations General Assembly recently passed a resolution to deal with corrupt individuals but still it has no binding power as it needs signatories ratification to devlop it into enforceable convention which is a very long way to go.
e. You can be sued to damage Dr. Qureshi repute in the public. Your abuses, hatful comments against Biharis and attack on his professional capability are sufficient ground to initiate proceedings against you and your clients at national or international forum.
7. We , the community members, solicit you to avoid degrading comments as NZ has range of nationalities and we do not want to spark racial confrontation over here.
8. If you have any solid thing,bring it up, otherwise you are required to paste your pardon on the net.
9. You have dragged this matter into community through its web forum, we need to see exact picture based on facts not on your inward hatred and abuses.

Dear Billa Ji, At times I read your forum, and appreciate your efforts for the community. However recent messages on your forum looks like some personal rivalry between people who are not in NZ. Why the readers be bored with these personal mudslinging that is against MSN Groups' Code of Conduct. More so Sohni Dharti, is a forum for Pakistani Community and other commuinities to share their views on global basis, not to expose personal enemosities. Backbiting is becoming our national pass time, even in New Zealand. My suggestion is to discourage such discussions on your forum as it will give bad name to your forum as well. First of all, make sure, i am not Mr.Qureshi. I have heard about him and saw occasionally in community gatherings.
You said that you could not claim anything untill you have black and white it means you lack in evidence. We are with you and will stand with you if you bring anything solid.
Your statements convey to us vague pictures, therefore doubts are stirred as if matter is in hand of police, why you are behaving like a frustrated person by vomitiing out abuses and mud slinging.
Which police? if with police, what are you striving for?

Mr Khan refused to become our attorney and we gave him all the cp[tes og graud documents. He insisted to keep out of it but he still has all the proofs We request him to show it to abybody who wants to wiynrss the ctome. In Pakiwis function Sohni Dharti met with Dr Qurashi, and asked him about alligations against him in Sohni Dharti by some Pakistani advocate, Dr Qurashi says that it was business deal in between me and my business partner in which we could not succeed, businesses do go fail, this doesn’t means that I have done some fraud, he said this kind of information’s are miss leading and I reserved the right to take action against this misleading propagandas, he added that he has done business with local businessmen like Sabir Cheema, Munawar Hussein, if I am fraud or runaway I might not come to NZ at all
