Jinnah Hall first Special General meeting, The meeting was called by PANZ Executives to take a step towards Jinnah Hall, The attendence was satisfactory 14,
expected were 20 to 30 serious people.
President Naveed hamid well comed the criticism from G.M Saheb regards attraction of more people to this meeting, President Naveed Hamid said that we will be taking more steps in future to attract more people for these kind of meetings, General Secretary Panz said that we used the same communication system which we normaly use for the meetings, It did worked in the other functions, But unfortunatly the history of Panz shows that the chorum in General meetings always unsatisfactory. He also added that this particular meeting was called by Executive committee of Panz. The G.Body is just co-operating in it. He supported the idea of committee formation.
Some constructive suggestions came from all the members who attended.
Mr Nadeem Ashraf Executive PANZ said that a Trust should be made so we can get more help from Govt agencies as we will not be able to get these help as a committee.
Mr Shahid Azad Ex-President PANZ was agreed with Mr Nadeem Asharf but further added that a committee or trust should be formed asap to start the job.
Mr Zeb Mohammed Exeutive PANZ was agreed with Mr Nadeem Ashraf that a trust should be formed. Mr Mateen Siddiqui was in favour of the committee, Billa.G suggested that Alhijaz trust money is an option for the start, As that place can not be used for the mosque due to some legal requirments.
Syed Waqar saheb (sunny cars) said that we should take a start to minimise those years, As 3 years ago we said that Jinnah Hall need 7 years and today we are saying that Jinnah hall need 7 years, So we need a start if we do not start this process after years the Jinnah hall will still need years, Once we start it than it will be possible to make it.
Javed saheb (Sohni dharti) highlighted the background of Alhijaz trust and supported the formation of a committee. He given some usefull information about the Alhijaz trust history, He appriciated the great job and sacrifices of Hassan Bhai (Executive Panz) for the community.
Joint secretary Naseem said that once we make a team than they can go further to look that whats the expense on the hall or how much time it will need, or what steps should be taken.
G.M saheb (G.M cars) criticised Panz for lake of communication and not attracting many people to this meeting.
At the end the Presedent of Panz announced the decision that a groupe of 7 will be doing this job, Including the 3 executive members of Panz+President of Panz, Another 3 members will be selected from the community by the team of 4(3Executives+ President of PANZ) This way the Panz will have a strong hold on the committee or trust. So no one will be able to take any personal advantage from this committee membership or as trustee and any one who we think is not doing the job properly can be easly replaced.
Every one who attended was agreed, signed the historic decision, prayed for this great work to be completed with the help of Allah, congratulated each other on this start.
Jinnah hall trust(committee) was formed a historic step was taken.

Another 3 members will be added to the committee soon, They will be from the community not from the Panz General Body. But the Panz General body members General secretary Imtiaz Khan, Joint secretary Naseem, Vice President Mazhar Ch, said that we will fully support this committee whenever they need our help though we were not included in the committee.
Memeber Parliment Ch Ashraf also attended the meeting as observer,
Ch Ashraf presence was appriciated by PANZ.
