Panz has started applications for the First ever PANZ comuterised digital colour memers cards.
Info required from the applicants include
Name to be printed on the card.
Photo optional(You will need to make an appointment for this so the time can be arranged)
Age: If you want your age to be shown on the card(Optional)
If you are already a member you do not need to fill the form but still need to pay for the card fee and short info still required
Valid for 2 years.
Fee : adults for 2 years $20.00
Children : card fee and printing date will be announced later
Associate members: (Non Pakistani or Friends of Pakistan) fee $ 20.00
