Sugar patients needs to consult their doctor as the item contains "Honey".
For the benefit of poeple who do not read urdu the ingredients will be as follows:
1 cup honey - pure honey
1 cup apple vinegar
Garlic cloves 8 or 9 (cleaned)
Pl grind cloves in a grinder or crush them and mix with item at 1 & 2
Place them in a glass jar for 9 days. On ninth day start taking empty stomach, one table spoon in the morning
NOTE. Pl keep this jar from day 1 till consumption, in the lower compartment of fridge.
