Big Meeting report
Last Sunday an important meeting was held at the residence of Mr Choudhry Nadeem Ashraf. This meeting was organised by my self and Fayaz
khan and the objective of the meeting was to make everybody realise the importance of keeping each and every member go along comfortably and with efficiency. PANZ, PWCS, Pak Kiwi friendship and Pakistani Business community were the main participants. Few important decisions were made. Everybody confessed that we Pakistanies lack UNITY and we should be like a single giant body. Every member was heared in this pleasant environment. The main decision that was made was that PANZ will ask for applications for its two empty positions. 25th of May was announced as the last date for the submission of applications for the post of PRESIDENT and JOINT SECRETARY. Remaining three designatories of PANZ will look after the application and selection process.
Also a sub-commettee was formed ( Zeb Mohammad, sabir Cheema, Mateen Siddiqui, Waqar Ali, Nadeem Ashraf, Javed Malik, Fayaz Khan and Naveed Hamid)
whose duty was to negotiate with PANZ and PWCS to Celebrate Independence day in a single programme. To make arrangements regarding President Musharraf's Visit to Auckland and to gather community at one plateform was also among the tasks of the said comettee.

Dear writer. Thank u for the comments. PANZ is still stand on what they said and announced. PANZ positions are vacant apply, Than those five can sit and finalise the positions changes can be made with in these five if they want to. Its not to the outsiders, or executives or business men, though they are respected but the rights of PANZ will be remains with PANZ general committee.Its up to the General committe if they want to swap the positions they are entitled to. If they want to bring a new RESIDENT tHEY ARE WELL COME AS FAR AS THE MAORITY OF GENRAL COMMITTE ARE AGREE. IMTIAZ g
I disagree that "every member was heared in the pleasent environment". I was forced to stop when I tried to give my statement on behalf of PANZ General committe as an elected General Secretary of PANZ. I will farward the complete and true report of that meeting to the community. Imtiaz (G.S panz).
people (Awaam) are confused because there is a contradiction on the minutes of the big meeting , panz are saying we had decided about the president in the meeting by show of hand and only the seats of vice president and joint secretary are vaccant (resources said) but contrarily opposition correspondent pakweb disclosed that the seats of president and joint secretary are vaccant .both are proffessional people they should have written the minutes of the meeting and signed the agreed statement by both the parties .......be careful next time inthe long time interests of the people (Awam). thanks atta
I was forced to stop when I tried to give my statement You are elected member of Pakistan community , someone is using force to stop you, bring him on , reveal their ID, that how community will know who is who, how and where does he stand , actually we sing too much in favour of democracy but we shy to adopt it A page from Constitution, May be helpful to clear confusion The President shall be the Chairperson of all the General Committee Meetings as well as Annual General Meeting and Special General Meetings. In the absence of the President the Vice President shall be the Chairperson of the said meetings and in the absence of Vice President the General Sectary will hold the Chair or a General Meeting may elect one of their members as Chairperson for that meeting
