Father Of all Entertainments Most Powerful and vigour Function we have ever seen in NZ by Pakistanis, function started with name of ALLAH , when Munawer Khan sang ALLAH HI ALLAH KIA KRO , Amir Khan Pashtu song was good and moving, dances of Sheira were most powerful on well selected song , Great are those people who do the distance to share the happiness with us , we means Raiz Shah, Raiz Shah entertained us white heart and sole and stole the show, due to shortage of time we could not Liston him for long, on one stage I thought M. Raffi or Makaish is among us Drama was last and the best item of the whole function, which is appreciated by all , there were few interested character in drama like Tella Ji who is who is runs some kind of media and trying to divide community by his miss leading reporting , another was AM PM who has cycle yard in Pakistan and now want establish a car yard here in NZ Third was Ashraf Azad , a politician of Pakistan, who want to move here to his dirty politics in NZ In drop seen , when every one get the news of earthquake they all get unite and all go to work for earthquake victims Someone a TV in Draw , that great woman donated her TV for earthquake victims, instantly, good move by President of PWCS to auction it and money they raised from it will go to earthquake fund , discount house bought it for $500 Every thing was organised in well mannered and probational way , apart from food , which was not up to standard and even hard to get too In Phone conversation with Sohni Dharti , Exe of PANZ Jamshaid ul Hassan appreciated PWCS and congratulated Munawar Khan and Nasir Khan for such a good function, full of entertainments

Security was little too tough , specially for Sohni Dharti, when Assistant Manger of Sohni Dharti was told by security staff to sit down on instructions of Chief EXE of PWCS , who whisper in ears of a “Bouncer” and point Raja , unleashing him to Raja Naeem, while other 8to 10 people were standing there, when Mr Raja protested this matter to Chief of PWCS , Munawar Khan , he said it there policy to not let people stand, Mr Raja says he felt discrimination and disgraced by Munawar Khan , because of PWCS has grudge against Sohni Dharti Sohni Dharti reserve the right do a formal protest , and hope for positive response
Eid Show was well organized by stage wise except stage host standards were not different from last 14th August 2005. Food arrangements were entirely unsatisfactory and disappointing it was expensive and not edible.Songs were good,Riaz shah remained fail to deliver as people were expecting might be his songs choice was worng but his voice was execellent. Dance of Indian girl was really enjoyed by the frustrated youth.Sikh Bungra was good item, Batcha Jumura was also good item, and shadi ho to easi item nicely performed, but teela jee, Junaid Azad and ampm charactors were direct mocking to community persons which is not appreciatable and disliked by a lot of people as well as business community.This was showing hate and just reaction of the PWCS against certain quarters of the community for unknown reasons.Hall security was too tight instead of helping people they were insulting people.Might be PWCS was in fear of reaction against what they did themselve in 14th August 2004 in Western Spring hall.Over all program was good people enjoyed, it was good effort by PWCS.What ever I pointed out it was just for further improvement.It should not be taken negatively.Jamal Shah
Last night an evening with Riaz Shah, Chief of PWCS Munawar Khan said there must be a misunderstanding that Mr Raja felt discrimination, He said we know Raja very well and we respect him, if he has felt any discrimination we are sorry for that
Eid ShowIn an evening with Riaz Shah , drama Shadi Ho to Asi came under discussion too , some said that some people felt disgraced about characters of this dram and few of them are planning to sue PWCS for stress and disgraced PWCS has caused them Because one of the character was Tella Ji which is actually BillaG , so they asked me what did I feel about drama I said there are three kind of people live in every communities 1) who make things happened 2) who fallow them 3) who copy them . I never thought in slightest way that I am in "Make things happen " category .now I feel proud that at least few people think like this way about me . If I have to complain , I will say PWCS could have used name BillaG and Sonhi Dharti . As it was just for fun for fun sake. Sohni Dharti itself a fun loving "Media" where everyone can have fun with decency
Dear brothers & sisters,Asslam-o-Alaikum: I, on my own behalf and on behalf of the Pakistan Welfare & Cultural Society would like to express my heart-felt thanks to the whole community for attending and supporting the Eid Show and making it the Best Ever show.And I am equally grateful to those who not only attended the show but also offered their valuable comments regarding the show. I mean Mr. Billa G, Mr Sayed Waqar Ali and Mr. Jamal Shah. My thanks are also for those people who responded positively to my invitation letter and joined us in theshow. I should also take this opportunity to thank Mr. Bill G and the management of Shoni Dharti for their valuable contribution towards promoting and covering this Eid Show.I have received lots of calls, verbal comments, directly and indirectly and I am pleased to say that a great majority of ourcommunity has praised the show without any reservations and appreciated higly the efforts of PWCS for organizing such a grand show. This, however, doesn't mean that the show was flawless. There is always a room for improvement in almost everything you do in life. The whole purpose of the show was to provide entertainment for the families and youth alike and to give a message or a reminder of our individual and collective responsibilities to OURSELVES. Besides, in the comic world impersonation of famous characters is very common and acceptable. The intent was impersonation NOT mockery. Though, there is a fine line between the two. Sometimes, in the heat of the moment, or excitement this line can easily be crossed (which is not desirable). Especially, when the actors forget their dialogues and have to speak impromptu.However, on positives we have plenty to cherish. I,d expect from the sage elements of our community to spare a thought for those who despite having been discouraged by some of the sponsors continued to rehearse for the programme for over 2 months, dug deepinto their pockets, suffered financial and relationship losses-------------------JUST to put smiles on the pretty faces of our community.Do they deserve a bit of applause? At least, for those things they have done right.PWCS wishes to be the ambassador of love, unity, fraternity and tolerance. We wish to introduce the culture of giving and forgivness.We believe friends are not masters. We believe love begets love and hate begets hate. We like to respect and be respected. Let us be above petty matters and petty thinking, let us aknowledge and appreciate one another. Let us forget about the past mistakes and hurts and look forward to each other with hope and renewed spirits.PWCS welcome to all and sundry, our door and hearts are open all the time. You guys are Protesting against Kanjarkhana on Eid Mela , get real , it was best ever entertainment Pakistani community ever have , we will call it hight of hypocrisy if someone go against it , because for you guys this same thing on Vedio or on DVD with 5.1 channel in an entertainments , when it come to live this is a Kangerkhana just because you guys have political or personal grudges against PWCS
hope you are talkimng about the New born people billa g as far as my comments are concerned i have some observations about that as i had in the past but i will talk to PWCS people directly as they are from us Anyway whether one do that live or still it does'nt match with our culture..our culture is not different billa G.you are from chakwal and i am from Rawalpindi (pothwar) and more than that the same country Pakistan.
