Talking with Sohni Dharti , Chief executive of Pakistan association of NZ- Zeb Khan said , Jinnah Hall is my first priority , if we have enough funds we will try to buy Jinnah Hall in Mt Roskil areas, when told him about 300k of White Sawn Islamic centre, Mr. Khan said with that money and cooperation of most generous of our community and former Patron of PANZ .Dr Wasim Ketan we can full fill our long waited dream of Jinnah Hall, when Sohni Dharti asked him about hall cum Masjid , Mr. Khan said we need hall , we already have too many Masjid in this area , we need hall , where we can do some recreational work or where we can have birthdays party and weddings and it can be used for hire too to cover the running cast , Mr. khan said there would be no place for any Moulas in Jinnah Hall
He added , Making Masjid too close to other Masjid is a BIDDAT and won't like it
Other elected executive of Pakistanis community Jamshaid ul Hussan, who is legal owner of White Sawn building , said we try our best to make white Sawn building in to Masjid but if we couldn't get neighbours consent then it is a community asset and I will transfer this to community then it would be up to community what they want to do with this 300k (expected)

On behalf of the General body of the PANZ I congratulate the winning members of the new Executive Committee. I appreciate their views and ambitions for Jinnah Hall. Which is a dream of our community. We are in the process of formulating different modalities to start this long waiting community project .We are planning to get support from Pak Community, Govt of New Zealand as well as from Govt of Pakistan. I hope if we are united as a community. This is not big task to build a Community Centre. As regard White Swan Islamic Centre’s Property is concerned , this project is started by Al -Hijaz Trust to construct a Islamic Centre cum Mosque in Lynnfield area. Trust has already applied to the City Council for resource consent to construct a Islamic centre and a Mosque. If any one member from the trustees issue any comments on his own. Community can’t rely on such political statements. To keep community united we should avoid to politicize the things negatively. Many personalities in past made big public statements to construct the hall some time People collected money for the same hall. But that were all Political stunts. Cool Cool every one it was part of the game, please accept realities,Think positive all the time,don't threat the system or anybody,otherwise there is a rule of the nature which always apply i.e. Man proposes God disposes. People who did the great jobs in the history mostly were with positive attitude, cool minded and visionary.Mostly community members are now well aware about what ever done in the past, when ever did ,who ever did and why did. Jinnah Hall is a big project it need proper planning, a feasibilty report and a continue effort from a team of good reputable 5-7 people who should be finnacially stable, honest, reliable and sincere with cause, must be well connected with community. It is not necessary that this job must be done by PANZ or it is their responsibility.People comes in PANZ for short time, mostly left before completing their tenure,some left with bitter experiences and never turned back to the community. Actually in most of the cases we seen that people use the PANZ plateform for their personal popularity not for the community service.Some people just play politics all the time by using this plateform.Might be a few are in line to become popular in the community through this plateform. So with such stuff of people we should not make high hopes or expectation from them.We are going to construct hall on earth not in cyber.So we need geniun leadership, planning and continue effort.Setting a side personal liking and dislikings. I have said before and I am saying it again, I will not let my community down Jamsaid Ul ussan By J Iqbal although I am under huge pressure from few so called trustees to transfer this property to their name . I have said it before and I have no hesitations say it again . This building is community asset if its going to go anywhere , it will go to community for the betterment community . Soon I am calling a meeting of PANZ and notables of community to lay out the plan for Jinnah hall cum Masjid , said Jamshaid ul Hussan executive of Pak community . Mr. Hussan said opportunity is knocking on our door, now it is community's leaders avail it .Mr. Hussan said I would like to request other party to come along with PANZ and help us to do the hall cum Masjid instead of putting obstacles in way of full filling community dream , because current building is not suitable for Masjid anyway

Dear Brothers I think best way is this that without to delay any monre time call AGM and discuss this sensetive issue there. Also I will request to all of my donnars that don't announce or promiss your donation/contribution there, pay it there infront of community, once we will take a possitive step than after that we can go to door to door to collect more donation.
Billa Jee would you like to clarify that when and from where PANZ paid 10,000 for that property? May be they have used the same funds which they collected for Jinnah Hall on 14th August 2004 by selling tickets for car draw that car which was donated by Mr Wahab Khan, Shakeel and Zahid Khan from Khyber Autos including $1,000 dollar announced by Sunny Cars.
If generated funds for Jinnah Hall were not included in that $10,000 then we hope that funds must be available in specific Account. Rather then like account of income and expenditure maintained by the custodian of the white swan mosque ,as you mentioned above he doesn’t have any record. Might be this is also one of the reasons that he is betraying other 5 trustees to escape from the situation and trying to divert community attention from mosque to Hall and you are supporting him blindly.
It is added that if Doctor Ketan is serious in this project he should go ahead . There is no hurdle for him he already announced that he will bring his own team to manage the project Let him jump in first then community support will be there. But his generous offer was only on sohni dharti he never spoke in public on this issue. It is better when you spoke on certain sensitive issues. You should do some research work on that before creating a storm in a cup of tea.
Professor Masood has given very good workable propsal on PANZ's board. President PANZ should incorporate such propsals in planning or while making feasibility report of the project.Others should also come with helping positive proposals as desired by President PANZ, instead of creating confusions, misunderstandings by writing and issuing irresponsible comments on sensitive issues of the community.

No doubt sohni dharti is a good source of information for pakiwi modem users.Idea is excellent, if he maintains its impartial identity as sohni dharti. Problem starts when Billa Jee and Co add their personal liking and disliking in its policy.They want people should write and support what ever they are going to do. Not only Zeb Khan or Professor are annoyed, there are many people whe have general complaint from sohni dharti that they change the context of every interview, exegirate on contravertial issues and create misunderstanding in community people.If desired a lot of such examples can be quated. If Billa Jee don't mind, I will request you must do something for betterment of the community but do impartially, on positive direction.Please keep in mind we are first muslim then pakistani.If some one is not practising muslim that is another thing but at least we should not compromise on basic faith. Jinnah Hall Mr Zeb Mohammad Chief of Pakistan Association of Executive has forgotten his remarks. He exactly said that he does not want Mulla's in the Junah Hall and it is Bidat to have Juma in a vicinity of our Major Mosque. Jinnah Hall is a very crirical issue. White swan space is the major effort of Jamshaid Ul Hassan and he must protect it from Lota's who want to take benefit of the property. This property must be protected from certain opportunists who want to take benefit of the property which Jamshaid wants to donate to Pakistani people. We must build a hall for Pakistan community but let us be united and everything must be open to Pakistan community and they must be given a chance to express their views. Executive committee should not interfere in the Association affairs and keep out. They are nobody to get involved in the Asociation affairs. In fact this committee should not be there. Also soem of our friends wants to teach PANZ members and asking them to do a home work , are they realy sincere with community and wants to work with any one with open heart and mind? Jinnah Hall Everone talking high for Jinnah hall, everybody wants Jinnah Hall, some want Hall with 2000 sitting capacity some wants big kitchen ,some wants a place for library , some say we should have two halls one for dinning and one for sitting , some say we should have Pakistani school , I was thinking some body might come idea of swimming pool or an Islamic Uni. in NZ ' too many wishes all of them deadly , PANZ comes with it plan , which looks very good but it has tagged with huge bill of 2 million dollars , even we raise this kind of money we can not make Jinnah Hall PANZ is reluctant to take responsibility of white sawn building which could be initial source of our deposit money ,how on earth PANZ would be abele to take responsibility of 2 million dollars project of Jinnah Hall We should not slapped our own faces in envy to make it red , instead we should use what we have and what we can afford Most feasible to us would be a small hall with capacity of 100 to 150 people with some recreational facilities like table tannes. Meeting To day 6th of March in historical meeting PANZ took the boldest step to lay first brick of Jinnah Hall In meet we decided to make a committee of 7 member to make a feasibility report of Jinnah Hall Suggestion came from all corners , some said it is long term project , it may take us 10 to 15 years to get to our Jinnah hall project and it would cast us 5 to 7 million dollars After good sensible dissuasion we all reached to conclusion to form above mentioned committee of 7 Through discussion we achieved few clarification too , one was , Al Hijaz trust , J Iqbal of Sohni Dharti clarified to all attendees that money spent on al Hijaz building is Pakistani money , now, as we cannot get resource consent for this building , after sale of this building money should go to PANZ , executive of PANZ Nadeem Ashraf , who is happened to be trustee of Al Hijaz too , denied Sohni Dharti claim that this is Pakistani money , former executive of Pak community Mteen Sadiqi confirmed , that Mr. Bhatti who was Gs of PANZ that time paid $10000 to Al Hijaz trust to buoy this building Mr. Iqbal further said that Jamshaid ul Hussan is the one who has suffered for us and still suffering . To Atta Former VP and Gs of PANZ Yaqoob Bhatti saw this dream of Jinnah Hall he sacrifice a lot to make this dream come true . Mr. Bhatti raised more then $10000 for starts , meantime Al Hijaz requested PANZ for this money to buy that white sawn building , because it was bought with intention to make Pakistani Masjid. By the way 10000 is nothing for a community leader to pay for the community but it was paid for the mosque not for the hall, If it was for the hall than ask the person who paid it he can always claim it back and pay it to Panz ,,, And if it was for the mosque than its gine even his sawab is gone as you advertised his swab 1000 times that he gaven 10000 for community not for community for mosque ok, for mosque,, He can get it back if he want it The comunity never goes to people always people comes to join comunity, its a shame that in this year 2006 you talking rubish. we understand who can do what. Talk show In talk show on radio , President of Pakistan Muslim league , Javeed Iqbal float this idea that whenever Pak cricket team visit NZ , we should have a fund rising match of both national teams and money we get from this match can go Jinnah Hall funds . Idea is good and with little bit of hard work we can make this happen.
Jinnah Hall Was it a gimmick , was it political stunt or a simple jock with community and ambassador of Pakistan couple of years ago , with X President of PANZ with few notables of Pak community organized a visit of site of Jinnah Hall , where ambassador and other notables ware told that Jinnah hall project is on it way , latter we were told that an architect has been requested to draw a plan for Jinnah Hall Its more then one years now we haven't heard anything from PANZ and those notables who were involved in this project Now it is a PANZ responsibility to unveil who are involved in this stunt

Now that the first step has been finalized, Mr. President and the committee will be calling their first meeting to discuss further issues i.e. The Structure of the management of the Jinnah Centre and also the architect of the centre. Dear billa g Present Panz team has given priority to the matters regarding Jinnah Hall . we looked into he whole matter by ourselves as we didnot get any notes handed over by the previous team. the efforts previous team made were not a stunt .they tried their best to get the land on leases from Airport mosque people which was visited by His excellencey high commisioner as well. Mr Ahraf Ch. Member parliament had also put his efforts but the fact is that the title of the land has not been transfered in the name of the mosque people yet. and we all know if we are depending on someone else .we have to wait for them. To make this project feasible we should try to initiate sonthing by ourselves.then we wud b able to coment further.community has to contribute if they want their own Jinnah Hall. Panz

According to Sohni Dharti information it was dinner for Jinnah Hall , just before the dinner PAK association were told not to POP the question of Jinnah hall , dinner for Jinnah hall and no talk about Jinnah hall , shows us how sincere and serious our leaders are
A dream seen by well known of Pakistan community Yaqoob Bhatti and notables of community who pour their hard earned money in to, this project - is about to be over Dr. Wasim Ketan chairman of Quiad e Azam trust, who is looking after its accounts- wants it over. Trust is dead , from many years there’s no meeting , it has more then $1600 in account. Pakistan association has last its interest in this project Muslim league did tried iti best to rive this matter under leadership of Dr. Ketan but failed to do so because of misleading and dishonoured behaviour of Dr. Ketan , who gave $100000 cheque , unfortunately without any reason he stopped payment on cheque Now the fate of $1600 or more dollars are in hands of trustees According to Sohni Dharti information's , few trustees are in Auckland other have been moved to Oz , we request these trustees , this is Pakistan community money and no other than PANZ. have the rights to have this money
