CHAKWAL, Oct 20: Additional District and Session
Judge Chakwal Sohail Abdul Nasir awarded death
sentence to an accused of Village Dharyala Kahoon
involved in a murder case of Choa Saiden Shah Police
Station.  The accused Aziz Ahmad was also fined rupees
one lac and in default he will have to under go six
months more imprisonment.  The accused had killed
Muhammad Afsar when he resisted as the accused stormed
into house for looting.  Muhammad Afsar was shot dead
by the accused Aziz Ahmad.  The learned Judge after
the trial awarded the sentence.

CHAKWAL, Oct 20: Buchal Kalan Police check post
arrested a dangerous proclaimed offender Said Gull
resident of Village Bhall who was required by Police
in a murder case of Haji Muhammad Saddique and after
killing, he was disappeared from the scene.  In the
meantime Buchal Kalan Police check post also arrested
Muhammad Khan resident of Village Makhial and 30-bore
pistol was recovered from him.

CHAKWAL, Oct 20: A village school will be established
at District Chakwal by Hamdard Foundation and the
poor, deserving and intelligent students of District
Chakwal will be provided free education from this
institution.  This was stated by Executive Director
State Bank of Pakistan Tasadaq Hussain Awan while
speaking on the Silver Joobli parents day of Jinnah
Public School Chakwal.  The welcome address was
presented by Principal Mujahida Zaidi and she
highlighted the achievement of the schools made during
the past 25 years.  Renowned educationist Professor
Hamid-Ullah Hashmi and Colonel Raees Ahmad also spoke
on this occasion.  Four senior teachers who served the
school from the last 25 years were awarded shields and
they were Nishat Akhter, Rehana Kausar, Gull Yasmin
Fazal and Yasmeen Sheikh, while peon Ghulam Hussain
was also awarded a cash prize for his 25 years service
to the school.  Director Tasadaq Hussain Awan was
confident that the Village School would be started
after the formal approval from the Board of Directors
of Hamdard Foundation.  He further said that our new
generation required all the latest facilities to
compete at international level and now it is the age
of computers and advance sciences, therefore it is not
the responsibility of the Government but influential
people also come forward to take up his challenge and
he was optimistic that we had a talent in abundance.

CHAKWAL, Oct 20: Fourteen years old young girl became
a boy in a operation at Rawalpindi General Hospital.
Yasmeen Akhter resident of Dhakoo Road Chakwal was
feeling pain in his body and she was taken to the
doctors and then later referred to Rawalpindi where
the expert doctors examined her and proposed a
operation for her.  The father Javid allowed the
operation and now Yasmin Akhter became a boy and she
was named as a new name Yasin Javid.  Yasin Javid is
still at General Hospital Rawalpindi and recovering by
the fast.

CHAKWAL, Oct 21: The inquiry against Tehsil Nazim
Choa Saiden Shah and Ex-Tehsil Municipal Officer has
been started and the two members inquiry commission
constituted by Punjab Government have taken all the
record into their custody and recorded various
statements of the people.  Naib Nazim Union Council
Dalwal Malik Amir Khan, Naib Nazim Union Council Lehr
Sultan Pur Raja Saleem Babar, Lady Councilor Mrs.
Mazhar Raja submitted written application before the
commission and alleged various other serious
allegations of corruption against the both officials
of TMA.  MPA Mrs. Maha Tareen lodged a petition before
the Secretary Local Government Punjab and Secretary
Local Government appointed two senior officers Iqbal
Sadozai and Shahid Bilal as the member of the
commission.  The commission after probing the matter
at Choa Saiden Shah they directed both Tehsil Nazim
Choa Saiden Shah Malik Hafeez-ur-Rehman and Ex-TMO
Mian Muhammad Asghar to appear before them on 25th
October with some other relevant record of TMA.  It is
worth mentioning here that Punjab Government have
replaced TMO Mian Muhammad Asghar and appointed Ahmad
Farooq but Nazim Nazim Choa Saiden Shah locked the
office of TMO and he refused to accept Ahmad Farooq as
new TMO.  All the development projects and salaries of
TMO got stands still from the last two months and the
people of Tehsil Choa Saiden Shah were suffering a lot
due to this conflict between MPA Maha Tareen and
Tehsil Nazim Choa Saiden Shah Malik Hafeez-ur-Rehman
at they are political rival groups at the local level.

CHAKWAL, Oct 21: A car was stolen in a broad day
light on Tuesday from mohallah Ghousia Chakwal.
Ishtiaq Ahmad the owner of a local tyres service
lodged a report in a City Police Station that he
parked his car No.IDH-3387 in front of mohallah
Ghousia Chakwal and after some times when he came back
he found the car missing.  City Police Chakwal
registered a case against the accused and started
investigation.

CHAKWAL, Oct 21: Governor Punjab Lt. General 짰 Khalid
Maqbool will visit District Chakwal on Wednesday to
check the working of various Government Departments
administrative by Federal Government.  Governor Punjab
will reach Chakwal at 09:00 hours and he immediately
would go to City Sub Division Office of WAPDA Chakwal
and from there he would visit Sui Northern Gas office,
PTCL Office, Pakistan Bait-ul-Maal, NADRA Swift
Center, SME Bank and Agriculture Development Bank.
The Governor will also listen the complaint of the
people on this occasion.  Local Administration has
finalized all the arrangements regarding the visit of
Governor Punjab.
