CHAKWAL, October 4: Four persons including two real
brothers were killed in the salt range area on Lahore
Islamabad motorway some 30 KM from here when a
passenger coach collided with a truck and turned
turtle, 23 other passengers received multiple injuries
and seven of them were in critical condition were
shifted to Rawalpindi hospital. The coach No.5421 was
on its way to Lahore from Rawalpindi and near village
Sumbal its collided with a truck No.8510 from back
side and it turned turtle resulting killing of two
real brothers Muhammad Sarwar and Muhammad Afzal R/O
Lahore, Waji Ali R/O Jahangira Noshera and Tariq Javed
and army personnel of Azad Kashmir Army. The seven
passengers who were in critical condition were shifted
to Rawalpindi hospital and they were Amant, Manzoor,
Iftikhar, Shahid, Shaukhat, Sultan, and Mushtaq.
District Nazim Chakwal Srardar Ghulam Abbas and SSP
Chakwal Ch. Muhammad Zaman rushed on the spot and they
shifted the injured passengers to DHQ Chakwal and dead
body was immediately shifted to the native town of the
dead person. Kallar Kahar police registered a case and
started investigation. The driver of the coach
Muhammad Amin also received multiple injuries.

CHAKWAL, October 4: The visit of Prime Minister
Jamali to USA was very successful and all the top
leadership of American administration including
President Bush gave tremendous welcome to the Prime
Minister of Pakistan and it is very clear message from
the USA that Pakistan is now a trusted friend of USA.
This was stated by state minister of environment Maj.
(R ) Tahir Iqbal while talking to the newsmen on
Saturday at the secretariat of PMLQ District Chakwal.
The minister were of the view that Prime Minister
visit was a follow up of Gen. Pervez Musharaf visit to
USA and billions of dollar investment in Pakistan is
very much on the card and it will improve the economic
condition of Pakistan. Replying to another question
the minister told that the re-unification of all the
factions of Pakistan Muslim League was the need of the
hour and the strong Pakistan Muslim League will
guarantee the stability of Pakistan. The minister
further told that the final round of talk with MMA
will be finalized after the return of Prime Minister
Jamali from USA and we are confident that there would
be a consensus of both the parties regarding LFO and
if this issue is settle then there will be new
political culture and era will dawn in the country.

at village Murid some 10 KM from here on Saturday and
district Nazim Chakwal Sardar Ghulam Abbas was the
Chief Guest. Speaking on this occasion Managing
Director of utility store coroporation Brg. Hafiz
Ahmad disclosed that this is the 5th branch of utility
store that was opened in district Chakwal. He further
told that the people of District Chakwal were
purchasing item from utility store in the tune of 1.5
monthly which is very encouraging. Nazim union council
Murid Haji Noor Hussain, regional manager Qazi Munir
Ahmad also spoke on this occasion. District Nazim
Sardar Ghulam Abbas while addressing the gathering was
of the view that the opening of utility store in the
small town very encouraging and showed that government
is making serious efforts to provide maximum
facilities to the people of far-flung areas.
