Dear Panz Office Bearers
It is requested to change the date of the AGM.As it should not be taken as formality.
It is realy an important day for the community. Especially people are waiting for this day for a long time and it would give you guys an opportunity to get the views of the different people from community
Don;t wait for individual calls fro every one for the change of the date or time rather don't rely on the people who are saying yes to this non friendly decision.
On the other hand people should understand that all about AGM depend on the booking of the hall.Change of the date does't matter but it should be convinient for all . if you don';t consider that then it would be the first AGM that has been called in the darkness.

Dear Atta Bhai and all brothers and sisters of the community. I understand your point about AGM time, But I am sorry to say that we can not change this date and time. Reasons: 1. It was decided by the majority of the General committee including the President of Panz. 2. As active person like you will be aware that current Panz has so many special and un-expected events in the last 12 months , Like President of Pakistan visit to NZ, Earthquake in Pakistan, Executive elections and now Cartoon protests. There is also 23rd march Pak day ahead and thats why we kept a seperate day for Jinnah hall meeting to work on AGM agenda only in AGM. In this situation PANZ with the number of 4 cabinet members tried their best to call a AGM according to constitution in the time limit. This is also very disappointing that no one from community is coming forward to help the community as Finance secretary of PANZ as we need one urgently in the team, The date was extended three times so far and no one came forward to help us or the community. It was also hard to book a hall in the proper location and than on a proper time. I hope you all understand the importance of this AGM and will give 2 hours on that day to our community. We worked hard day night business hours and after hours and this time we need your support to attend though its after hours on sunday. Imtiaz G.S(PANZ)
Dear Imtiaz Bhai Thanks to call AGM. AGM is calling to invite the community remembers to discuss and solve the problems but I this AGM is not in community's fever, how you can say that time and date can't be change. If you understand that at this night time you can attrect the members to attend the AGM than go ahead and let us khow second day that how many community memebers were there. How is it possible that time can't be changed?
When we will have our own Jinnah Hall . We would not have this kind of problem , Mr Atta and Mr Waqar is right , but we should give some allowance to PANZ too for its good work and AGM , if there is change in time Sohni Dharti would like to request for more time , at least 5 hour . Certainly AGM need more then 3 hour to discuss the accounts and other things on agendas
Dear Brother Imtiaz Sorry to say your clarification is not valid at all.I again request you to reconsider this nonfriendly decision
