To panz President mr, Naveed Hamid
To panz at last you guys decided to face the music , offcours you would have your accounts ready with all the plus mines , I would like to pass on few suggestions as member of PANZ - it would be good idea if we allow all members to send their suggestion on web , so we can discuss them on web and what panz find important to discuss in AGM could include in agenda - this will save us a lot of time and plus to the point and hassle free discussion , after all it is PANZ who's going to choose , what should and what shouldn't be include in agada to discuss

Dear javed Sahib lets start working on the amendments from today . .according to the constitution we need to submitt those amendments before 14 days of AGM and now we have only six days left .I would like to invite every member of community to come with some positive suggestions and one thing is very important that we should continue our discussion under the same heading on sohni dharti message board .so it would be easy at the end to summarise the different views and suggestions . I am going to present the following amendments as proposal 1. President should be the permanent resident or citizen of Newzealand as per prveous clause but for all other posts of General cabinet the condition should be only to be pakistani and of legal staus in Newzealand for long term i mean Long term business visa and student enrolled in two years course of study should be allowed to be part of general cabinet. 2. On any key issue the meeting should be called and the final decision should be made by the will of majority of the present strength of that meeting. 3. Generalcabinet should be in office only for one year. hope fully we will coment on the suggestions positively without any prejudice atta

I like this suggestion , this should apply to coram too , 20 or more then 20 members should be coram , it will not only reduced the burden over PANZ , it will save us time and money as well
Thanx Billa G yes chorum is very important in this regard . it should be at least 20 which is a reasonable attendance.
