Sur Taal, Last night more then 300 people gathered un dorthy centre to watch live performance classical music, first section was a mix and remix of music from east and west with heavy touch of aboriginal music, which were much appreciated by public Second session was pure classical music with definitions of RAAG and RAAGNIES , in which Mr Madhur decorated the session with his captivated voice with other singers , I love music , it was my first experience to see and pay attention pure classical music , although I enjoyed it but I must admit it was little too heavy for me , Mirza Nisar did good by singing light classical GHAZALS Among more then 300 people there were only few Pakistani in function , there was little political part too, when organizers of SUR TAAL looked for President of Pakistan association to give his thoughts on solidarity of IndoPak , when they couldn’t found Naveed Hamid , they forced former president Sahid Azad to give few words to mostly Indian crowed In speech Mr Azad said we fought few wars , we dropped bombs on each others but this could not refrain us from listening LATA or RAFI and Mahdi Hussan or Ghulam Ali In break time GUP SHUP , J Iqbal said although we Pakistani are very few here but its good to see that representatives all walk of Pakistani community are here like Sohni Dharti is here PANZ is here and Waqar Ali is here to represent PWCS , Mr Waqar said “ I don’t represent PWCS I only sponsor them as I do sponsor this function too”
