CHAKWAL JUNE, 7.Interior Minister and Chief Minister
Balochistan are responsible for the killing of Shia
leader Syed Niaz Hussain Shah in Quetta and Government
is failed to protect the life and property as well as
law and order situation in the country.  This was
stated by Voice President of Muthida Majlis-e-Amal
Allama Sajid Ali Naqvi while addressing a big public
gathering at the Nimaz-e-Janaza of Syed Niaz Hussain
Shah at Village Bhoun District Chakwal.  Mr. Naqvi was
of the view that the killing of Shia leader is to fail
the shahriat bill as well as Muthida Majlis-e-Amal.
Mr. Naqvi said that there is a no issue of Shia and
Sunny in the country and anti-Pakistan and anti-Islam
forces are active to destabilize Pakistan under the
guide of sectarian violence in the country.  Syed Niaz
Hussain Shah was Admin Officer Survey of Pakistan as
well as Voice President of Imam Bargah Sajadia when he
was murdered by two-unknown motorcyclist as they
opened fire on him in Satellite Town Quetta.   Mr.
Sajid Ali Naqvi later on talking to the newsmen told
that the continued killing of Shia sect is a
conspiracy and Government should take this matter
seriously, as there is every chances of sectarian
violence in the country.
CHAKWAL JUNE, 7.The Chief of Tanzeem-ul-Akhwan
Moulana Muhammad Akram Awan has said that the Federal
Budget had become a joke as after every ten to fifteen
days the prices of essential commodities went high and
the common people are suffering a lot while the
combined opposition is busy to talk about the uniform
of General Pervaiz Musharraf and LFO and the common
man is least interested in these two issues.  He was
addressing party workers on Saturday at Dar-ul-Irfan
Munara.  Moulana Akram Awan also criticized the
shariat bill adopted by the NWFP Assembly.  He was of
the view that such type of bill were also adopted by
the previous rulers but nothing positive is done to
implement the Islamic system in the country.  Later on
talking to the newsmen Moulana Akram Awan told that
American agenda is in progress in Pakistan and
Government wanted to give ministries to the MMA so
that the Ulmas should lose the confidence of the
people as in the current October election that the
domination of religious element had alarmed the think
tank of USA.  Replying to an other question Moulana
Akram Awan was confident that the present
confrontation between Government and the opposition
will pave the way of dissolution of Assemblies and it
is best suited to military rulers.  There were the
bills of Telephone, Sui Gas, Water charges,
Electricity and these were to be paid in difficult
ways and now the shariat bill and budget bill were
also come to add the miseries of the people Moulana
concluded.
CHAKWAL JUNE, 7.Additional District and Session Judge
Chakwal Hassan Mabroor Kiani awarded one year rigorous
imprisonment to a drug pusher of Nila Police Station.
The 75 years old accused Muhammad Buksh confessed
before the court that Nila Police had recovered 10
gram chares from him.  The learned Judge also fined
rupees three thousands to him.  The court adopted
lenient view for the accused due to his confessional
statement.
