CHAKWAL JUNE, 11. Newly established civil courts at
Choa Saiden Shah started functioning on Tuesday and it
was inaugurated by District and Session Judge Chakwal
Ch: Riaz Ahmad in a simple and interesting ceremony.
DCO Chakwal Sajjad Salim Hotiana, SSP Chakwal Ch:
Muhammad Zaman Langrial, Tehsil Nazim Choa Saiden Shah
Malik Hafeez-ur-Rehm and other notables of the area
was present on this occasion.  Speaking on this
occasion District and Session Judge Chakwal Ch: Riaz
Ahmad told that now the justice will be provided at
the door steps of the people as people of the area
were facing great hardships and now the hectic
travelling will be avoided and people will feel
comfortable.  Welcome address was presented by newly
elected president Choa Saiden Shah Bar Malik Tahir Ali
while the Secretary General Raja Asad Janjua
highlighted the problems faced by the people.
Additional District and Session Judge Chakwal Hassan
Mabroor Kiani, Irshad Sipra Additional District and
Session Judge Talagang Mr. Allah Buksh, Senior Civil
Judge Chakwal Mian Mansab Ali Joia and all other civil
judges were present on this occasion.  Those who spoke
on this occasion were President District Bar Sahibzada
Noor Ali Shakoori, Senior Advocate Syed Zia-ul-Hassan
Zaidi and Tehsil Nazim Choa Saiden Shah Malik
Hafeez-ur-Rehman.  The speakers told that Choa Saiden
Shah is a very small sub division comprising seven
Union Councils and only one Police Station but due to
hilly area people have to go to Chakwal after
travelling more than 1-1/2 for their small judicial
work, Choa Saiden Shah was made sub division in 1992
but no civil court was established despite repeated
demands.  District and Session Judge Ch: Riaz Ahmad
told that a judicial complex and residential houses
will constructed very soon and the land for this
purpose will be acquired very shortly. 

CHAKWAL JUNE, 11. Five people deprived a person from
rupees 50000 when he came out from the main branch of
National Bank Chakwal at Bhoun Road on Tuesday.
Muhammad Ashraf S/O Sher Khan resident of mohallah
Allama Iqbal Town Chakwal cash rupees 50,000 from the
bank and when he came out from the bank five accused
appear on the scene and they took Muhammad Ashraf into
a street and started the traditional game of
handkerchief and this process after fifteen minutes
when Muhammad Ashraf open the handkerchief cash of
rupees 50,000 missing and there was only papers left
in the handkerchief.  City Police Chakwal registered a
case against the unknown accused and started searching
them. 

CHAKWAL JUNE, 11. All the branches of United Bank
Limited have been computerized and some latest
facilities were provided to the account holders of the
bank.  Now every account holder can check his account
through Internet as UBL Online while UBL Uni remote
was also introduced and every account holder from any
branch of the country can cash his cheque from any
branch and also can deposit his amount in any branch
of the country into the account that is running in
other city.  Operational Manager UBL Chakwal Zone Mian
Raza told that all the 22 branches of District Chakwal
have these facilities available for their account
holders.  He further told that the loan is available
for all kind on very reasonable markup rates and the
rate of markup is ranging between eight to ten
percent.
