CHAKWAL JULY, 12.            The central leader of Muthida Majlis-e-Amal Allama Sajid Ali Naqvi has said that the Government has failed to protect the life and property of the people and the recent killing of 50 innocent people at Quetta is a terrorist act and Prime Minister and Interior Minister should resign from their offices as they are responsible for this terrorism.  He was talking to the newsmen after offering Fateh-Khawani at Village Saba Rajgan where Havaldar Munir Hussain was killed at Quetta incident.  Moulana Naqvi was of the view that it is suspected that those people were involved in this incident we had pointed repeatedly but Government turned a deaf ear.  Moulana Naqvi turned the Quetta incident as International conspiracy and anti-Islam forces are paving the way for a operation in Iran.  Replying to an other question Moulana Naqvi demanded immediate arrest of the killer of innocent people of Quetta. 
 
CHAKWAL JULY, 12.            Punjab Government has provided an amount of rupees 120 millions for development projects in the annual development program for District Government Chakwal but the required amount is more than rupees 460 millions and that will be arranged by District Nazim Chakwal Sardar Ghulam Abbas through Prime Minister of Pakistan and Chief Minister Punjab.  This was stated by Naib Nazim District Chakwal Malik Tariq Naeem while speaking at the meet the press program of Chakwal Press Club on Saturday.  Secretary General Press Club Chakwal Kh: Babar Salim briefed the problems faced by the journalist community.  Naib Nazim further told that the development projects amounting rupees 3 billions were initiated by the District Government Chakwal during the past two years and 70 percent of them have been completed while the remaining will be completed in this current year.  Malik Tariq Naeem declared that he and District Nazim Sardar Ghulam Abbas enjoyed the support of majority in District Assembly Chakwal and when it was not so they should be resigns from their offices.  Replying to an other question Naib Nazim was of the view that District Government wanted to take along the opposition members and therefore District Government have included their development schemes in the annual budget for the year 2003-04 and the budget will be presented on 14th July.  Naib Nazim further told that a new political culture have been initiated by the Disitrct Government no bogus criminal cases were registered, no transfer of opponents in education department were made while people no that in the previous fifteen years political history of Chakwal was not very bright as the elected councilors become Police tout and they used Police machinery to gain their political ends and victomise their opponents.  Naib Nazim declared that Tehsil Council Talagang has become a focal point of corruption and the development amounts is to be distributed among their supporters and heavy commission in shape of millions of rupees have been minted.  Naib Nazim also assured full support of District Government to the journalist community and promised to solve the problems of Chakwal Press Club. 
 
CHAKWAL JULY, 12.            The surgeon doctor of District Headquarter Hospital Chakwal was using harsh language to the patients that came to the hospital for check up and the staff appointed their advised all the patients to come to the private clinic of the doctor at the evening time if they wanted some special attention of the surgeon.  The Naib Nazim Union Council Mureed Khalid Naeem Bhutta in a written application to Chief Minister Punjab and District Nazim Chakwal demanded an impartial inquiry against the surgeon as the poor patient are unable to pay the private fees of the surgeon.
