CHAKWAL JULY, 17.          DCO Chakwal order and inquiry against a child specialist of District Headquarter Hospital Chakwal and pharmist allegedly involved in a scandal of repairing unlawful syrup and minted millions of rupees. There was a complaint against the child specialist Dr. Amir and pharmist Sadiq Hussain who allegedly repaired a syrup zinc sulphat in the collaboration of local drug store. The child specialist recommended this syrup to the patient and the drug store owner sold out on a very high price and earned million of rupees and this earning was distributed among the three share to Dr. Amir, Sadiq Hussain and drug store owner. EDO Finance & Planning Iftikhar Ahmad Shalwani was appointed as an inquiry officer and he appealed to the people that if some were have any information about this scandal, he should record his statement before him within three days.

 

CHAKWAL JULY, 17.          A seminar namely “The regional journalism and democracy are imminent” will be held at Chakwal press club on 20th July at 5:00 P.M and it will be presided over by Central leader of Federal Union of Jounalist Mr. C.R Shamsi. The oath taking ceremony of Divisional Union of Journalist Rawalpindi and Chakwal Press Club will also be held on this occasion , District Nazim Chakwal Sardar Ghulam Abbas and state minister for environment Maj. ( R ) Tahir Iqbal will be chief quest. The awards and shields will also be awarded more than 20 journalists belonging to Jhelum, Rawalpindi, Attock and Chakwal district for their excellence performance during the year. The president Divisional Union of Journalist Kh. Baber Saleem asked all the regional journalist of the four district to participate in this important function.

 

CHAKWAL JULY, 17.          District police Chakwal have made special arrangement to avoid any terrorist activity and not only the police patrol have been enhanced but commandos and elite force are deployed on the sensitive point of the district. This was told by District Police Officer Chakwal Ch. Muhammad Zaman meeting of all the DSP’s and SHO’s of eleven police station of district Chakwal. DPO warned that SHO will be responsible if any terrorist activity is to be occurred in his area. He directed all the police officials to have a very close look on the suspected people. He also directed that he proclaimed offenders should be arrested forth with and no negligence will be tolerated in this regard.
