CHAKWAL JULY 5: District and session judge Chakwal Ch:
Riaz Ahmed awarded one year rigorous imprisonment to a
drug pusher of Kallar Kahar Police Station. The
accused Muhammad Shakeel resident of Village chumbi
was also fined rupees one thousand and in default he
will have to under go one months more imprisonment.
Kallar Kahar recovered 250gm chares from the accused
on 25th March 2003. In the meantime Additional
District and Session Judge Chakwal Irshad Supra
rejected the interim bail before arrest of an accused
involved in a firing case. The accused Muhammad Faisal
resident of Village Sar Kalan opened fire on Muhammad
Shafique from twelve bore gun and injured him.

CHAKWAL JULY 5: Sixty-eight different vehicles were
challaned by In-Charge Motor Vehicle Examiner on the
month of June while 66 other vehicles were challaned
due to fitness problem. The vehicles were challaned
due to non possession of root permit, preessure born
and committing unnecessary smoke from the silencer.
The In-Charge Motor Vehicle Examiner Ch: Farrakh
Sohail warned that the transporters should complete
the documents of their vehicles and this operation
will continue.

CHAKWAL JULY 5: District Nazim Chakwal Sardar Ghulam
Abbas wil talk about the two years progress of
District Government Chakwal at the meet the press
program at Chakwal press Club on 5th July at 11:00
a.m. District Government claimed that during the past
two years 15 billions rupees development programs have
been started most of them have been completed. The
District Nazim will also answer the question of
journalist community.

CHAKWAL JULY 5: Illicit arms were recovered by four
different accused in three operations by Chakwal
Police in different Police Stations. Special
Investigation Cell recovered two 30 bore pistols from
Painda Khan and Ghani Khan resident of Village Boolay
Sharif. Dhumman Police recovered a twelve-bore gun
from Mughal Hussain while a 30 bore pistol recovered
by Nila Police. Police have registered separate cases
against the accused and sent the accused in the
judicial lockup.
