We should help the poor from our pocket and form all other resources to a possible limits few points are rememberd by the helpee and helper 1-- only God can cure you money is for your medication or help not for full treatment and cure so please ask for curement to God. So never ask for money for the treatment of your brother ask I am doing efforts so please help me and pray for his health. 2- when some body openly ask for money he is in severe emergency so we must help him if we are muslims and belive in Quaran and prophet, its our check from god, you can offer any ammout form 1dollar to,,,,,,,,,, 3- I also offer my two hours job salary for this purpose please, may allah help us and give health to the sick.
