we should remember Deputy Nazir Ahmad, a great writer and genious

First constituent Assembly and address of Quid a Azam was very important in the history of Pakistan. Pakistan was came into being on 1947, but this state was without constitution, for our courts and judiciary we adopted Indian Penal code which was made by the british and translated into Hindi by Deputy Nazir Ahmad a great writer and scholar of his time, his ability is proved by his work I want to state here few words for Moulvi(Deputy} Nazir Ahmad writer of the first Novel in Urdu Language, he born in a very poor family of Muslims in Dheli his parents could not afford his education so he was adimitted to a Masque Madrisa he had a great thurst for learnings in 1857 he saved life of a British women after the war he was called by the Governal General to give him some reward but he refused to accept any money and requested the Govt to provide him good Scientific education so his request was accepted and he got good education and later on oppointed as a Deputy (Assistand Commissionar} by the British Govt, luckyly Deputy Nazir Ahmad blessed by four doughters, he wrote good fiction tales for his doughters and later on that tales were the first Novel in Urdu Languague, British wanted to translate Law code book into Urdu for the convinience of People they contituted three commissions for the purpose but nobody could translate successfully and comprehensively finaly they requested Moulivi Nazir Ahamad to do so and he did it successfully and  till present day his translated book is in vogue in all the courts of Pakistan and India. So Pakistan adopted his book for his judiciary but to run the state a constitution was needed .........continued in Part 2
