CHAKWAL SEPTEMBER, 4. Four persons including two real
brothers were killed in three different incidents on
Wednesday in Chakwal.  Two youngsters real brothers
Abdullah Gull 12 and Umar Gull 9 whose father was an
Afghani and they came to Village Bulhay Bala just a
day before and both the brothers went to a fish farm
owned by Ch: Muhammad Duraiz.  Both went into deep
water and they died in the fish farm.  In the 2nd
incident at Lahore-Islamabad Motorway a 30 years old
pedestrian was hit by a speedy truck near Balkassar
interchange resulting his instant death on the spot.
Nila Police after having examined the dead body of
Tariq Mehmood resident of Tehsil Talagang at District
Headquarter Hospital Chakwal, registered a case
against the unknown truck deriver and started
investigation.  In the 3rd incident a 70 years old
women Mai Sayedan resident of Village Murid was
expired as she was hit by a carry Suzuki van at
Rawalpindi road. 

CHAKWAL SEPTEMBER, 4. District Nazim Chakwal Sardar
Ghulam Abbas on Wednesday paid a surprise visit to
Government High School Chakwal No.1 in the early hours
and found various absentees of teachers who were
absent without any application.  On this occasion
District Nazim also visited various class rooms and
found 60 to 70 students were in a very small spaced
class rooms.  District Nazim was told that the
students are only paying rupees 1 and 25 paisa monthly
after the announcement of free metric education up to
metric level by Chief Minister Punjab Ch: Pervaiz
Ellahi.  District Nazim was told that there was 200
students of this school which were not in position to
pay even the ten rupees tuition fee that was to
payable by the students after the announcement of free
metric education by the Punjab Government.  The
Headmaster Mr. Ghulam Ali and Deputy Headmaster Malik
Muhammad Hussain briefed the District Nazim about the
problems faced by the school.  It was told that the
building had a limited capacity while more than 2000
students are studying in this school which is situated
in two different parts and they demanded that it
should be in a new building.  District Nazim Sardar
Ghulam Abbas while talking to the newsmen told that
District Government is trying very hard to promote the
educational system and in this regard 500 new school
teachers will be recruited in the coming days to fill
the various vacancies in the far-flung area schools
and District Government wanted to provide education
facilities at the door-step of the people. 

CHAKWAL SEPTEMBER, 4. A no confidence motion against
Naib Nazim of Union Council Miani was moved by the 13
councilors of Union Council Miani on Wednesday.  The
written application signed by 13 councilors was
presented to the Secretary Union Council Miani.  The
Secretary after admitting the move summand the meeting
the council on 5th September.  The councilors leveled
some serious allegations the Naib Nazim Safdar
Hussain.  13 councilors claimed that they have a
support of two more lady councilors on the day of
voting.
