New Cabinet member should come according to PANZ constitution. Past practice was came from Panz constitution. No individual has rights of selection. I think the President do not need advices on this matter as President of PANZ he knows the PANZ constitution and the meanings of obeying or disobeying it. PANZ Finance secretary Haroon Resignation has not accepted yet. As soon its accepted every thing will be done constitutionaly. If we go against panz constitution it can be easily chalenged in the court. As our constitution is registered with companies office. Not only this matter but all decisions should be approved by the majority of the cabinet members. If the cabinet members can not decide or need advice the executives are there for this job.
I regret if this statement offended any one but this is the reality.

Naveed Talking with Sohni Dharti , Naveed Hamid said , peoples are one step ahead in criticize PANZ and its pity that's we have been advertising from last 3 months for treasurer position with no response from community of 800 In answering a question from Sohni Dharti that x treasurer is willing to come back , Mr. President said x treasurer Mr. Haroon did not do his job in past he had never been a help for PANZ , he added we need people who have passion about community work and people who can give full time , when ever community need it
Show Cause Notice President of Pakistan association has received show cause notice from former Treasure of PANZ Haroon Ahmid about Presitedt’s remarks on Sohni Dharti , against his performance, in this notice Mr Haroon wants an explanation of President’s remarks or face the consequence , As Mr Haroon is taking this matter to court
