We need volunteers just for two hours to sort out the stuff for containers its realy a team work. we will start sorting after Juma prayer at 3pm at 26 yates road mangere east that is Malik Javed Sahibs residence .come forward and help us to finish the task as soon as possible .

Volunteers Shortage.. On PANZ appeal me and Javeed Iqbal went to Molana javeed house to sort out clothing for container which is about ready to go, surprise to us no one from PANZ were there, I rang Naveed Hamid President of PANZ to confirm that if we are on right place or not , In 10 min Mr. President and Mr. Atta were there, we thought Mr. President will come with some Pakistani volunteers. But surprised to us it was only Naveed and atta, it shows we have severe shortage of volunteers, volunteers sprit is not as high as we have seen phase 1' A suggestion came from today's coordinator Mr. Atta , that we should involve Pakistani ladies volunteers to sort out the clothing, Sohni Dharti appreciate Malik Javid's services who has plagued his whole garage for this propose anyway we did what we could do, while filling up container, a pleasant surprised , Member of Parliament Ch Ashraf was there and he helped us loading the container .Mr. Choudrey presented some cheque to President of PANZ too Talking with Sohni Dharti Mr. MP said he will try to get some funds from govt. and if PANZ collect $100000 in it phase 2 then with permission of govt. of Pakistan we can build a school for some village in effected area ,which would be a tribute to NZer community for Pakistan . Mr. MP added, to raising fund for this project need some lay out or feasibility reports to show our donor and continuous reports for progress Mr. Naveed said he is in touch with Imtaiz G\s of PANZ in Pakistan and he requested him to send details of such a project Sohni Dharti thanks to those who are not member of Pakistan but these girls were there to helped us from sorting out to loading of container, they are Toni and Finno
Thanks for you kind effort and time Billa G. Let me clear one thing to you that it is not the duty of President, who is obviously not a paid servant of yours or any community member for that effect. There are some other people with designations in the PANZ body as well. Our Vice President Mr Mazhar is off the screen for last three weeks. Does anybody there to investigate that? As he played a minimal role in the whole compaign and hardly turned up to any meeting when required. If these people cannot spare time to serve the community then whats the point of having these type of people in the organisation. President is the only member in PANZ body who is working actively at the moment on different feilds. One person cannot do everything. He is utilising his sources in hand, furthermore he cannot push anyone in the community to be part of this volunteer work. I suggest you should use your media source to search for these potential volunteers who really can work for the community rather than BIG TALK. I really appriciate all those people who work in this compaign within their capacity, and we are looking for these soft heartened people who can really feel the pain for their brother back home. People and organisations really feel the same way, you are feeling for your people and want to work with you towards this great cause but I guess we are showing here that we are an illiterate nation who doesnt have any vision and plans to take the nation into the next phase.
I want to add one thing to Mr abbassi s words that people should come forward and volunteer their selves,At that day i request a dozen people to come but none of them came there its realy a shameful behaviour .we should not keep people on different designations just for the filling of the posts .
To Abbasi Thank you for your clarification to community that president is not servant of community( hight of frustration) According to my dictionary volunteer ship is noble thing where you do your best with out expecting any reward , peoples like you, whose job is buying and selling who think every thing can be bought and sold including yourself , come with price tag ,probably that Why you think volunteers are servants, you kind of people , after attended few classes call themselves literate , literacy may give you good earning, but it takes some thing else to be Volunteer Me and Javeed Iqbal were there to serve the PANZ to serve the collective and noble cause of community ' we knew we wouldn't get any reward, we were servant of those who need comfort , any kind of comfort from warm clothing to shelter If these thoughts are only your thoughts then its fine because " you are what you live" I mean 2+2. ( Are you suggesting that PANZ should give some commission over $100000? To President of PANZ for his good work) I am sorry to say , whoever have paid for your literacy, they have wasted their money If your thoughts are reflection of PANZ president thoughts, he, who knows it very well that presidency of PANZ is volunteer job and if he wants to get pay for this, then please continued your 2+2 Somewhere else , which you are good on Do what we can do and do it till the end. A small, but complete project would be pride for us rather then a big project , which we have to leave halfway due to lacks of funds and volunteers. Just because you think volunteers are servants, bear in your mind tomorrow, credit or discredit will go to President PANZ who himself is a volunteer not a servant
Thanks for your reply billa G. I guess you didnt read my whole statement. In your kind reply you emphasise only on the president of being a servant. I wasnt expecting that immoral and immature reply from you. You are managing a media group here. If you want to reply please read the whole context of the statement and then answer. I asked few more questions there too. If you took the responsibility of answering my statement then be liable to answer other questions as well. One can feel an anger in your statement which cant be normal for a journalist. I put my statement on the board just because you are directly asking the president that he wasnt there at the work place when you got there. If you ask the community in general term then its okay. But you specifically point out the president. WHY? It is obvious that General secretary and Joint Seceratry are not in the country. They are doing there jobs there. Which is appriciatable But You never mention Voice President. Isnt that hipocracy and supporting a favorite group in PANZ body. I want you to explain that. Yes Abbasi is right everybody is supporting his own group or man, we have double standard if somebody is our friend and doing wrong we try to change or hide the truth for him if only President is working in the city and most of the position holder have ran away for their own interest in Pakistan why we protect them and if we are sincere with the community why should not we ask for change in the constitution to solve this issue for ever.
President is not alone we are here to give him hand and a lot of people are there in pakistan to help others. you guys don;t need to squeez your blood Billa g Iqbal sahib and some other volunteers are enough to cope with the situation if nobody else feel his duty because its a matter of feelings not only working hands..The people who filled two containers can fill ten if other community is sleeping ..............shame
Thanks Professor sahib. I appriciate your sense of understanding the urgency of alteration in the PANZ constitution. Like yourself I am working on the draft on which I took advise from a lawyer friend as well. we should put that on the board and get public oinion before SGM. I have gone through with the points you mentioned in your disscussion earlier. I agree with you on sharing and distributing the roles and responsibilities of each designation. With that we need to introduce some check and balance system within the organization, so PANZ body members do not take advantage of their designation and feel the responsibility towards their job. Today little prolems will generate bigger poblems in future. As the time is running out. Last date for Exective elections is 25th of Novemeber. If PANZ body calls SGM in mid dec then we have to bring this draft in an applicable form. I would suggest you to refine you research on this alteration and explore bit further, bearing in mind all those issues PANZ body had in past in terms of using authority in careless manner and knowingly or unknowingly providing worngful information. Dear Abbasi Thank you for your reply . I appreciate that you come with I D and you have guts to point finger by name which not very common practiced on Sohni Dharti, normally when we point finger to other we forget that three fingers are pointing on us Since the shortage of robots Sohni Dharti is managed by human ' who happened to have feeling and act unpredictably when provoked I think your all question are covered in my reply . You emphasise that why Sohni Dharti don’t say any thing against VP Mazhar Hussin, Sohni Dharti is watching this whole earthquake scenario very closely, whoever will put any obstacle in fund rising campaign , specially, people in PANZ office would be consider public enemy No 1 . Thanks Billa G. At least you have the GUTTS to answer politely unlike others just brust themselves out and dont know exactly what they are talking about. Before I go ahead and write a book on your kind reply, I must clear few things up. I dont have any personal greives against any of the community member, neither Mr Shahid Azad, nor Mr Imtiaz and your self. NOBODY IS ANGEL. they dont exist in todays world of humans. RARE BREED. Everybody make mistakes either its You, Me, Shahid Azad or Imtiaz. My point of argument was if someone have a responsible position in PANZ or like yourself in the community, as a message board manager, they should be more cautious with their actions. When it comes to providing right information, using their authority in a rightful manner, or running this type of message boards. I was the one who suggested in the business community meeting that money sould go to Edhi Welfare. I worked with them in 1988. I found them honest and responsive in these kind of disasters. When I realised being a part of the community, that it would be hard for PANZ management to chase up the money and we might get some issues with Audit and Tax. I agreed with maority's decision and compaign in the favour of sending money to president's account.You attend that meeting in my office. I raised that point in that meeting as well. And told the members that I will go against the idea of sending money to an individual and monitorize the dividing money manually in pakistan which is not practical. After that why Mr. Shahid Azad needed to support his ideas of sending money to an indivdual where he wasnot ready to take any responsibilty over it. I told him in the meeting FINE. you take responsibilty and go to pakistan with that money, even it was hard to get positive public support on that senario. He didntnt take any responsibility. What do you call that action? You tell me. And here you come. One side supporting the idea of sending money to Presidents account and otherside putting a band on your eyes and supporting Mr Azad,s idea blindly. Community just cannot digest this way of support you are providing to Mr. Shahid Azad. I understand he is a senior member of the community, like other we should respect him. And I DO RESPECT HIM. But where it comes to making mistakes and stuck with your rotten opinion create a gulf between the community members. I WILL GO AGAINST THAT. Thats my right to do so All I want is to see this community build a prosperous future for our generation and leave those positive foot marks which they follow and stand them along with the other successful communities in New Zealand. If we raise these type of issue which brings more tension within the community. I dont think Billa G we are doing OK. I agreed with mrs bolouch's idea on panz message board where she explained the proceedure of filling the gap in the absense of GS and his/her duties in this regard. I don't own any ideas, if any idea about the good of the community is also in synch with your thoughts then it becomes your idea. At such forums ideas are floated to garner support for the good of the community at large. You have done the right thing by putting it in writing and I hope you will not withdraw it, and instead encourage others to support this movement for the Restoration of Democracy within PANZ. Dear Billa I suggest you should do a short management course if you keen to run this type of message board. You are mixing two many things here. All you want is to keep this shop open. Volunteer fatigued As winter is sating in and its a crunch time for those who survived the biggest natural destruction we have seen in our history, I was seeing in today's news one lady from victims camps say "I am tired of thinking of disaster and I am tired of thinking of our future" in conditions like this when you lose grip on life future look bleak it is very normal for victims of quake , it is not normal for us , living undisturbed life every day we leave our homes in search of dollars . But don’t have time to do some volunteer work in name of ALLAH , because it doesn’t make dollars and we consider it as "fatigue" childerns are dieing over there for food , from cold and we have plenty of food sitting here with PANZ , all we need few volunteers to load this food stuff to container to send it to Pakistan , come on Paki fallas come out join the team Come to 26 Yates st Mangere east 1 pm Tuesday 13 of Dec and make the deference between life and death for some children Sohni Dharti
On short notice call of Sohni Dharti to fill up a container sitting out side Molana Javid Malik place six people gathered to make the deference between life and death for some quake victims in Pakistan, 40 feet container was one quarter full already thanks to Molana’s Family Task was gigantic but will of team was strong , after 5 long and hard hour we were able to fill the container with all the stuff from all the deferent places we know, container still have more then one meter room to fill , which can be filled by three palates sitting in Tokyo link motors Now winter is setting in quake areas , we must move fast to send this container to Pakistan because it takes 29 days for container to get there , Sohni Dharti hopes that PANZ will do its part to send it as soon as passible Sohni Dharti thanks to TONI, ZAHID, AFZAL SHARIF , NISAR BLOUCH, and his friend , and special thanks goes to MAN of The DAY, NADEEM UL HUSSAN , and , who was there straight from school and work along with us till finish, and Jamshaid ul Hussan who was there all the time
