Its never important who is the head of some organization but its always important how the head is working, his working can be judged by simply checking and weighing the stage and level at which he took the office and the improvement he brought in the following years, his improvement is dependent on the following points.
1- integrate the differnt patriotic and loyal forces and try to work as a savgaurd for their rights and upgrading, if he will not do this all the patriotic elements will disintegrate and he will be srrounded by leg pullers backbiters interest guided and greedy people.
2- He should show the leadership, confidence, knowledge and determination in dealing with all the problems in certain given situations any short comming in this regard will make him unpopular, unwanted and unrespectable.
3- He should know to become a president is very easy but to conduct the presidentship is very difficult, to conduct the presidentship you have to come down from the chair, your have to work in a team which should be from patriot and loyal people, if he should not do this he will become a dummy hollow president and nobody will care him.
4- He should know the rule of nature" Fittest to survive" so he should know the politics and also understand the politics of others, he should know how to react and when to react, all the matters are not settled by public voting he has to take risks in the betterment of the people.
If I am a gypsy minded head with no political learning and background with no understanding of the occasion with no support of the patriots I may be a very honest person very soft and tender in nature very dutiful very caring but believe me I am not a good President or head of any organization.
