PREQUALIFICATION NOTICE
The Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of Pakistan invites pre-qualification applications from financially sound and well reputed companies, with experience in the relevant field, for the survey of extent of the Continental Shelf of Pakistan as per the criteria stipulated in the document CLCS/1 1 (Document available at the following URL).

I Interested national and international companies/organizations, fulfilling
the above criteria, must provide the following information
• Status of the entity submitting the quotes;
• Company profile and experience in the relevant marine sector',
• Information on technical , financial and operational resources;
• Performance guarantee;
• Experience of carrying out multichannel seismic, geophysical and detailed bathymetry surveys.
11. Survey Com pan ies/Organizations are required to submit their pre-
qualification applications along with a processing fee of US$ 1000 (non
refundable) in the form of a Bank draft payable to "Survey for the Extent
of Continental Shelf of Pakistan (NIO)". Applications submitted through a
third party will not be entertained.
111. The contractor will be associated with the project till the finalization of the
claim by, the UN's Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf
(CLCS).
IV. The Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of Pakistan reserves the right to refuse to pre-qualify any or all Companies/Organizations without assigning any reason whatsoever.
V. The successful applicants will be eligible to enter into a bid process.
